"AP) — Police say a man's girlfriend unexpectedly came home just before another woman was due to visit, so he called police to report his new acquaintance as a burglar.
The Gazette reports that 24-year-old Kevin Gaylor was cited with a misdemeanor of false reporting to authorities.
Police say Gaylor had invited a woman he met online to come to his home after 3 a.m. Wednesday so they could get better acquainted, but his girlfriend came home first.
Police say that when the other woman arrived, Gaylor called police and falsely reported an intrusion.
Gaylor has an unlisted phone number and couldn't be reached for comment." [Story]
Some of you laughing at this story need to stop fronting. You know damn good and well that you have tried some dumb stuff before while trying to creep and got busted like Mr. Gaylor.
I feel sorry for his lady. Girlfriend, it might be time to dig up some old phone numbers.
I wonder who Pat Buchanan thinks he is fooling? Soon after dropping his racist xenophobic book, "Suicide Of A Superpower", he is trying to help you Negroes find work in D.C. by calling for us to rid ourselves of those evil immigrants.
Here are some excerpts from his wonderful book:
"Half a century after Martin Luther King envisioned a day when his children would be judged ‘not by the color of their skin, but the content of their character,’ journalists of color are demanding the hiring and promotion of journalists based on the color of their skin. Jim Crow is back. Only the color of the beneficiaries and the color of the victims have been reversed."
Those who believe the rise to power of an Obama rainbow coalition of peoples of color means the whites who helped to engineer it will steer it are deluding themselves. The whites may discover what it is like to ride in the back of the bus.
Not until the 1960s did courts begin to use the Fourteenth Amendment to impose a concept of equality that the authors of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, The Federalist Papers, and the Gettysburg Address never believed in. Before the 1960s, equality meant every citizen enjoyed the same constitutional rights and the equal protection of existing laws. Nothing in the Constitution or federal law mandated social, racial, or gender equality." [Source]
Wow! Some of you, like my friends over at Color of Change, are demanding that MSNBC dumps Pat from their lineup. Not me. I want my man right where I can see him.
Finally, you have to feel for Flipper Mitt. His aides should have kept him out of the Buckeye state. Mitt that thing you are wiping off the bottom off of your shoes is called SB 5, and you just stepped in it big time.
SB 5 is going down in Ohio, and you bailed on your base. Coming back the next day to say that you support it 110% only makes you look like a calculating career politician...wait, you are a calculating career politician. Never mind.
It's always the wingers who pull out that "content of their character" quote.
ReplyDeleteO.K. What did Pat get wrong?
ReplyDeleteHave black jouro's called for hiring based on skin color?
Yes.Check primetime cable tv.
"The whites may discover what it is like to ride in the back of the bus."
Hasn't Obama called whites the enemy in front of hispanic audiences?
Hasn't Obama talked about whites riding in the back seat?
Now Obama was talking about Republicans. Most Republicans are white so we know what Obama means.
So point out were Pat is wrong.
Bukkk's nazi apologist nostalgic for jackboot-strutting white supremacy. He's no mere "conservative" even of the uber variety; he's a full-fledged fascist -always has been. No hyperbole whatsoever.
ReplyDeleteWow Pat..... wow.
ReplyDeleteIf Pat is so disturbed by what has happened to this country since the 50's he is more than welcomed to get to stepp'n. Funny how so called "color blind" conservatives are always bringing up race. Typical, the only racism he can see is reverse racism. Sad that white men think things were fair when they had all the rules skewed in their favor and act out like petulent children when things are only mostly in their favor, I almost feel sorry for guys like this.
ReplyDeleteWe've still got 500 years of social tradition greasing the skids for us PilotX. Any white man in a panic about "them" in America is probably right in their inferiority complex.
ReplyDeleteThe real funny part is how white guys always want you to see things from their perspective as if they own the only opinion. I'm sure if I were a white guy in America in the 50's and 60's I would think things were great too but damn, at least respect other people enough to have their own opinion.

