E-mails don't shoot.

Image result for email imagesCable news outlets are full of excitement over Hillary's e-mails and the report by the FBI director. (He did say that there would be no indictment, right?)

Anyway, as I tweeted earlier, you will excuse me if I don't really care too much about Hillary and her "classified" e-mails. The last time I checked her e-mails weren't gunning down and killing black men on America's streets for no apparent reason.

As a black man in America, I am more concerned about what happened to Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, than I am about what goes on with Hillary Clinton's private e-mails. Sorry, that's just where I am at this point in my life. Petty political games will not trump (no pun intended) every day survival.

Those two East Baton Rouge police officers were either poorly trained and incompetent, or they were color aroused racists who have no respect for black life.

In either case they should not have been on the force.

But back to Hillary and the politics of her e-mails.

This was a tweet from someone in my twitter family named Eric Boehlert:

"Eric Boehlert @EricBoehlert 9 hours ago
a buddy on FB addresses Clinton Derangement Syndrome
"

Congratulations! You have your new Trayvon/Mike Brown/Freddie Grey. Of course, America is pretty well niggered out by now, so don't expect too much outrage. Maybe a small riot or two at most. Another day, another hoodlum ... yawn.

Field, I was reading your other blog, A Gay Black Man With AIDS Speaks, and you mentioned this recent tragedy in Louisiana. I was so heartbroken I barely had the strength to remove the dead gerbil from my rectum. (Do you ever have this problem, BTW? Salad tongs work best, FYI.)

Let us pray for all the underprivileged Black Men who are daily slaughtered like cattle by the racist KKK police in this country. I mean yeah, over 80 Black Men were killed this weekend in Chicago by other Black Men, but let's not talk about that. Let's deal with the police problem first. Because a thug with a gun is a terrible thing to waste.

I'm loving the Alton Sterling press conference video. The jabbering she-mammy who can't even pronounce the words she was given to read; the morbidly obese son fake-crying; the "community activists" hovering in the background with those well-rehearsed looks of consternation.

We've seen it all before, negroes. You BLM shtick has gotten stale. Why don't you go back to shucking and jiving again? We liked you better that way.

There is an article on the consortiumnews website that people might find interesting, How Hillary Clinton Ignores Peace. Among other things, it draws parallels between the obsticles faced by current day opposition to war and the 60's civil rights movement. It has quite a bit of information about what is going on in the Middle East and has some information about Hillary's emails in context to that.

One of the many extraordinary things about this present political crisis is the reality that the Democratic establishment is lockstep behind a woman who has unquestionably failed the public in multiple, consequential ways - yet they believe she's somehow triumphant because she's not actually facing a criminal trial.

Boehlert vastly understated the crimes of everybody he mentioned, except Ford. Ford pardoned Nixon, but Ford didn't say that should set a precedent to do things like not charge Cheney. Ford was an angel compared to the rest of them.

People keep dying in violent and terrible ways, and nobody seems to know why. Following the recent slaughter of 44 people at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport, US secretary of state John Kerry told a press conference: "We're still trying to ascertain what happened and who did it."

One day, many years from now, with the assistance of global police networks, we might have an answer. At US news outlet MSNBC, this post-Istanbul question was asked: "Is there a pattern to recent terror attacks?"

Again, nobody has a clue. It's a complete mystery. What on earth might be the common factor linking mass killings in Paris, Brussels, Orlando, London, Madrid, Bali, Israel, Libya Somalia, Cameroon, Egypt, India, Bangladesh, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, the Philippines, Russia, Burkina Faso, Kenya and now Istanbul? What pattern might there be?

Over in Germany, which coincidentally has lately taken in some million or so claimed refugees, one police spokesman suggested overcrowding may be the big issue.
Announcing that Munich would spend nearly $4.5 million more on security during this year's Oktoberfest, spokesman Marcus da Gloria Martins said that the huge cost increase was to do with something other than terrorism and its completely unknown cause.

"For me the general problem of crowding at Oktoberfest is more worrisome than a terrorist attack," he said, which is presumably why it makes sense to hire an additional 100 security personnel, install an emergency multi-language loudspeaker system and conduct bag checks at every single entrance. Because crowding.

