COUYON!

*

Mrs. Field won't like this post, but I am going to have to rip her state tonight.

I mean honestly, it's one thing to listen to a certain lunatic fringe in A-merry-ca go on and on about the president's birth certificate and the nutty Muslim conspiracy theories floating around, but when elected politicians lend legitimacy to this madness it diminishes all of us as A-merry-cans.

Now we have the Governor of the Pelican state (an Indian A-merry-can whose birth certificate is safely tucked away somewhere in Baton Rouge) saying that he will sign into law a birther bill if it comes across his desk. Honestly, I think that those chemical plants on the Mississippi River are a little too close to the state house. My man must be inhaling some of the fumes.

"If it reaches his desk, Gov. Bobby Jindal says he'll sign a proposal to require President Barack Obama and other presidential candidates to prove their U.S. citizenship before their names can be included on a state ballot." [Story]

Don't worry Gov. I will still rock it in"da Boot" every chance I get. I will just watch my back when I am down there. Those Cajuns might want to see my ID.

Jindal nor any other "ethnic" need to worry about scrutiny from the birthers. As long as they subscribe to conservative values and admire Jesse Helms (good riddance to him...can't believe they lowered flags, in NC, at half mast for this scum of the earth "human" being), then they are good to go.

  5. And Field, I was hoping that you mentioned something about that viral video with those two black girls supposedly "attacking" a white transvestite prostitute who went into the ladies restroom, even after he was told not to use the restrooms due to not being a customer of McD. Yes the McD workers were wrong, but that's another issue.

Crissy whatshisface went into the woman's restroom and got into an altercation with two black females who ultimately beat his behind. Now the whathisface is pedaling sympathy from the racist by saying that the black girls attacked him with that generic "the black girl was jealous and attacked me because her man tried to talk to me". Bullshit. I believe that's a lie, that man is too ugly and obvious for even the average white flesh lusting black male in that hood to be fooled.

I believe the girls got startled and said something to him in the restroom, and based on all the foul racist things people routinely say to black women, I won't be surprised the words "bitch, nigger and nappy headed ho you can't do me nothing" came out of his mouth, or other things similar.

Certain people are calling for these two girls to be charged with a double hate crime. I doubt this was about hate, nor being gay. Women are the most vulnerable to sexual attacks in restrooms especially in these parts, I'm glad they beat his ass. Where do you draw the line, any sexual predator could pull a similar move and if caught before they rape, they could say that they are " transvestites" using the women bathroom. Who cares, you still have a PENISH. Why don't they charge HIM with that crime too, he already has a long list of criminal anyway

And I wonder if these same racist spiteful people would be saying the same if the transvestite was a black male prostitute entering the women bathroom and the two females were white. The caption would be "those poor girls must have been fighting for their lives" I hate this society and I hate Youtube and their racist comments. I am so upset right now.

Disclaimer: No I do not hate gays or transvestites, nor white girls. Thank you.

Btw, I didn't know the mother of the 2 year old shooter was a black woman. Shaking head.

  7. Piyush Amrit "Bobby" Jindal is a jackpot baby. Amar and Raj Jindal, his parents, arrived in America 6 months before he was born. They owe Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights Movement for their citizenship and prosperity in America. It was the Immigration Act of 1965, under the context of the Civil Rights Act that finally permitted people of color to immigrate to America. Prior to that it was European ancestry only.

Bobby had better watch out! There are rumblings among the right-wing to reverse this act.

Two violent negress gutter apes commit an attack at McDonald's against a white transgender - complete as always with kicks to the head. They say she was eyeing up her boyfriend, they thought she was a real girl. Where is the media outrage? Of course, the story is mostly sat on, because the liberal media doesn't get upset over black racist hate crimes.

And oh yeah, the one negro employee warned the negro attackers to leave once the police were on the way. He was even filming the whole thing.

The same scenario occurs with the male gutter ape who attacked the white autistic man on the bus in San Bernadino.

Those were both on video yet the media hardly pays attention. Where are Jesse and Al to decry racist hate crimes? That's right, they'll lead a march to support the lowlife attackers who are black - the NAACP will also be there.

As always, the police will say that the criminals were just bad people and no race crime was involved. Black racist lowlife Eric Holder will ignore everything.

This happens countless times but most cases get even less attention without any video (or the gay victim for the liberals to uphold).

Most negroes never have a moral thought in their whole lives.

But soon Wayne Bennett will do a post about how whites are racist for being afraid to be around negroes.

Here's the video for you black lowlifes to snicker at:

    http://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/mcdonalds/mcdonalds-employee-filmed-brutal-beating-640128

Use it to stir up more anti-white hatred, and don't forget to blame the victim.

    No, you dipshit.

I was trying to say there would have been a greater effort to locate Ms. Barnes, allowing for a greater possibility of her being found alive. I guess trying to juxapose this against the well-known "pretty white girl syndrome" that strikes many a major news outlet was a bit too much for you.

By the way, do you have any evidence that the boyfriend was involved in the murder? I have yet to see that in the news and I just want to make sure you're not pulling shit out of your ass like you usually do.

