Now that Mr. Morton has introduced Brittany and Paris into the presidential campaign, and Luda has injected himself with a rap song about Hillary and Mr. Morton ("O" man why did you feel a need to apologize for what some rapper did?Mr. Morton didn't apologize for Toby Keith's song about lynching), we can finally say that the political silly season is firmly on its way.
And honestly, just what the hell was Mr. Morton's camp thinking? Do they really think splicing images of Paris and Brittany in their campaign commercial will hurt the "O" man with voters? Hello? Do they not realize that most A-merry-cans have an IQ and an attention span equivalent to these two accidental icons, and would just as soon vote for one of them than either of the two candidates? Shit, this commercial will help not hurt Obama. Image, Mr. Morton, Image.
Okay Mr. Morton, I am going to try to help you here: Your people should have found a way to put images of Mike Tyson and O.J. in that commercial. (See Willie Horton, now that was brilliant.) Scare white folks by association, dirty up the race neutral one, and force A-merry-cans to associate him with some of those black men we despise and are afraid of. That's how you run a scare campaign. Not putting images of Brittany and Paris in your damn commercial. What the fuck? Are you trying to become president or show that you are plugged into the MTV generation?
And another thing Mr. Morton: Keep trying to paint his "O" ness as an uppity Negro. Here in A-merry-ca there is nothing we hate more than uppity Negroes. If you are going to be an uppity Negro you had better not be running for political office. You better have your own business and you damn sure better not depend on folks in the majority to keep your business afloat. A-merry-cans did not like the "O" man's European Vacation (boy what the hell do you mean you are a "world citizen"? You are an A-merry-can damn it, start acting like one) and the polls show that. Hell, even so called respected reporters over at the Washington Post are starting to cast the "O" man as an egomaniacal uppity Negro. (They took the quote out of context to fit their story, but that's a whole different issue) So keep playing on that, and watch how the polls tighten.
Sorry Mr. Morton, no more tips for you from the field. You pay good money for the advice I just gave you for free. But I have a bet to win, and twice a week in the gym is all I can do right now. Please don't force me to go anymore than that.
what's an "uppity negro"?
ReplyDeleteThis race is going to get uglier then when it was Hillary vs. Barrack. John McCain is older and meaner then Hillary. And he can't afford to lose this time around for his bid into the White House.
ReplyDeleteAfter all Grandpa only has one shot left in him for this race. If he loses that is it he's finished. Obama really needs to stop with all the big speeches. He needs to bring it down a notch and just focus on the jobs etc...
Well it's official, Mc has a thing for blonde bubble head bimbos of all ages. That's all.
ReplyDeleteAll around the Repug campaign they're saying, "Willie Horton. Find us a Willie Horton."
ReplyDeleteWhat the O'ness need to do is stay out of Iraq. He's scaring "certain" people. They might think he's checking in with the "terrorist headquarters".
ReplyDeleteHe's actually losing popularity here in the US (the white vindictive disgruntled femmie association isn't helping either). People are comparing his status more of a "celeb" instead of a well needed "leader".
I though a Dem introduced the Willie Horton ad. Am I wrong on this?

They did a statistical report and it did drop after his trip oversees. Then aain I don't think his popularity really matters because people are going to vote for him regardless. Any sane person would, he's more qualified than McCain. The only people who hold on to McCain are the racist and the die hard republicans.

Field, you better hope I don't win the lottery because the first thing I buy with my winnings won't be a Porsche. It will be a first class plane ticket to Philly to watch you go "Bucknaked on Broad Street" for the O-man. :)

