The hater in chief.

Image result for trump angry image  Barack Obama is being welcomed back to civilian life in a very harsh way, and he is being reminded of what it is like to be a regular black citizen in America.

Think  about it. He is accused of committing a serious crime with no evidence or anything grounded in facts. And the accusation is taken so seriously that it is now being investigated by congress.

See how  that works? Even if you are a black man that ascends to the highest office in the land, you can still be treated with utter contempt and disrespect.

Poor Obama must be wondering what he did to this trump fellow to deserve all of this. For years he accused him of not being a citizen of this country, and now he accuses him of committing a federal crime while in office.

We might need a shrink to explain the sick twisted hatred that trump has for Obama. It is clearly more than politics. There is something else at work here. (Calling Dr. Freud)

Obama's friends say that he is furious at the accusations. Still, he has said nothing, and frankly, I hope that he keeps it that way. He should let his surrogates continue to do the talking. I am not sure that it would be a good look to get into an open spat with the charlatan in chief at this point.

The FBI director (the same one who could  have cost Hillary the election), to his credit, has stated emphatically that Obama did no such thing, and he asked the justice department to publically deny it, but the White House will do no such thing.

Sadly, they are too busy backing their leader who casually made a ridiculous and outrageous charge to do the right thing.

Everything Obama "accomplished" was through Affirmative Action.

Everything has been given to him for his entire life. His academic credentials. His autobiography. His Presidency. His Nobel Peace Prize. His house. His $60 million book advance.

There has never been anyone of lesser merit to rise so high than Barack Obama.

  10. Clinton campaign confirms they knew of Trump campaign wiretaps, says they were directed at Russians:

“Today Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager Robby Mook told Fox he had knowledge of wiretaps being used during the campaign but he suggested they were targeted at Russian officials, not directly at Trump Tower.”

Of course he knew; Hillary tweeted about the wiretaps one week before the election.

It’s funny to watch Democrats split hairs as they try to dance around the wiretapping scandal. It’s hard to believe that Mook really thought the wiretaps were meant for Russian officials when the entire reason for the wiretaps was to take down Trump – the man running against his boss, Hillary.

  28. From Breitbart:

Once again bypassing the hopelessly jaundiced media, President Trump announced that he just learned that his predecessor in the White House bugged Trump Tower during the last election.

“This is McCarthyism!” he declared, in 140 characters or less.

All the digits fit to print!
“Is it legal for a sitting President to be ‘wiretapping’ a race for president prior to an election?” Mr. Trump wondered, very loudly. “Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!”

“I bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!”

Ever litigious and meticulous about any slight, Mr. Trump is always on the march for justice.

“How low has President Obama gone to tap my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”

    Cue total media freakout.

But the usual conspiracy-minded folks in the media were suddenly and uncharacteristically uncurious about this latest case of alleged Watergate-style political buggery.

No proof, they exclaimed! Reckless accusations! Unfounded charges!

There is, to be clear, an unchallenged story written a few months back claiming that the Obama administration sought authorization from the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to spy on Trump Tower as part of an investigation into links between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. This request was initially denied, according to the story, before it was ultimately granted.

Now this, alone, is a stunning charge. The assertion that one sitting branch of the federal government used American intelligence operatives to spy on the campaign of a political enemy in the midst of a presidential campaign would, normally, be an explosive story that the media could never resist.

But these are not normal times.

Mr. Obama, the hounds bay, would NEVER order agents to spy on a political opponent. Anyway, his Justice Department would have to go through the FISA court to get permission to do it.

So, basically, the evidence for why this is all such a suddenly bogus claim is that Mr. Obama would never do it.

Yet, this is the same Barack Obama who spent eight years in the White House politicizing every imaginable aspect of the federal government in order to punish his enemies and reward his friends.

The massive stimulus program turned into a boondoggle for his friends in the environmental jihad. His IRS became weaponized to go after political enemies.