You're still talking about Phylicia Barnes, or are you talking about the two women who assaulted the transgendered person? I'm just making sure you have your stories straight -- for a moment there, it looked like all the colors in your paint-by-numbers book were starting to run together.

FYI, the death of a white female would bring folks like Nancy Grace out, so they could feast on the carcass (for the ratings, of course). The death of a black female is usually treated like a footnote, unless she happened to be famous or well-connected.

  38. "They also consider Blacks a level below "untouchables" in India. It's unfortunate and hurtful to Blacks, esp on campuses of prestigious Universities."

And for those who don't know who the "untouchables" (also known as "Dalit") are:

"In the context of traditional Hindu society, Dalit status has often been historically associated with occupations regarded as ritually impure, such as any involving leatherwork, butchering, or removal of rubbish, animal carcasses, and waste. Dalits work as manual labourers cleaning streets, latrines, and sewers.[10] Engaging in these activities was considered to be polluting to the individual, and this pollution was considered contagious. As a result, Dalits were commonly segregated, and banned from full participation in Hindu social life. For example, they could not enter a temple nor a school, and were required to stay outside the village. Elaborate precautions were sometimes observed to prevent incidental contact between Dalits and other castes.[11] Discrimination against Dalits still exists in rural areas in the private sphere, in everyday matters such as access to eating places, schools, temples and water sources.[12] It has largely disappeared in urban areas and in the public sphere.[13]"

Imagine contributing a lot to your society, by doing the work that no one else in your society would do, and you're treated like shit for it. A lot of irony for Indians who would consider blacks lower than their "Dalits".

Coincidentally, the Brahmins, the scholarly upper-class caste in India, are among the fairest skinned of their peers.

  43. "I thought the book End of Racism by D'Souza was for the "end of racism". Now you are saying it wasn't? And what does D'Souza's non-association with Blacks have anything to do with it?"

Probably the irony that a person who wrote a book on moving past racism would engage in a seemingly innocent and innocuous form of racism. But I can't say with definitiveness exactly how far his "non-association" with blacks ran or why he chose not to associate with them. Hopefully someone can shine a spotlight on that.

"Why do Blacks always judge others based on whether they associate with us or not? Do we have such low-self-esteem that we need validation from others? Come to think of it, we probably ARE that needy."

You're probably looking for validation from a fellow like-minded individual on your assessment of black America's so-called journey for "validation".

Except it wasn't for "validation". It was for the right to be seen and treated equally as human beings. It's an exercise that's proving to be ever-so-futile as others find more reasons to not treat them as human beings and treat them as....."animals"? "Criminals"? "Wards of the state"? "Children"? I know the rest of America would love to "solve" it's racial problems by forcing black Americans to cease the search of redress from white Americans (otherwise known as "blaming Whitey") and forcing them to say the magic words: "It's all our fault".

And from there, black Americans are encouraged to shut the fuck up and "look inward", so white Americans will never again have to be bothered with acknowledging the racial issues that have shaped their past and continue to reverberate into the present and influence the future. The issue of race is neatly swept under the rug and no one has to be bothered with the issue for another few decades or so.

Come to think of it, that sounds a lot like what some families of child sexual assault victims do when they don't want to "tear the family apart". Instead of the relative being punished and shunned, the child is made to eat a shitload of guilt and blame while the rest of the family "move on".

Race isn't something that should be kicked under the rug and forgotten about, unless you want the issue to continue festering into open sores that stand to never be healed during our lifetimes. I think we've all had enough of that.

No immigration laws prior to 1920? WRONG!

    Excerpt:

    Naturalization Act of 1790

The original United States Naturalization Law of March 26, 1790 (1 Stat. 103) provided the first rules to be followed by the United States in the granting of national citizenship. This law limited naturalization to immigrants who were "free white persons" of "good moral character". It thus, left out indentured servants, slaves, free blacks, and later Asians. While women were included in the act, the right of citizenship did "not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States...." Citizenship was inherited exclusively through the father. This was the only statute that ever purported to grant the status of natural born citizen.

  51. Just for Slapz:

1798: The Alien Act of 1798 authorizes the president to order out of the US any alien regarded as dangerous to the public peace or safety.

1852: California's Foreign Miner's Tax imposes $3 monthly tax for non-native-born citizens of the US (the Chinese) and those becoming citizens under the Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo (the Mexicans). The tax was enforced by tax collectors who kept part of the fee for themselves, were allowed to take property of those who failed to pay, and often used extreme violence in their collection methods.

1855: California legislature levies a $50 tax on every ship bringing immigrants "ineligible for citizenship." The California Supreme Court declared the law unconstitutional in 1857.

1862: California legislature passes "An Act to Protect Free White Labor Against Competition with Coolie Labor and to Discourage the Immigration of Chinese to the State of California." Requires a tax on laborers who were not working in agriculture.

  52. It may sound a little callous and abrasive to even be suspicious of Obama's choice of churches for Easter Sunday 2011, but given the climate of the media bias so overwhelmingly in favor of casting Obama in the best light possible, the regular media professionals can't be trusted to actually do some basic reporting.