ReplyDelete...............................
Who did a poll? The polls I've been looking at shows he's higher then McCain. Look at this point I think you guys really need to stop watch all the talking heads on Tv. Because they are so full of shit and irrelevance. I remember right before Barrack won Iowa they showed how John Edwards was surging. Then low and behold Edwards lost to Obama.
And lets not forget the poll that showed Hillary losing New Hampshire. It turned out the polls lied about her too. Obama is doing fine. Screw the polls! The only poll I believe is in November.
This is a glimpse of the McCain's real strategy, though this is crude way to do it. McCain can't say, don't vote for him he's Black. He probably doesn't even want to.
ReplyDeleteAll he can do is get the message out that Obama isn't a real presidential candidate, or that he can't be a real President. Let the people fill in the blank for themselves: the reason why he can't be a real President. And, I suspect, enough of them are going to fill in that blank, and Obama will lose.
Remember, McCain and crew are in this to win, just like the other side.
So much for a campaign at a higher level. I think they shoud go at each other economic policy, but that would just put the people to sleep.
"The only people who hold on to McCain are the racist and the die hard republicans."
ReplyDeleteYup! That about sums it up in a nutshell. That is the truth and nothing but the truth. It is so obvious with all the little nitpicky BS the MSM has been coming up with, the above and overboard scrutiny that has been going on throughout the whole election process. Now, of all things, that old label used to send out a message to all the good ole boys, "Uppidity Negro", that this darkie has too much intelligence, we got to get rid of him somehow, someway, because he's too smart. He's got to be destroyed. Shaking my head, some things never change.
what's an "uppity negro"?
ReplyDeleteA black person who is confident and acts like they are just as good if not better than white people.
White people like their blacks to be a certain way.... and what they dont like is a black who is "too" confident.
A big part of the "uppity Obama" stuff is to say he is being too intellectual. But is it that Obama is too intellectual or, after seven years, have we become too accustomed to a president who is-- shall we say-- incurious?
ReplyDeleteNote: When John Kennedy ran for president, he, took spoke in lofty terms. Now they questioned whether to vote for him because he was Catholic, but nobody said he was too intellectual. And when he became president, journalists and political pundits hailed him as one of our smartest presidents.
field, can't we get some white voters to give some props to a black candidate who's smart, analytical, an author, and a constitutional scholar?
ava, You mean like "we are the ones we've been waiting for"?
ReplyDeleteWhat voters want from any candidate is someone that represents their interests. A white Obama would not be elected in AR to the senate. Keep in mind the range of people that Democrats represent. They don't all wear Che T-shirts. Many have investments and cringe at the idea of a 28 percent capital gains tax. But they all want an expanded government role in Health Care etc... so they vote for them anyway.
Funny, but all these labels they're trying to stick on Obama originated from MSM. Nothing wrong with being confident, unless you black. Heaven forbid! Then it becomes a criminal offense against white folks sensibilities.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny to hear some white folks in the media complain how black people don't value education or how we don't pick up ourselves with bootstraps or we speak ebonics all the time. And then finally, Black America produces someone who is intelligent, well spoken, educated and what does America say?- He's too elitist, too arrogrant, too confident, too Presidental. After 8 years of Curious George, Obama is the best chance America has to rectify itself from its disasteous mistakes at home and abroad. How could people not be proud of Obama for travelling around the world and watching foreigners wave American flags for once instead of burning them. If Obama gets through the election, a winner or not, All I can say is I'm certainly proud a black man got this close to the White House.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait until "the uppity negro" wins the White House. Sean Hannity will probably have a heart attack. I say for his second term, Michelle loses the weave and busts out a natural.
ReplyDeleteAmerica reps only 6 percent of the world's population. We are in a global economy. When was the last time you bought something that was actually made in America? We need to have a President that gets that America is not an island. If these complaining voters (why is he overseas?) are too stupid to see that, all I have to say is I'm glad I will not be living in America when China and India start kicking our asses on the world stage.
China is all up in Africa as we speak. Building roads, getting oil, setting up businesses. Russia is still in the mix and we are sitting here giving Obama grief because he went overseas. Like I said before the man can't win. He made the trip to show that he grasps foreign policy. Didn't Hillary and John say Obama can't be President because of his lack of foreign policy experience?