ReplyDeleteMight as well Mack, seems the GOP always has more room in their clown car. Pat might have to take a back seat to Herman Cain in the disparaging comments about Black people section though. If Bachmann and Santorum can be considered serious candidates in the GOP field hell what limit is there? I wouldn't let these folls run a lemonade stand.
ReplyDeleteWhy must you folks try to trash Buchanan? Has it ever occurred to you that you could be wrong about Pat, ie. he is not a racist?
ReplyDeletePat is a good dude, morally and ethically. He just wants to see the country as ONE again. Isn't that what we all want?
This why so many people leave FN. The blogger is always attacking Republicans who don't deserve it. Such mean-spiritedness. A Republican is ALWAYS wrong in your book, including Herman Cain, who is destined to be the next President.
Why don't you clowns beat up on that loser Obama who consistently lies to you?

The only guarantee should be that we are all treated equally under the law.
You people here at this site drop your jaws at a statement heretical to the contemporary orthodoxy of equal outcomes guaranteed for everyone, but you miss the fact that tyranny is necessary to enforce that equality.
He is not advocating a two tier society, or lesser rights for anyone. He is merely stating that we are all due our rights as equal citizens as specified in the constitution, but we should not be given the right to force our fellow citizens to treat us equally.
Irrational prejudices and rude behavior do not serve the holder or the receiver, but they should not be illegal.

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like some stuff a bm would do. However, one should try to understand what made him do it in the first place. Being Black, he was born into a crack-addicted alcoholic family and was deprived of love at an early age. Consequently he became driven for love to fill his wounded soul. He is desperate for love, that's all.
See Field, see what you missed while you were away.

ReplyDeleteHmmm Pat Buchanan made some statements as usual with liberal I see not one fact filled challenge, all he be racist diatribes (notice the word tribes) .
ReplyDeleteIf Buchanan is racist than point out what he said that was a lie or better yet if he is racist what does this make Sharpton? Someone who literally calls for alliance by race out in the open daily. Is he racist? Why can liberals never have a discussion without discussion ending name calling? Cause then facts would need to be presented.
"Why can liberals never have a discussion without discussion ending name calling? Cause then facts would need to be presented."
ReplyDeleteEnd name calling? No way. First of all, to end name calling liberals would have nothing to say. Secondly, without calling the Republicans a bunch of condescending names posts on FN blog would end, which would shut down Field's blog.

My prayer is for you, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and all Congress to wake up Black,in the 1940s in Mississippi. Then we would see what they think of the Constitution and how it was supposed to be defended by the police. There are reasons the police and minority communities are adversaries. One side never saw the other as citizens, human or worthy of fair treatment. Kind of like your Tea Party and Republicans feel about the President now. Your side keeps lying and saying no to everything proposed and then they will squeal about how the man couldn't get anything done. Your side would rather destroy the country than help to rebuild it. If anything, your side has taught a nation how to disrespect the President and the Office he or she represents and, thanks to that disrespect, no President will ever be truly respected again.

ReplyDeleteWashington swamp-dweller surrounded by lobbyists.
"They will not work in my White House," Obama often intoned of lobbyists. But, over time, dozens of former lobbyists came to work for the administration. As Washington Examiner lobbyist lacerator Tim Carney observed, this prompted Obama to adopt a new phrasing of the old pledge: "We've excluded lobbyists from policymaking jobs."
What Obama meant was that he had turned away many lobbyists, but that becomes clear only after parsing the phrase. He didn’t say “all” or “every,” so the statement was technically true, if very misleading.
And so it is with Obama fundraising. The Obama campaign has long touted the fact that registered lobbyists are not permitted to give money to the campaign or bring their besmirching presence to any of the commander in chief’s frequent fundraisers.
The campaign, though, has long had a work around for these folks. After the president clears the room or before he arrives, the Democratic National Committee can set up another fundraiser in the same spot and ushers the check-wielding lobbyists through the back door. That money can help build the president’s ground forces, run attack ads on Republicans and fund state offices, but the Obama campaign can still technically say that the president himself doesn’t accept money from lobbyists.