The one and only detail reported about Shiloh Baptist Church was that it was founded by freed slaves during the Civil War. There was no mention that this was the first Presidential visit to Shiloh, nor any mention that this inaugural visit could be more than a coincidence.

Was there no mention that this is a predominately black church because the media didn't want the American people to know that our President chooses his church based on race? I'm reticent to openly guess at the media's intentions, but when flattering facts are reported and unflattering facts are omitted, we have no choice but to fill in the blanks.

It's understandable that the President hasn't been to eager to jump back into church life given that the one and only church our President has ever joined in his life is one of the biggest political sandbags he carried through the 2008 campaign.

One has to dig into the blog notes from various reporters to piece together the content from the sermon. Aside from the First Couple being honored guests, Pastor Wallace Charles Smith also announces that his 4 week old grandson is attending church for the first time, and a pool reporter noted an interesting perspective on the infant:

"[Pastor Smith] talked about how his baby grandson's gurgling is actually "talking" because he is saying 'I am here ... they tried to write me off as 3/5 a person in the Constitution, but I am here right now ... and is saying I am not going to let anybody from stopping me from being what God wants me to be.'"

The pastor hears American institutional racism in a baby's gurgle? Do most people with infants hear Constitutional bigotry in their baby's gibberish? Did any mention of the 3/5 clause or racism in general make it into the Easter service you attended? Is this pastor's amazing leap from a baby bark to white oppression another coincidence to add to the list, or has he established a pattern of race baiting and white bashing in the past?

No great research team was needed to uncover what comes next. The fact that a YouTube search immediately grants the answer only underscores how astronomically inept/lazy/biased the media can be. This is in fact another pastor who sees racism around every corner, preaches white hatred, and equates talk radio with the Klan, specifically mentioning Rush.

While this pastor is a little less flamboyant than Jeremiah Wright in both tone and wardrobe, the evidence is in: Obama prefers and actively seeks out these churches, race is our President's primary motivation on a variety of decisions, and the
media will actively provide cover for minority racists as long as it fits their narrative.

  53. Slappz

    Excerpt:

Studying early debates in Congress from 1790 through 1900 on immigration matters reveals a vast majority of politicians who are seen as deeply patriotic and proud of America's white English heritage--and defensive in preserving it. These debates also reveal a public at large very concerned with whom might arrive and settle amongst them and made their fears known as evidence by the many petitions recorded in both the House and Senate--praying for federal action to slow or stop the flow of immigrants.

What follows is a brief chronology of Americas response to immigration through the years which in toady’s highly charged political climate of pandering to foreign born voters would be seen as inhumane, racist--or even incorrectly as unconstitutional.

Documentation seems to be the "thing" now, and if it is in question you fall through the cracks and they don't come looking for you...unless they have a club in their hand.

I didn't need all that much until 15 years ago, looking back.

I do not have a birth certificate at all. None was filed at the hospital where I was born nor with the state. My parents were issued a copy which was enough for a passport when I was an infant and that was lost at some point.

I tried to get a passport recently, and I'm stuck within these borders. Things are kind of hard because ID that was once accepted is now not, and I cannot get what is now accepted because I have no birth certificate. And no driver's license due to disability.

I'm an elderly white guy who is no one much at all in this world, and what I experience in the way of pains in the ass over identity proof ... well, I definitly feel for Obama because it's just got to be worse by many fold.

  61. Oh No. Another test that's too hard for blacks! From today's Wall Street Journal:

Insurer Pushes to Weaken License Test

    By LESLIE SCISM

Primerica Inc., which has the country's largest life-insurance sales force, had another strong recruiting year in 2010: About 230,000 people signed up to become agents.

Another number also stayed strong: the drop-out rate.

About 80% of Primerica recruits don't actually become insurance agents, often because they flunk state licensing exams, according to filings and interviews. That's a problem for the company, which, more than any other insurer of its size, depends on agents to sell policies. As the number of Primerica agents has declined over the past four years, so, too, have sales of life insurance.

So Primerica recently came up with a novel solution: Make the tests easier.

It asserted to state regulators that the exams aren't only too hard in some places, but might also be racially biased, putting African-Americans and other minorities at a disadvantage.

Different races score differently. Florida, New York, Texas and Virginia showed 20-point gaps or more in pass rates between blacks and whites.

In New York, nearly 75% of white test-takers passed in 2009, while 48% of blacks did.

The gap persists when taking education into account. In Texas, 86% of white college graduates passed in the year through August 2010, compared with 62% of college-educated blacks.

The quiet campaign has potentially far-reaching consequences. It could help the industry increase sales in middle-class and minority communities, where agents are in short supply.

Insurers and some consumer groups say such communities are lacking the crucial safety net life insurance can provide and that wealthier Americans are more likely to have.

Some regulators worry that simplifying the tests could open the door for unqualified people to sell complicated policies.

They say the problem isn't necessarily the tests—which some other big insurers haven't faulted—but Primerica's own recruiting program.