ReplyDeleteHey Field Negro!
ReplyDeleteI think your advice to the Grandpa is pretty good...
Let me turn up the sarcasm just a tad bit more... *LOL*
If Grandpa really wants to elevate the level of NEGROPHOBIA among white voters... he needs to start saying that Obama is soft on crime... that's whitespeak for "he'll let the natives run wild if he's elected"... NOW THAT will work wonders with the already-nervous white constitutents who are leaning in his direction...
He'd also needs to play up the whole "militant black woman" bit in reference to Michelle... that will appeal to those whites who are quick to label any black woman who is not constantly grinning at any white person who passes by and who is not acting like perky Katie Couric as "angry"! *LOL*
He might also want to try and toss in some slurs about Obama's drug use twenty years ago and make some reference to foreign drug cartels...it COULD BE a stretch but if he can get Fox News to do a segment on the "rumor" then it just MIGHT stick with some of the white voters...
The comment Obama made about "they are so angry" when he was in the Midwest....hmmmm.... Grandpa may need to try and milk some misstep like that in the way Hillary did...he needs to listen to every syllable of O-ness and see if he can exploit anything...
He needs to take his campaign team out in areas where the NOI brothas are and start asking them why they like Obama... that will really scare the white voters who are terrified of the whole Farrakhan association of Dr. Wright...
If none of THAT works...then he'll just have to take desperate measures and pull out that white hood from the closet that he tossed back there in his college days and start wearing it at night and going door-to-door....just like his uncles and Grandpa used to do....
Aw shucks... he just might win this thing then...

Two books attempting to swiftboat Barack Obama are scheduled to be released on August 1st and August 4th -- mere weeks before the Democratic convention in Denver.
ReplyDeleteAugust 1st: The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality by Jerome Corsi, who co-authored Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry which contained false and baseless attacks on Sen. John Kerry's military service, and,
August 4th: The Case Against Barack Obama: The Unlikely Rise and Unexamined Agenda of the Media's Favorite Candidate by National Review Online writer David Freddoso. The essence of this tomb argues that Obama is unfit for command.
Keep an eye on the media because as we learned valuable lessons from the scurrilous attacks on John Kerry in 2004, the braindead media's has a terrible habit of getting their talkingpoints from these radical, rightwing operatives.
"Well it's official, Mc has a thing for blonde bubble head bimbos of all ages. That's all."

blackwomenblowthetrumpet,Mr. Morton should have you on the payroll as well. Those were some good suggestions.

kat 2:33 AM
kat, baby sis. Please don't tell anyone that I told you this, keep this to yourself, just betwixt us two. Black America did not produce Barack Obama. Barack Obama is not the product of a Black family.
Barack Obama is the product of a white family. Barack Obama is the product of a white school, Punahou School. Barack Obama is Black because of the one-drop-rule.
Somewhere along the line, Obama has picked up the stutter-step, the kool-lope of the North American Negroe. He has that certain sway when walks, and a certain cadence when he talks that you sugar-gals wet your pants over; plus he is yella, yall be likin' dat and yall be lickin' dat.
Obama tried to be down with the youth by saying he be listenin' at dis fuel on his iPOD; big mistake. It is a piss-poor rap in my humble opinion, but more importantly, it broadcasts arrogance. It only adds to the aura of arrogance that surrounds Obama.
Yeah, that's the ticket. Obama radiates arrogance.
Obama is a man working a plan; a plan to become POTUS. He became consciously Black when it served his political needs, now he claims to be transracial; that means good hair.
White folke say naw boi, you a Nihha.
Obama is the superior candidate for the position of POTUS. The US does not want to seen by the world as racist. So if Obama loses, it has to be because of his seeking and reeking celebrity status; because of his Uppity Negroe Arrogance, not race.
Just imagine 3 cullud gals running around the white house, not dusting, not sweeping, and not mopping. Gives one icy shivers, doesn't it.
Don't be surprised, if Hillary wins it at the convention. I won't.
Hopefully, when this is all over; Michelle and the girls will come home.

This is the opinion of a middle aged white woman who supports Obama. There is one fear this video plays on that I haven't heard mentioned: Uppity negro + blond women. They can have our ugly fat girls, but don't let them go messing with the pretty blond ones! Unless he's a pro athlete.