If President Obama wants to win a second term in the White House, it looks like he'll have to do it with fewer donors.
The commander in chief has lost millions of dollars in support from donors in Democratic areas where he narrowly won in 2008, according to an analysis by The Associated Press.
The study revealed that tens of thousands of supporters who backed Obama in the early stages of the race are withholding their cash, with some even donating to Republican presidential hopefuls.

Great read.
ReplyDeleteRacism claim won't silence Obama critics
Being called a racist ought to bother me more than it does. But I guess it's like any other annoyance; after a while you get used to it.
I hardly flinch when that or another adjective ending in "ist" is slapped in front of my name. As a conservative, it comes with the territory — detest the entitlement state, stand up for individual responsibility and merit, oppose the swelling of a wasteful and incompetent government, fight to keep the tax man from taking more from your wallet than he leaves behind, and obviously you are a racist. And a sexist, an elitist and likely a homophobe.
But you build up calluses on your sensitivities and come to recognize that the slingers of the slurs are motivated by one of two things:
They know playing the race card is the quickest way to deflect heat. Take the Kwame Kilpatrick example. The disgraced former Detroit mayor got caught with his pants down and his hand in the till, and his defense was that the white establishment couldn't abide a strong, swaggering black man in a seat of power. He bet the race grenade would divert the focus from his transgressions to an examination of racial attitudes.
They're so convinced of the superiority of liberal ideology that the only explanation they can come up with for someone not embracing it is that they are selfish, stupid or a bigot — or in my case, all three.
For the defenders of President Barack Obama, I think there is a little of both at work. Over the past few weeks, Obama supporters have called me a racist in phone calls and emails no less than two dozen times because of columns critical of the president's leadership. One guy dubbed me Mr. KKK; another, George Wallace.
They seem to think that the first black president also ought to be the first president off-limits for reproach.
They believe there's a general, ill-defined dislike and distrust of the president that can be traced to latent racism.
But most of those who oppose Obama are very specific in their discontent. They reject his Big Government predilections and his disregard for debt and deficits. That's got nothing to do with race.
Even the best presidents are about as hated as they are loved. Obama's skin shouldn't shield him from the heat that comes with the job. And it's been no more intense than that endured by his immediate predecessors, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
Yet you have the actor Morgan Freeman saying the only reason for Obama's falling approval numbers is a wave of racism washing over the country. And his Hollywood colleague, Sean Penn, suggests that conservatives use the n-word when they talk privately about Obama.
The charge of racism is a toxic thing, and most people don't want it landing on them. But it loses its potency with overuse. Obama's critics aren't going to be scared into silence by the risk of being labeled racist.
He'll have to defend his presidency against attacks that are rooted in the results it's produced, not in bigotry.
The reality is that a whole lot of white people voted for Obama in 2008, but unless things change, a whole lot of those white people will vote against him in 2012.
They didn't all become racists in four years. They just expected more from Obama than he's delivered.
That's doomed many white presidents before him, and it shouldn't be a shock if it dooms the first black one.

Barack Obama behaves as if he has no historical or cultural knowledge of “the nation over which he presides.” The president’s labeling of African Americans as “mongrels” reveals an astounding and fundamental disrespect for Black Americans as a distinct people. As an epithet, “mongrel” is an even “more powerfully shaped political charge than the ubiquitous ‘nigger!’”
This has been a short glimpse of the history of the “mongrel” term that Obama brought to the morning broadcast couch like some benign little nugget. Of course, even a president has the personal right to call himself any names he pleases. But Obama told the ladies of “The Show” and millions of viewers that “we” African Americans are “a mongrel people” – a label he is not entitled to inflict on 40 million Black folks, many of whom know full well the poisonous historical (and, yes, contemporary) properties inherent in the term. Obama’s talk show behavior is consistent with his politics, which constantly tries to erase the very idea of Black America. (As in his introduction to most Americans, at the August, 2004 Democratic National Convention: “There is no Black America…there is only the United States of America.”) In ways big and small, Obama reveals that he does not accept or respect African Americans as a distinct people, culture and polity who cannot be reduced to a flotsam and jetsam of various and sundry human parts. Apparently, that’s how he thinks of himself