While some companies require candidates to have college degrees and even securities licenses, Primerica is different. It lets almost anyone sign up, so long as they don't have a criminal record and can pay a $99 fee to cover training and licensing costs, among other minimum standards.

I was trying to say there would have been a greater effort to locate Ms. Barnes, allowing for a greater possibility of her being found alive.

So in your feeble mind you believe the key to life is found in the news media.

Let's see. When does a person who has been out of touch become a "missing person"? When does a missing person become a crime victim?

And, most of all, bonehead, if no one was looking for Barnes, how do you explain the fact that her corpse was found at the bottom of a river?

It's not as though police departments have scuba divers swimming regular beats in rivers.

You seem to have the irrational thought in your head that police departments know how to find anyone at anytime. Moreover, you also seem to believe that a person who has made no contact with significant others for a day or two is, ipso facto, a crime victim.

How can it be known that a person who doesn't answer her cell phone is dead and at the bottom of a river?

Which Constitutional amendments would you have the police ignore to find a "missing person"?

Obviously if the cops had given the boyfriend a minute of waterboarding, he would have confessed and told the cops where to find her body.

I guess trying to juxapose this against the well-known "pretty white girl syndrome" that strikes many a major news outlet was a bit too much for you.

Oh yeah. This is black idiocy as work. News coverage NEVER saves the lives of missing white women. The news coverage, if it occurs, is always a prelude to finding the corpse.

Or, there is no coverage. Such as in the case of the young girl who was kidnapped in California at the age of 9 by a nut and his wife who held her captive for 15 years. She had two kids with the nut husband and never tried to escape. But somehow her presence was accidentally discovered and now she is free.

Or Elisabeth Smart who was kidnapped by another nut and his wife in Salt Lake City. Even though she was walking around the city in plain sight, no one could find her, most likely because it was assumed she was dead. She was held by the nut for almost a year, and was then found by chance.

And then there's the Patty Hearst story.

When you read, you must read for comprehension. Clearly the statements you posted do not say what you want them to say.

An amusing sideline to your list from the past is the fact that Unions were the leading force behind laws restricting arriving laborers.

Those Chinese immigrants were a cheap source, and some people here were opposed. But, as we know, the Chinese were never barred. But quotas were set.

Meanwhile, what's wrong with quotas? Quotas are central to black college admissions and employment.

I see. So now you want to change the subject.

AS I said, NOTHING prevented anyone from coming to the US and living here prior to the enactment of quotas in the 1920s.

In response, you changed the subject to which people were eligible for citizenship.

As we know -- TODAY -- there are many millions of people living in the US -- LEGALLY -- who hold Green Cards. But they are not citizens, and might never become citizens. Others are here by way of special visas.

In any case, it has always been easy to come to America and stay forever. And these days, due to the extraordinary generosity of our social welfare programs, anyone who arrives legally is eligible for subsidies covering food and shelter, and then by extension, the benefits of public schools, police, fire, sanitation and other public services.

What a country. On the other hand, there's always Haiti.

YOu also ought to realize that in the 1800s, there was no way to verify a person's past. Even today, as we've seen with Obama, it's tough to know all that needs knowing.

It is an undeniable and historically proven fact that those who are oppressed often become the most cruel oppressors. The United States were founded by slave masters who wanted to be free from British rule, even as they simultaneously stole, enslaved, dehumanized, and forcibly ruled captive Africans for centuries. As fellow hostages on plantations, mulattos were often the most rabid overseers and treacherous house niggers, and often crueler than many white slave masters. In Nazi death camps, Jewish and Polish SS officers who passed as Germans were far more brutal than their actual German Nazi peers. During America’s genocide against Native Americans, Native American scouts and African-American Buffalo soldiers legendarily assisted white men as they robbed and slaughtered red, brown, and black people who looked like them. White gays are usually more blatantly racist than any of their racist heterosexual peers, especially those who control gay media. Closeted gays and gays who feign at being "healed heterosexuals" gaybash more rabidly than any homophobic or sexually bigoted heterosexual...

Murderous gaybashers exist and are religiously sanctioned in every human race. Yet, I remain convinced that racism and sexism combine to create a uniquely hot hatred of homosexuals within most black gaybashers globally. I have penned many columns, hosted countless talk radio shows, and engaged in heated debates with diverse friends on the subject of black gaybashers for decades. I have elaborated ad infinitum about precisely how racism and sexism combine and degenerate too many black men who regard themselves exclusively as life support systems for penises, and too many black women who regard themselves exclusively as concubines/breeders for these aforementioned black macho men.

This toxic combination of psychoses fashions turbo gaybashers in blackface, who passionately regard homosexuals as literal nullifiers of their very existences. Their twisted insecurities are expressed as fatal gaybashing/self-defense mechanisms in the paranoid and insane wars that their hatred fuels against sexual truths in general and homosexual persons in particular. Combine those toxins with the additional madness created by the oceans of blood awash upon the hands of droves of black pastors, who continue to preach lies about God and the bible to their mindless and robotic flocks. These evil and bigoted pseudo-christians truly regard gaybashing and murdering homosexuals as divine acts!!! Also, blend in the arrogant ignorance of uneducated masses who know and desire to know absolutely nothing about the universal scientific nature of homosexuality in literally every living species. All of these ancient ingredients mesh into a perfect and pervasive recipe for social poison that festers deep within the core of global black cultures and ferments into a potent emotional and psychic venom that is spewed by a diaspora of African gaybashers like legions of deadly cobras.