ReplyDeleteUntil he voted to let the lawbreakers roam unrepentantly free, allowed lawbreaking and upheld the decisions of those oathbreakers in his own party (Jay, we're looking at you).
Now, I ain't so impressed with his smarts anymore.
The Obama campaign, and the Democratic party essentially have two choices: 1. They find a way to deflect and/or sink the Republican swiftboat armada, because you know they are not going to campaign on anything McCain stands for--they'd loose for sure, or 2. Get out of politics. Because the Republicans are shameless, ruthless, liars and cheats. They will stop at nothing to win.
ReplyDeleteOff topic: Those word verification character sets are getting to be like an IQ test. Is that a "q" and a "j" or a "g" and an "i"? Ack! If this gets posted, I'll have guess correctly.
Must have guessed correctly.
ReplyDeleteBTW I think McCain is really scared because Obama looked so confident and so presidential on his Middle East and European visits. So the slime is flying fast and thick. And contrary to what the Washington Pest and other media sources may be saying, the public saw how good he looks and how old and tired and out of it, McCain looks.

ReplyDeleteMy brother sent out an email to his address book, detailing the probable economic hits the Dems would put out if they got in, and that we should vote Republican for our pocketbooks.
But if you are really voting your pocketbook would you? The dollar is so weak and the economy is very shaky. I would hope that the Democrats could start some decent fix because it will not fix either easily or fast. Yes it will mean higher rates and taxes, but it will be self-interest in the long run.

Why is it if you vote for McCain your a racist? Seems that anytime you do anything that black America don't like you have to be a racist. I am sick of it. Yes I am voting for McCain and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin. by the way I am half Native American half European American
ReplyDeleteThe last thing America needs is an African American as president. Blacks are destructive enough as lower class citizens think of the damage he will do if he makes it as commander and chief.
ReplyDeleteI never understood the dream of the 60s until Obama ran. Although it's projection (lawmaking = sausagemaking), I still feel the hope coming alive. Particularly amongst the kids about to graduate. They love the idea of pure meritocracy, that your skin colour has no bearing on your talent or future. The troglodytes are alarmed but they still haven't figured out that their life will suck..maybe in twenty years it'll come to them.
ReplyDelete200,000+ Deutschers listening to a schwartzer. Europeans have been waiting for an American President that embodied our best, not our least. How besser to prove the American Dream of equality of opportunity than with Obama?

ReplyDeleteI think Mr. Morton and staff are throwing darts at balloons. They sure can't get them to fly!
I've seen the criticism of Ludacris' song everywhere, are they secretly trying to promote the song? and once again rap has to take the blame, I'm tired of Obama distancing himself from every angry black man, what happened to the 1st amendment? I'm tired of rap getting blamed for everything. First Luda was a 'gangster' rapper, but the evidence of that is not found in ANY his songs. It makes me think of art and times when a new artist did not follow the norm of the day and was criticized by politicians and others alike. In the future rap while be viewed as the art it is, ALL RAP and just like art the people of the time will be laughed at for not appreciating the beauty, diversity and messages. Black people can't win, first put down the youth for selling drugs, then for having a job and expressing their opinions. I swear people are lemmings, someone tells the public hate these people and everyone follows, even Obama. I heard Obama speak in Las Vegas, early in the race, I like his speech but knew then he is just a career politician who will side with the popular opinion just to win office. It's sad that the black youth is the favorite target of everyone, but most just generalize, not mentor, and put down young black men with jobs (rappers) but cannot name a specific rapper or song. Black youth= target of every negative stereotype even by our elders!

It's just like Stanley Crouch (of all people) said.....the G.O.P knows a whippin' is coming....