Mr. Obama’s Justice Department went so far pushing a political agenda against lawful gun ownership that they put thousands of illegal guns into the hands of criminals. Even after it was revealed that these guns were used to kill a U.S. Border Patrol agent, the Obama administration was unrepentant..”

    ReplyDelete
  29. Part II

This is the same Barack Obama who ordered the federal government to take over the entire healthcare industry — one-sixth of the U.S. economy — in a brazen attempt to advance his own partisan, political agenda.

This guy is so overtly and nakedly political that he spent every ounce of his political capital during his presidency to turn community policing into a political agenda. Remember, only Black Lives Matter.

Even race could not escape the clutches of his political maw. “You know, if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” Mr. Obama once said. Barf.

Now we read reports in The New York Times that the Obama administration left “bread crumbs” in hopes of trying the Trump campaign to the Russians after Mr. Obama left office. And U.S. intelligence agents spied on Mr. Trump’s national security adviser and leaked the results of that spying.

And you expect the American people now to believe that Mr. Obama didn’t bug Trump Tower because, well, that would just be too political? As Mr. Obama’s old Chicago preacher once famously said: “America’s chickens are coming home to roost.

To his credit? Not all that much credit. If he had agreed to wiretap Trump without a warrant to serve the Democrats' purely political purposes, as Trump is suggesting without any evidence, that would constitute a crime on Comey's part. Comey has to refute this lie if he doesn't want to be thrown under the bus.

See what happened here, though? Comey helped Trump cheat his way to the presidency by mounting a bogus, protracted investigation of Hillary Clinton and then repeatedly making public comment on it -- which is highly unethical but not criminal -- and what is his reward? Trump screws him without hesitation at the earliest available opportunity.

    ----

Yes he did, numbnut. From the transcript of Comey's statement

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

    and

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent.

    and

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information

She clearly violated the law, yet Comey recommended no prosecution due to lack of intent. Try that the next time you get pulled over for speeding.

You are one of the most intellectually insular people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering.

Comey could not prosecute her because she did not come close to breaking any law. The investigation was always bullshit.

It's got nothing to do with ignorance of the law. It has to do with what the law requiring intent. Taking actions that will intentionally pass classified information to unauthorized parties is the criterion for criminality. Being careless in a way that might theoretically, possibly allow someone to steal such information isn't actually a crime, despite what you might have heard from wingnut propaganda outlets.

    ---

But the law, as written, did not reqire intent.

Here is 18 USC 793(f), which Comey explicitly referenced:

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer —Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

The "intent" requirement was created by Comey, who by his own statement indicated he believed Hillary had demonstrated "gross negligence" and had failed to take appropriate action or even notify the President after hacking activity had been detected.

"Being careless in a way that might theoretically, possibly allow someone to steal such information isn't actually a crime, despite what you might have heard from wingnut propaganda outlets"
    ---

Comey's conclusion that Hillary did not intend to break the law was not valid to begin with. "Intent" for purposes of committing a crime generally does not require intent to commit the final harm (specific intent). It requires intent to commit a criminal act (basic intent). For example, if you threw a rock into a crowd and it killed someone, you would likely be prosecuted for first-degree murder, even though you didn’t have specific intent to kill someone; you’d be guilty thanks to your intent to throw the rock.

Hillary clearly had intent to mishandle classified information – she did it, set up a private server to do it, and had her lawyers destroy emails on that server. Hillary also exposed vast quantities of material intentionally – that was intentional misconduct. She didn't have to purposefully expose those materials so that a specific person would access them, as General David Petraeus did. She could just expose them purposely because she believed it was important to do so to protect her own privacy from government discovery. And as to obstruction of justice, Comey himself acknowledged, "It is also likely that there are other work-related e-mails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery."

Comey clearly didn’t obey the law here, because he was told not to by Loretta Lynch, who in turn was told not to by Barack Obama. In a real country, they would all wind up in jail. I hope President Trump can Make America Real Again.

At least Hillary's use of an illegal server in order to hide her influence peddling through the Clinton Foundation backfired when it got hacked by foreign governments, which cost her the election.

HRC's server did not get hacked. Another right wing, easily proved wrong, lie.