Get it? At worst, there were QUOTAS. Not outright denial of entry.

Immigrants were never BARRED in total, except possibly the Chinese -- but even they were only blocked for a short period.

Diversity is the key to realism. There ARE MILLIONS of African homosexuals who love each other. EXCLUSIVELY. Why are we so nonexistent in print and on screen? Why must we all be depicted as O. J. Simpsons?

Racist pseudo-African gaybashers enjoy this white supremacist propoganda IMMENSELY. It is useful to them as they slander all African homosexuals as “eurocentric freaks and perverts infected with a white man’s disease”...True African scholars do not blame the white man for biology or that which is documented before his invasion of our motherland. And, they do not fictionalize Africa as a selective and macho utopia.

These demented homophobes are as wise about their opportunism as they are arrogant about their ignorance. Homosexuality is ancient and universal, in EVERY LIVING SPECIES. God creates homosexual plants, insects, animals, and humans. Africans were the first humans. Thus, we were the first homosexuals.

Incidentally, I do not blame these kufi-clad Nazis in blackface for their hostile reactions to these blatantly eurocentric images. I blame the demonic and moronic messengers. Those racist white editors and directors who dare to sacrifice our images with their deliberately limited and loathsome depictions. Those who can only accept us when we do not come in twos. I am FURIOUS about NEVER seeing afrocentric homosexuals like me, my soulmate, and our friends in the “gay” media! I long for gay images that reflect my African reality. Such superior messages can only come from superior messengers. On that note, skip the “gay” media’s fare. Instead, see “Set It Off”, “The Women Of Brewster Place”, “The Color Purple” and “Get On The Bus”. All of these films feature superior African homosexuals.

The "quotas" may have been for others as you stated, but there were outright denials PERIOD for black people from the Carib, south America and most parts of Africa. Again, there may not have been quotas directed to black immigrants, because they were denied and turned away, pronto! No black immigration issues there, do YOU get it?

In fact many black immigrants preferred to migrate to the UK, not only because it was politically easier, but America was still in the business of lynching, raping and openly discriminating against blacks more so. Why the hell would they want to come here in droves?

"Immigrants were never BARRED in total, except possibly the Chinese -- but even they were only blocked for a short period."

So if you admit that the Chinese were at one point barred, why do you pretend that Black immigrants were not barred at one point as well? Didn't find any material on google did you?

Slappy, you are so transparent. Why don't you go get a journal so you can scribble down and come to terms with your white underachieving failures. Stop trying to taunt black people on a blog. Lying Racist Loser.

funny how you rabid racists NEVER have any problem being the DOMINANT white/jew factor in all quotas...no????

Affirmative action is mandatory for affirmative discrimination. Racist employers have proven that they will only be fair when forced to be so legally. Affirmative action ensures fairness in increasingly hostile and ruthless workplaces.

Neoconservatives paint affirmative action as a program that favors the hiring of community college graduates over Ivy League graduates. It does no such thing. It does INCLUDE Black Ivy Leaguers in otherwise exclusively white Ivy League personnel pools. Racism forces most Black college graduates to be academically superior to their white peers. Whatever we do, racist professors force us to do it better than white students to achieve the same grades. Fortunately, we excel with habitual ease.

Masterfully, neocons are revamping affirmative action programs to benefit white South Africans and conservative white, female Americans exclusively. Actually, it has always benefitted whites more than Blacks, as "quotas" are always predominately white numerically. Sexism is still more rampant than racism. Black men still earn more than Black women in similar jobs. White women fare better than all Blacks in every occupational arena.

Nicolas Cage, the Oscar-winning star of “Leaving Las Vegas,” bought a seven-bedroom home with a panoramic view of the city’s casino-lined Strip in 2006 for $8.5 million. By January 2010, it was in foreclosure.

The next owner, who property records show paid $4.2 million, has put the house on the market for $7.9 million -- an “unrealistic” price, according to Zar Zanganeh, the broker handling the listing.

A growing number of high-end homes are selling at a loss or facing repossession by lenders in Las Vegas, which already has the highest rate of foreclosure filings among large U.S. cities. The wave of defaults that began with subprime borrowers and the unemployed has spread to upscale homeowners who see no point of staying even if they can afford to.

In the 15 months through March, at least 25 houses in the Las Vegas area changed hands for more than $3 million, with at least seven doing so through foreclosure or by selling at a loss, according to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and Clark County property records. In 2009, 14 homes sold for more than that amount, with one trading at a loss.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama and his family are heading to church this Easter.
The Obamas plan to visit a church on Sunday. White House aides are mum on where the first family is going, citing security and privacy.