Filled Kneegrow:
ReplyDeleteAs I scroll down your right-side hall of shame it is clear to me that FoxNews upsets you greatly. In truth it appears that you are angered because Fox seems to do effectively what you hope that YOUR BLOG can do in imprinting a certain perspective upon the consumers of information that is favorable to your perspective.
Just as a reference - what about Keith Olberman makes him any different than Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity other than his being in line with your LEFTIST perversion?
I laughed as a saw the "MoveOn.org" motivated group set up a protest outside of the FoxNews headquarters in NYC claim that they are RACISTS. In truth - what they are is EFFECTIVE at allowing Liberal Negroes come on the air, present their point of view and get thoroughly challenged if they can't defend their position. No doubt the cry of "RACISM" is ready to be thrown because, in many cases, these people are not pressed to defend their position. (Did anyone see the Black female NYC city council member go on 'racist O'Reilly' earlier this year? This was a perfect example of why some people never venture out of their ideological echo cocoon - they can't defend their positions.)
Filled Kneegrow - as it relates to "Racist Fox News" could you give me YOUR definition of "racism" so I can align it to the common definition of the term?
Can a Black person NOT be a Liberal and yet still be in good standing as a Black man?
Can a Black liberal have certain policies that are POPULAR among the masses and yet still cause harm to the community as these popular policies are pursued? (ie: School busing)
risingtide: "Until he voted to let the lawbreakers roam unrepentantly free, allowed lawbreaking and upheld the decisions of those oathbreakers in his own party (Jay, we're looking at you)."
ReplyDeleterisingtide: Listening to Rush Limbaugh, are we?
I saw the ad, and I just don't get it. This is supposed to make Obama look bad? Showing a crowd of hundred of thousands cheering for him?
ReplyDeleteMaybe this works on a level that I, being a pointy-headed intellectual out of touch with the beer-drinking masses, just don't perceive. But I think the McCain people wasted their money.
"Can a Black person NOT be a Liberal and yet still be in good standing as a Black man?"
ReplyDeleteConservatives opposed desegregation.
Conservatives called the Civil Rights Movement "communists".
Conservatives filibustered every Civil Rights act.
Conservatives demonized MLK Jr, said he got what was coming to him when he was murdered and opposed having a holiday to honor him.
Conservatives insist that the Confederate flag has no racist overtones whatsoever.
Conservatives insist that Jesse Helms was not a racist.
And you're a conservative who sounds racist as fuck. (how are things over at Stormfront?)
So...answer your own question. But don't front like Conservatives have offered Black People ANYTHING aside from horrific memories.
These last few comments are pretty twisted, IMO:
ReplyDelete- I don't think I know any Black liberals, personally. I guess Obama is a liberal, but I never met him. I know Black people who are leftist (liberal is different). But mostly, Black folks I know are very conservative, and like White conservatives, just trying to find a way for themselves (they're like self-interested, how strange.) May be I just don't know enough Black people.
- I don't think it was especially Conservatives who "filibustered every Civil Rights act", and all that other stuff. I think it was southern Democrats: the direct descendants of the slave owning class.
I think the ad has some racial overtones, and the McCain is getting desperate and conventions have not occurred yet. The ad is a waste of money because we know that Paris Hilton and Brittany Spears are intellectual midgets. However, Mr. Morton as Field affectionately calls him looks more and more like a crudmudgeon. He has a cranky personality and it leads to wonder about his mental stability has well.
ReplyDeletePeople are concern about economic issues such as the price of gas and food. A gallon of milk is $5.00 in part s of the country in which McCain fails to comprehend, and best he can do is say that he proud of the ad the campaign put out.

The Luda's of the world already think this is in the bag for Obama and I hate to say its not. Look at the polls, in a so called Democrat year McCain and Obama are practical dead even and even the Field Negro with his inside can't crack this for the O man.
Black People, I know you was raised to believe in Communism and socialism however the rest of America dose not think that. I'm black and a Republican for a good reason... wait a great reason because I believe that Life Is Not Fair and government should not bend over backwards to make it Fair. Most black are now in politics (mayors, congressman, ect) and it most American cities, I would not dare live in (Detroit, Cleveland, Philly, Newark, ect) now American Blacks want the rest of America to feel there pain of politics... I think I'll pass myself. Either way, the Hip Hop world just should zip it and let the Sen Obama lose this election on his own.