All of these measures are obviously about overcrowding and not any other thing that might happen at random, somehow causing people to spontaneously die. Obviously.

Yeah, I recall an interview with Terry McCauliff in which he stated that had Bush lost the election Reagan would have probably gone to jail. Funny, Republican Presidents seem to commit huge crimes for which they skate but want to hold hearing after hearing for the smallest infraction which usually turns out to be nothing. Didn't they go after justice for not going after the two NBPP dudes? Shit like that.

The report to the police was a man had a gun and was threatening people. Sterling was armed with a gun.

Does Sterling have a criminal history of battery or assault? I wonder.

We don't know what happened yet and need to wait for the complete investigation.

According to the NYTimes, "a person called the police to report that a black man in a red shirt selling music CDs outside the Triple S Food Mart had threatened him with a gun, the Police Department said. Two officers confronted Mr. Sterling about 12:35 a.m.

Mr. Sterling had a long criminal history, including convictions for battery and illegal possession of a gun, but it is not clear whether the officers knew any of that as they tried to arrest him."

Killary may not be indicted for this latest outrage, but the bitch will go down.

Like OJ, they may not get her on the "original" crime, but they'll get her on something. The investigation of the Clinton Crime Syndicate, aka "Foundation" continues.

And Comey's announcement just created a whole new class of Trump voters. Not voting FOR Trump but most angrily and assuredly, ANTI Clinton.

  32. During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.

Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.

He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”

When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

    Pretty hard-hitting investigation, huh?

Well, you have to look at reality. How many racist comments against teh blacks have you witnessed here? Do you believe there is still anti-Blah racism? If so then BLM is necessary.
My question about all lives matter is why don't the people who say this have rallies and work to stop innocent people being shot by police? My guess is the people who say this only want to minimize BLM instead of actually caring about their "cause".

You need to look beyond the politics.

It is bad news for the country.

Comey basically gutted all the laws and penalties dealing with the mishandling of classified information. The fact is Hillary and her staff should have been at the very least booted from their jobs and stripped of their security clearances for life. Normally for what she did, she and her IT staff should have been put in a Federal penitentiary.

There is no excuses for her staff to physically transfer classified info from a classified network to a unclassified, internet accessible system with no security enabled on it. They broke so many rules it’s not even funny.

This was not incompetence this was outright and deliberate. Comey knew this from day one and so did the IT people at the state department who were willing accomplices of Clinton and who are equally guilty.

The stuff she had on her server was TS and SAP, which is a big time violation where the FBI and military intelligence get involved and things generally go downhill from there. You do not mishandle that info. It stays on classified systems period.

Now every person who has been charged and convicted of mishandling classified info has grounds to appeal.

Comey made a total mockery of the rule of law.

He made it abundantly clear there are two sets of rules in this country, one for the little people and none for the powerful.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Anonymous7:05 PM

The people who depend on the rule of law are the little people, those with a bit of property, a little bit in the bank (but not much), those who play by the rules and work hard every day and want neither a world of Road Warrior nor a corrupt 1789 style aristocracy that will take what they have at whims.

I admit that the Clinton emails are no huge thing. They show a combination of incompetence by her staff (there's no reason to expect an out-of-touch member of the elite to understand better computer practices) and the inability of the .gov itself to provide good communications tools. Since email is kind of a hybrid between written communications and verbal, my own feeling is that the privacy of them has yet to be worked out.

Clinton's primary sins lie in the area of flat-out influence peddling. There's no point in listing them since they absolutely don't matter to her supporters and her detractors are already against her.

Aside from Johnson, my guess is that she's probably the most corrupt person in modern history to (likely) win the office. The real danger from her lies in the fact that she's about half crazy and darned likely to drag the US into conflict, but I can't prove that. In the scheme of things, pushing a few tens of millions of dollars into the family coffers every year just doesn't matter compared to the other damage she could do.

I'm good with FN being a Clinton supporter. Tribe overrides country after all.