Obama hasn’t attended public church services in Washington since taking office. He left his Chicago church last year after his pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, caused a controversy with his incendiary rhetoric.

Obama has sent aides to scout more than a dozen churches, but the first family hasn’t yet made a decision. Advisers say Obama is going to be careful with the pick because reporters will dig into the church’s and pastor’s history.

President Obama seems positively eager to dismantle the safety nets put in place in the Thirties and strengthened by a Black-led movement in the Sixties. He calls it “Winning the Future” – a future that “holds nothing but further pain and decline for Black America.” By virtually all indices, Black fortunes have plummeted under the First Black President, whose policy is to let the (chocolate) chips fall where they may.

Barack Obama must bear direct responsibility for the relative Black decline, both as candidate and president. As election year 2008 began, Obama took the most pro-banker, laissez faire capitalist position on home foreclosures of the three major Democratic presidential candidates. John Edwards backed a mandatory moratorium on foreclosures and a freeze on interest rates, while Hillary Clinton supported a “voluntary” halt and $30 billion in federal aid to homeowners. But Obama opposed any moratorium, mandatory or voluntary, and balked at cash for homeowners and stricken communities. As president, his program to stem the flow of foreclosures has been pitiful, near worthless in slowing the spiral that has taken down much of what once considered itself the Black middle class.

And what does D'Souza's non-association with Blacks have anything to do with it?

    ------

D’Souza’s not associating with black people is typical among writers with racist theories. The question should be: how does one write books about groups of people they do not know? Why is their work taken seriously? This is a pattern of humiliation African Americans have had to endure. Surely, if one were to write about the Chinese, a trip to China would produce the best results. That is, if you really wanted to understand their culture. But that’s not what books like D’Souza’s purpose is. D’Souza was at the time or still is a member of the American Enterprise Institute. As you know, AEI is a conservative Think Thank primarily funded by big oil. Perhaps the Institute felt that D’Souza’s brown skin would give the book more validly. Among their so called Fellows is a sprinkle of Uncle Toms. However, D’Souza’s book was so racially offensive-that two of the Toms, Robert Woodson and Glenn Loury resigned. It is also important to note that the American Enterprize Institute is the source of other racist books. The Belle Curve, written by Charles Murray is a member of the Institute. Beyond the Color line, written by Abigail and Stephen Thernstrom is another product of the Institute. Though all these books have been disputed by numerous scholars, the damage has already been done. As usual, you can thank the Jim Crow media for that.

They are pretty good at supporting each other when comes beating on a white person. Is there one video on the internet of a random “beat down” of a lone black person by a pack of white women?

I remember when OJ Simpson got off on two counts of murder. The cheering of the blacks at work and the silence of everyone else. It's a terrifying concept, but many blacks really believe in the one bullet, one white infant line of thought.

One Sunday morning in 1997 I was held up at gun point in Washington DC while jogging. Wearing shorts and a t-shirt I could never figure out why I was a target in the first place..after all, where could I possibly be carrying money to begin with? But I was white, I was alone and that was reason enough. The most vivid memory of he event was that as I standing there the black church across the street let out. I remember several people walking out of church and recognizing what was happening and smiling. And this was in a city I had spent the previous 18 years in working to better the education for disadvantaged black children. I never forgot those smiles.

Everytime in DC that I found myself alone in the presence of 3+ blacks, I felt I was in a high risk situation.

Today I live in an area that’s about 4% black, and I have never had any trouble in walking into a McD’s or jogging here. But I am not sure how long that will last

Blacks today feel it is their right to assault whites.

This is the future of America.

If that is the case then I want Obama to be President because he is obviously smarter and faster than any of the best we have.

He might be the best of what "you" have, but he sure as hell aint that bright. You dont solve anything by being a good finger pointer.

And AB there's a difference between reforming the Fed to make it more accountable and abolishing the Federal Reserve and returning to the gold standard - an idea that was has been denounced for over 100 years & debunked in all places, the Wizard of Oz. (Follow the Yellow Brick Road) Ron Paul is a disciple of Ayn Rand's right wing quackery and any so called progressive who supports his ideas needs to read the fine print or see a shrink. Yes, I agree with him about the war and to some degree - the banking bailouts. But this man, like his son, sees civil rights as a crime against individual liberty. He's a nut who shouldn't be let anywhere near the White House. Let him annoy the GOP the way he does now.

Those Black women MD,PhD's and PhD's I spoke of earlier? EVERY one of them warned me about dealing with White women on the job, and d*mn if EVERY single one of them wasn't right. And they often have far MORE education and experience than the white women that are causing them grief!

For the first time in generations, a presidential election campaign saw virtually no demands from the Black side of the electorate. Two years into Barack Obama’s term, a code of silence remains in force. “Are we so wrapped up in the symbolism of a black president that we can’t hold him accountable to the demands of a community that voted for him upwards of 97%?” And why this peculiar behavior by Black people? “Other communities don’t give up their right to make demands on political leaders they vote for.”