ReplyDeleteI'm doing you Liberals a favor by warning you about turning in your chips too early. Sen Obama can win because John McCain is so fucking lame and you have people on the GOP side talking about a Liberal Republican running mate... gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! This is when I wish The Great Ronald Reagan would rise for the dead and slap some scene into McCain and these rest of these RINO's and get with the program.
Us Black Republicans are out there getting strong and ready to take back our cities from people like you!

*falls out of chair laughing*
Are you serious? You Black Republicans ain't gonna get ANYWHERE with blacks so long as ya'll continue to shuffle and pretend that there's noooooooo racists in the Conservative movement...I mean damn, you gonna big up Reagan? Who else do you wish would rise from the grave and "slap some 'scene'" into McCain? Strom Thurmond? Jesse Helms? Bull Connor?
"a great tragedy that began when we began compromising with law and order, and people started choosing which laws they'd break," - Reagan on MLK getting gunned down.
Oh and please don't try to duck this by bringing up Rob Byrd's old Klanny ass, kthnx.
Are you referring to the same Ronald Reagan whose administration referred to MLK as Martin Luther Coon?
ReplyDeleteIf Reagan and his staff called MLK Marting Luther Coon, may I asked you what do you think he called you?
I do understand why we use the terms conservative and liberal because I do not believe anyone really know what they mean. We have skewed the definitions of these words. Jibreel, I can't fathom what you mean by take back our cities. If you could expound on that thought further because I do not anyone would disagree about reducing crime, but we should also interested in crime prevention. Here is a thought, let's prevent crime. I mean let's find some innovated and progressive ways in doing that, and also creating environment and develop productive citizens in which cities could benefit. We could start mentoring programs and bring back art and music to give kids an outlet and they also stay out of trouble at the same time.
ReplyDeleteIt's not about being conservative or liberal, it's more about finding ways to strengthen the nation and have productive citizens without creating another law to make us feel good. Laws like killing people is a good law, but creating a law for wearing hanging pants is a waste of time and we should not be making bad dressing illegal. So-called conservatives and liberals to seem be on the same wing of a bird. Conservatives and liberals ways want to create laws for something they do not like. With conservatives it's same-sex marriage and I still do understand why it is anyone's else's business to interfere and interject their beliefs onto other people's lives, and liberal do the same thing. I am referring to the political definition of conservative and liberal.
I am liberal, I like to weigh positions from both sides. I am board-minded and do my listening or reading other people's positions. I also like minding my business to other people's personal affairs as well.
Actually, I believe more and more people both black and white are becoming more independent. In fact, New Jersey's independents outnumber democrats and republicans Jibreel and giving the history of both political parties really have not done that much for blacks with the exception of Truman integration the armed services, and Nixon expanding affirmation action. However, if were really thinking, we nixed both parties and demand no party affiliation.
Reagan? Iran-Contra? I don't recall? Brought crack to the hood that caused all of our ills that you go on AND on about- generalizing black people but you love Reagan? Talk about walking with blinders on! now that is funny!
ReplyDeleteThe Fiddy Cent comments were priceless :) remember we are in an age where everyone wants to be famous or on tv-tila tequila, flava of love, don't just blame these new rappers, every talentless wit wants to be famous nowadays (paris hilton)
Yup, Bean, I believe that Jibreel is talking about the same ole racist Reagan that called MLK, Martin Luther Coon and other minorities deragatory names, and let the mentally insane out the mental institutions, had a hand in gun smuggling, and smuggling drugs into black communities.
ReplyDeleteWhelp, he is a good example of folks that think that Fox News and Rush are educators, instead of racist propogandist machines. Sad ain't it?
I lived in a predominantly white neighborhood before, and there is crime going on in their neighborhoods as well, they just don't highlight and broadcast it. If I listed some of the stuff I witnessed while living there, you would be shocked.
Could someone please explain to me, why in predominantly white neighborhoods they need cameras all around the house, with tvs on the inside of the house, to keep an eye on what's going on outside in the neighborhood, if it's so safe?