Mike Flynn was a lobbyist for Turkey while serving as a Drumpf campaign aid and as nominal head of National Security. He finally registered long after the fact and should be tossed in jail with the rest of this administration.

The Clinton Foundation was audited from top to bottom and there were no crimes committed, no influence peddling nothing, SUCKERS! Cry me a river, whiny wingnut bitches.

  71. Anymoose said if you threw HRC's private server into a crowd and it didn't reveal any top secret info until years after the fact, we should have hung HRC anyway because the person who threw her server intended to jay walk.

Jay walking with a private server is a crime in at least three sub-Sahara Africa nations-all of which Obama swears he wasn't born in so we can charge Joe Biden with swimming in the nude. Yup, HRC is guilty all right.

"The dossier's claim about a Ukraine-WikiLeaks quid pro quo alleges that Trump would refrain from speaking forcefully, if at all, during the 2016 presidential campaign about Russia's 2014 incursion into eastern Ukraine. In return, Russia would provide WikiLeaks the documents it stole from the Democratic National Committee.

Throughout the campaign, Trump broke from traditional GOP orthodoxy and established himself as the most sympathetic Republican candidate toward Russia, stressing a need to work with the country on various geopolitical issues."

Every day another aspect of the dossier is substantiated. How long until they catch him with hooker pee DNA? And who will care? Probably not the MAGAts who are cheering on the fact that he traded US foreign policy to a hostile country for a DNC break in and it's ill gotten gains.

Putin did not get any of the uranium in the United States even though he paid for it. It cannot be exported to Russia so he got taken in the deal.

  90. Hey moron from iowa: According to wingnut news sources like NPR and New York Times, HRC sold 20% of US uranium reserves to Russia for $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation (including $2.35 from Uranium One's Chairman) and a straight up $500K payment to her husband in Russia:

The deal required approval from several US government entities, including Clinton's State Department, through the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. The CFIUS reviews deals that could cause foreign governments to control US assets important to national security.

At the same time, Uranium One investors reportedly gave millions of undisclosed dollars to the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation. According to The Times, this broke an ethics agreement Clinton's foundation had struck with President Barack Obama's administration to avoid potential conflicts of interest between her foundation and government work.

"As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions ... a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation," The Times reported. "Uranium One's chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well."

SIEGEL: There's also the eye-popping $500,000 speaking fee that Bill Clinton received in Russia. What is the connection, if any, to the entire uranium mine acquisition?

BECKER: Yeah. That was paid by Renaissance Capital, an investment bank in Russia that has links to the Kremlin. And basically they invited Bill, and Bill gave the speech just after the Russians had announced their desire to acquire this 51-percent stake in this company, but before the U.S. government had signed off.

"She clearly violated the law, yet Comey recommended no prosecution due to lack of intent."

In other words, she's plainly guilty.  It's a strict-liability offense, intent has nothing to do with it.

"And this Republican president? Who also lost the popular vote so very, very bigly"

"and had to be cheated into office by his Russians sponsors? Who lies constantly? About everything?"

The CIA's bag of hacking tricks included a bunch of reverse-engineered malware from a bunch of different countries, so they could leave "fingerprints" pointing to anyone they wanted to.  Including Russia.

Meanwhile, an Iraqi terrorist was admitted to the USA by Obama and is still at large, and your outrage is... nonexistent.

The irony is that your hatred for White non-liberals (IOW, people who just want to be left alone) has never been hotter, just when you've turned the national mood against you with "Justice for Trayvon" (he got his justice, right in the heart), followed by Ferguson and Baltimore.  The only reason you can get away with this is because you've got a whole set of special laws and regulations protecting you even from criticism.

Well, those laws and regulations are now in our crosshairs.  You may soon have no protections for your dysfunctions or even your personal politics.  All but the best of you probably face a future of permanent unemployment because nobody feels like dealing with your crap anymore.

You're going to wind up in a tin-roof shack back in the Deep South, where you came from.  Get used to the idea.