Black wealth has virtually disappeared. Data gathered prior to 2007, when the full scope of the subprime mortgage catastrophe was just becoming known, showed median Black family wealth at about $5,000, one-twentieth of the median white family’s $100,000 holdings. Since then, the bottom has fallen out from under whole communities, with Blacks hit by far the hardest. By the second quarter of 2010, Black home ownership had declined from its 2007 level of 48 percent to 46.2 percent, a 3.7 percent drop, and still falling – a guarantee that median Black household wealth is well below the $5,000 registered in 2007. (Median wealth for single Black women at the top of their earning capacity, ages 36 to 49, was precisely $5 – five dollars! – in 2010.)

You said that there were no immigration laws before 1920. The United States has always had laws on immigration on the books.

Until the 1920s there were no immigration laws. There were some rules about becoming a citizen -- which is separate from immigration.

Meanwhile, in case you've forgotten, the US was initially a nation of 13 states. There were no laws of any kind stopping anyone from heading off into territories that had not yet become states.

The last open territory in the US was the area that became Arizona and New Mexico. Both were admitted as states in 1912.

As for Alaska and Hawaii, I suppose it was rather easy to sneak into both of them before 1959 and get swept up as citizens when they were admitted.

"If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be." - Ron Paul, 1992

"Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the `criminal justice system,' I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal." - Ron Paul, 1992

"We don't think a child of 13 should be held responsible as a man of 23. That's true for most people, but black males age 13 who have been raised on the streets and who have joined criminal gangs are as big, strong, tough, scary and culpable as any adult and should be treated as such." - Ron Paul, 1992

"What else do we need to know about the political establishment than that it refuses to discuss the crimes that terrify Americans on grounds that doing so is racist? Why isn't that true of complex embezzling, which is 100 percent white and Asian?" - Ron Paul, 1992.

"...our country is being destroyed by a group of actual and potential terrorists -- and they can be identified by the color of their skin."

"We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings, and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers."

Barack Obama behaves as if he has no historical or cultural knowledge of “the nation over which he presides.” The president’s labeling of African Americans as “mongrels” reveals an astounding and fundamental disrespect for Black Americans as a distinct people. As an epithet, “mongrel” is an even “more powerfully shaped political charge than the ubiquitous ‘nigger!’”

“Mongrelization” was the bane of American Manifest Destiny, an ever-present threat to white notions of “civilization.” The extermination of Native Americans and the fire and whips of daily white terror during slavery and Jim Crow kept “mongrelizing” influences at bay, but protecting the gene pools of “Anglo-Saxons” and other Europeans later allowed into the “white” fold required constant vigilance. In the post-Civil War era, as the muscular settler state prepared to push its empire beyond ocean barriers, expansionism ran into the brick wall of race purity. The United States could conquer the lands of Hawaii, the Philippines, Puerto Rico and Cuba, but how could these territories be absorbed into the national structure without hopelessly tainting “America” – politically, culturally and biologically?

This has been a short glimpse of the history of the “mongrel” term that Obama brought to the morning broadcast couch like some benign little nugget. Of course, even a president has the personal right to call himself any names he pleases. But Obama told the ladies of “The Show” and millions of viewers that “we” African Americans are “a mongrel people” – a label he is not entitled to inflict on 40 million Black folks, many of whom know full well the poisonous historical (and, yes, contemporary) properties inherent in the term. Obama’s talk show behavior is consistent with his politics, which constantly tries to erase the very idea of Black America. (As in his introduction to most Americans, at the August, 2004 Democratic National Convention: “There is no Black America…there is only the United States of America.”) In ways big and small, Obama reveals that he does not accept or respect African Americans as a distinct people, culture and polity who cannot be reduced to a flotsam and jetsam of various and sundry human parts. Apparently, that’s how he thinks of himself.

At first glance, abolishing the Federal Reserve and returning to the gold standard seems a quaintly eccentric idea, but Texas congressman Paul presents a plan to eliminate our country's central bank, and return to a private banking system, that's both serious and plausible. The questionable aspects involve Paul's predicted results: not only will ending the Fed eliminate inflation (the government cannot print more money than it has gold reserves), but also business booms and busts, wars, income inequality, trade imbalances and the growth of government. Further, and perhaps most important, it would "disempower the secretive cartel of powerful money managers who exercise disproportionate influence over the conduct of public policy." Paul tends to gloss over those periods in history, including the Panic of 1907, in which private banking and the gold standard were law: "the bad reputation of nineteenth century American banking... is largely the result of... propaganda agitating for the creation of the Fed." With respect to "secretive cartels," Paul takes up the interesting question of whether J.P. Morgan is in fact preferable to Ben Bernanke. An engaging response to big-government solutions for the financial crisis, this knowledgeable and opinionated look at U.S. economics, from a firebrand public servant, should provoke much thought.

    SAN DIEGO --

An American who treated Coretta Scott King and other terminally ill patients at his Mexican clinic was sentenced Friday to one year in jail for practicing medicine without a license.

Kurt Donsbach, who administered alternative treatments at his clinic just south of the border, sat with his head down as San Diego County Superior Court Judge Charles Rogers admonished him for spiking medications with drugs that were not approved for use in the United States.