ReplyDeletePresident Obama’s own work in 1983 for Business International Corporation, a CIA front that conducted seminars with the world’s most powerful leaders and used journalists as agents abroad, dovetails with CIA espionage activities conducted by his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham in 1960s post-coup Indonesia on behalf of a number of CIA front operations, including the East-West Center at the University of Hawaii, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Ford Foundation. Dunham met and married Lolo Soetoro, Obama’s stepfather, at the East-West Center in 1965. Soetoro was recalled to Indonesia in 1965 to serve as a senior army officer and assist General Suharto and the CIA in the bloody overthrow of President Sukarno.
Barack Obama, Sr., who met Dunham in 1959 in a Russian language class at the University of Hawaii, had been part of what was described as an airlift of 280 East African students to the United States to attend various colleges — merely “aided” by a grant from the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation, according to a September 12, 1960, Reuters report from London. The airlift was a CIA operation to train and indoctrinate future agents of influence in Africa, which was becoming a battleground between the United States and the Soviet Union and China for influence among newly-independent and soon-to-be independent countries on the continent.

ReplyDeleteWow, the old reverse racism game played so well by conservatives. Because they don't know history and attempt to rewrite it doesn't mean the rest of us are so easily misled. My guess is that they know either they are racists themselves or know many in their circle that are they have to deflect the charges somehow. Prime example is Haley Barbour and his defense of the white citizen's council and how he attempted to claim there was no racism in Yazoo City Mississippi in the early-mid 60's. Anyone with half a brain cell would know he was wrong and there would be several people to refute his assertion. Interesting enough is the claim that people are somehow against Obama because of his race, let's be real there are some that are and just because a certain individual may not let's be honest and recognize those that are. We don't treat race relations in this country seriously nor do we treat most issues seriously. We are not a serious country but we better grow up quickly because if we keep electing such non serious folks we're gonna be screwed.

ReplyDeleteIts the way most people think.
The CIA has assassinated government leaders and destabilize many governments.
George Bush played a role in the JFK assassination.
The CIA rewarded Bush by blackmailing Reagan into taking Bush has a vp.
Bush went on to become president. Bush had to be removed because he wouldn't kill Saddam Hussein.
W. got elected with the help of the CIA in 2000.
The CIA gave W. 3 goals
Kill Saddam Hussein
Kill Gadhafi
Help destabilize the middle east
When it became clear W. wasn't going to do has told, the CIA destabilize W. and helped a man they had been grooming for years-Obama get elected.
Think about it. Obama is the perfect CIA guy.Black. Liberal. A master speaker. The CIA ran Obamas' campaign. Just like they have ran many 3rd world campaigns.
The CIA had these goals for Obama.
Kill Gadhafi.
Overthrow the Egyptian government.
Destabilize the middle east.
Kill Bashar al-Assad.
Help build up China for a new cold war.
Long has Obama achieves these goals he will get re-elected.
If not, sayn hello to president Mitt.
Amen!
ReplyDeleteAnd at least when folks marched in the 1960′s, they marched against the escalation of the Vietnam War. Meanwhile, Obama ESCALATES war and wants us to march for him? He wants up to put our beliefs on the backburner for his careerist ambitions? For his legacy? For the continuance of a purely symbolic victory?
For those who are prepared to accept Obama’s call to arms, just know that Obama won’t have your back. If you strike out marching and get arrested (or worse), Obama will look on you with the same indifference that he looks upon the “Occupy Wall. St.” protesters. Unlike JFK, who protected black protesters with the national guard, Obama hasn’t even acknowledged the Wall St protesters, let alone protect them. He won’t bail you out or expunge your arrest record. And you won’t pass the background check for that new job you had your heart set on. That’s change you can believe in only if you’re stupid.
Saddest of all, though, is that Obama would never have told the Jewish community or Wall St. bankers to stop complaining and go march. He is, of course, respectful of and beholden to those constituencies. But he has no problem adding a little base to his voice and chastising us like toddlers.