"Alternative medicine is not on trial in this case. Mr. Donsbach is," the judge said.

Donsbach, 75, pleaded guilty in December to practicing medicine without a license, selling misbranded drugs, grand theft and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

At the time, the judge indicated the maximum sentence would be one year in jail, in part due to Donsbach's age.

Gina Darvas, a deputy district attorney, urged a stronger sentence Friday.

"He is a con man who will refuse to give up his con," she said.

The judge scheduled a restitution hearing for victims on June 6.

"Nope, it just means that negros in America get a pass on most everything. It's Racist to question the blackish man's birth circumstances."

    No dummy.

It's racist that the previous 43 white men never had their birth circumstances questioned but the first black one did.

The First Birthers Were Progressive Democrats.Just do some research on Chester A. Arthur.Progressives still believe he was born in Canada.

    From Boston.com

"Nearly 123 years after his death, doubts about his US citizenship linger, thanks to lack of documentation and a political foe’s assertion that Arthur was really born in Canada - and was therefore ineligible for the White House, where he served from 1881 to 1885....
The focus on his place of birth became an issue in the 1880 presidential campaign, when Arthur was tapped to be the running mate for Garfield.

According to historical accounts, Republican bosses wanted him to provide proof of his birthplace, but he never did.

Democrats, meanwhile, hired a lawyer named Arthur Hinman who sought to discredit Arthur, alleging that he was born in Dunham, Quebec, about 47 miles north of Fairfield. Hinman traveled to Vermont and Canada to research Arthur’s past, eventually concluding that Arthur was born in Canada but appropriated the birth records of a baby brother who was born in Fairfield, but died as an infant.

He later incorporated the findings into a book titled “How A British Subject Became President of the United States."

These white folk also had their " birth circumstances questioned"

    Barry Goldwater
    John McCain
    George Romney
    Lowell Weicker, Jr.
    Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr.

Your race card has been "Trump".

  185. Hobama has been THE worst/most bigoted/most brutal/most openly elitist prez in history

Especially to his adoring broke black mongrels!!!!

In 2010, the ACLU sued the Obama administration after it was leaked that Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen, was on the government's "kill list."
"The Predator [drone] is the weapon of choice, but it could also be someone putting a bullet in your head," Rizzo told the magazine.
"It's a radical departure that the administration has taken from historical practice," Jaffer told Raw Story. "The administration has taken the position that it has the authority -- not just in traditional war zones like Afghanistan, but far away from traditional war zones in places like Somalia or Yemen -- to use lethal force against anyone whom the administration concludes is an enemy of the United States."
"To us, that's a profoundly troubling assertion. The reality is that many Americans trust the Obama administration with this power. Even if it's justifiable to trust this administration with that power -- and I'm not sure that it is -- but even if it is justifiable, you have to consider what the next administration will do with this power. It doesn't take a whole lot of imagination to come up with a scenario where a power like this could be abused," he said.
The ACLU wrote a letter to President Barack Obama last year urging him to reject the targeted killing of Americans outside of conflict zones.
"At the very least, we think that the administration ought to disclose more about the program, more about the scope of the program, the scope of the authority that it's claiming and the circumstances it believes it can use lethal force," Jaffer continued.
He explained that it was hard to be upset with Rizzo, but the public deserves to hear the truth through official channels.
"Allowing government officials to eschew official information channels in favor of unofficial ones has real consequences," Jaffer said. "It's not just that officials can control what information is released to the public, and when, and in what contexts. They can also control which legal challenges get heard, because courts can't adjudicate challenges to government policies if they don't know what those policies are. When the executive branch strips the courts of information, it also strips them of authority."
The ACLU director also said that there were direct consequences for Americans when the government abuses secrecy.
"Americans are denied the opportunity to participate in the conversation about counter-terrorism policy. When we don't know what the government's policies are, we can't critique those policies or reject them."

It's costing restaurants and food makers a lot more money to produce or buy food as the price of cattle, wheat, sugar, corn and just about every other agricultural commodity has surged in the past year.
And even though the Federal Reserve may think that higher commodity costs are "transitory" -- which is the econobabble way of saying "Don't worry about it!" -- companies aren't so sure.
That could be bad news for consumers, who are already coping with soaring gasoline prices.

And when you put your budget on the table we know what you believe in and there's some questions, some real questions to be asked. The Republican budget is no better, but budgets are moral documents. And it's this budget here, says a whole lot about what our values and priorities are and quite frankly I don't like any of them.

Paul is a neo-isolationist with disdain for the neo-conservative agenda—famously even saying that U.S. interventionist foreign policy in the Middle East helped bring about 9/11—essentially echoing an al Qaeda rationalization. The 9/11 Truthers—the Birthers of the Bush presidency—hovered around his candidacy without receiving the direct endorsement of their candidate. More relevant to today’s debates, Paul was an admirably consistent critic of the pork-barrel spending that came out of the Tom DeLay-led GOP congress during the Bush years—a pose now adopted by many conservatives who eagerly lined up at the trough at the time.

"Why waste your energy on the ghetto?"