Nobama 2012!!!
ReplyDeleteAmen!
And at least when folks marched in the 1960′s, they marched against the escalation of the Vietnam War.

"The other man discusses self-stewardship in the same vein as Malcolm X, but doesn’t include any critique of racism in his rhetoric."
ReplyDeleteWouldn't acknowledging racism mean certain defeat? It would be courageous but we have people in this country that can't even fanthom racism in 1964 Mississippi. Not a valid option. Condi rice could only admit such after her political career was over.
"Maybe Cain was right. Maybe we are brainwashed."
ReplyDeleteNo, Black people have always been politically astute and know our issues and interests. If you can show how the GOP is better on issues that concern Black people you might have an argument but time after time they have shown themselves to be at odds with not only Black people but 99% of the population and actually used racial animosity to garner votes. Not a good look.
More on that blackish racist hobama
ReplyDeleteCc this to shirley sherrod
Even if President Obama's Kenyan father had been in his life, that wouldn't have been enough to link Obama to an African-American experience which is uniquely different from that of Africans in the great vastness of the Diaspora. And to say that Obama is connected to the African-American experience by virtue of his Kenyan father is alarmingly simplistic.
The African-American experience is unique in the level of insight which it imprinted upon its members as well as the relative level of equality bestowed upon a previously enslaved minority group. We view life through a dual lens whereas for Obama, the lens is singular.
Our expectation was that Obama would display some of the steeliness so overtly recognizable in the African American persona. But President Obama's perspective is international, not African American. It is time that the African-American community stops looking for its reflection in President Obama. He may be the first black President, but he's certainly not the first African-American President.

No the immediate use of the term "reverse racism" indicates that you believe one race has immunity from being racist irregardless of actions and words using the chits of history.
There is no such thing as "reverse racism" there is purely racism. As for the guess on how racists think, remarkbly on point. Most racists are racists themselves or know how thier inner circle think and are quick to project this and level the charge no matter how ridiculous at others. Especially the democratic party who defying all sound logic and reason use a disconnected racist claim when they wish to promote something doomed to hurt both the group they claim they are helping and the group they are oppressing.
We don't treat race relations seriously? You are right, how else could we continue to invest in lie after lie failure after failure literally see democratic wasteland cities and still blame some disconnected person for racism when the only people living by skin color are the racists themselves. If we were serious we would stop allowing lies and PC language to interfere with pure unadulterated science and work where science has proven problems are, not where racists demand attention be pointed.

For the first time in generations, a presidential election campaign saw virtually no demands from the Black side of the electorate. Two years into Barack Obama’s term, a code of silence remains in force. “Are we so wrapped up in the symbolism of a black president that we can’t hold him accountable to the demands of a community that voted for him upwards of 97%?” And why this peculiar behavior by Black people? “Other communities don’t give up their right to make demands on political leaders they vote for.
The post black power/civil rights era (notice not post racial but post movement in America) that was largely destroyed by outside forces and inside fratricide has left us intellectually defenseless to those who would tell us not to make demands, not to have expectations, or else be called “hata.” How long can we let this anti-intellectual phase popularized by black youth culture dominate community interaction? When did we start adopting the slogans of young musicians as words to live by? Are they the philosophical queens and kings of our discourse? Why do we live by a creed of “no critique”? Is that really better than a discussion to draw out the positives and negatives of a political figure that millions of us voted for? Many of the Black pundits and defenders of the no “hata” mantra come off as reactionary nationalists, who on the one hand claim there are no Black community demands—or none should be made because Obama is not the president of Black America – but on the other hand, defend the Black President only because he is Black.
Would it not be a sign of political maturity to put aside that Obama is the first black president and to judge by the (worsening) conditions since the election and to make demands based on that? This is not to say that the conditions are Obama’s fault, but there are things that government can do that needs to be demanded of it from the community. In fact by creating a left self-determining pole of black demands, it could even provide cover for the President to meet some of those demands. More importantly it puts us as a people back in the middle of a conversation on what is in the best interest of our community. That is not something that we can leave to mainstream black pundits who keep their distance from any conversation on what is best for the black community and how to achieve it

ReplyDeleteAs each year worsens under hobama and his bankster
All will be FORCED to see his actions rather than his skin
Sadly, It will be far too late then….
The insanity is documented in the Pew Research Center’s recent report, “How the Great Recession Has Changed Life in America,” which shows that Black America, the group that has been the most damaged, by far, in the Great Recession, is also the most enthusiastic about the state of the economy. Twenty-five percent of Blacks tell pollsters that the economy is doing good or excellent; that’s almost twice as high as the number of whites that think so – even though Black unemployment is about twice that of whites. Eighty-one percent of Blacks say America is still a land of prosperity, while only 59 percent of whites think that way, even though Blacks make only 61 cents for every white dollar earned, the same as 30 years ago.
When debating Black supporters of President Obama, there often comes a point where even the most fervent Obamites can find no coherent defense for the president’s pro-Wall Street and militaristic policies, when his refusal to even consider race-targeted solutions to race-based problems becomes simply indefensible. Typically, at that point, the Obama supporter will play the psychological card. The advent of the First Black President, they say, has been of incalculable psychological benefit to Black people, especially to Black children, who can now project themselves into an infinity of possibilities because a Black family is in the White House. Hallelujah!

ReplyDeleteIs “I am not a repub” really ok with u????

It will never do for me
The last refuge of Obamaphiles is that no matter how many times the First Black President double-crosses us by cutting Medicare and Medicaid, no matter how completely be betrays his voters us by ignoring black unemployment, by deporting one million Latinos, by protecting the banksters responsible for the foreclosure crisis and by invading, bombing, occupying and subverting even more countries than the Cheney-Bush regime, his white supremacist tea party opponents are far worse. But what if Democrat Barack and the Republican tea partyers are just playing different positions on the same team?
The corporate moguls who run the US empire and its political processes are not fools. So when the Republican party deliberately pushes forward certifiable clowns like Michelle Bachman, Richard Perry, Herman Cain and Rick Santorum as its presidential contenders, we can be certain that matters are not quite what they seem. These pandering lunatics are only inmates of the asylum, which is run by the corporate entities that fund the careers of Democratic and Republic politicians alike --- the energy and insurance industries, corporate media and real estate, military contractors, and of course, Wall Street.
But does that choice apply in 2012? Probably not. Having the same class of shot-calling big money contributors means that Republicans and Democrats alike tend to enact the same policies, justifying them with different sorts of rhetoric. While we're looking for lesser and greater evils, the real choice is between the less effective and the more effective evil.
When Republicans invade new countries, global public opinion can put millions worldwide in protest demonstrations in the street. When Democrats invade, there are no demonstrations. When Republicans propose social security, Medicare and Medicaid cuts, and try to regulate unions out of existence, public outcries and near general-strike situations loom. When Democrats do the same, all is quiet. Republicans could not even pass their own bailout bills with a Republican in the White House. So between bigoted, bumbling tea party Republicans

John D. Arnold, whom the New York Times described as “a former star trader at Enron who is now an energy hedge fund billionaire,” will host a fund-raiser at his mansion in Houston for Michelle Obama on Tuesday. John Arnold was one of the top bundlers for President Obama, raising $176,400 in the 2008 campaign. He has donated $114,900 personally to Democratic candidates and the party in recent years, including $28,500 to Obama’s victory campaign, according to Federal Elections Commission records.
Tickets start at $10,000 and the campaign will collect contributions up to the legal maximum of $35,800 for the appearance by Missus Obama.
After Enron collapsed (the Bush administration successfully prosecuted its president, Ken Lay on 10 counts of securities fraud and related charges) John Arnold founded Centaurus Advisors, LLC, is a Houston-based hedge fund that specializes in trading energy products. He used his final bonus from the bankrupted Enron to start the company. He has received salary and bonuses as high as $1 billion in a single year. His fortune is estimated at $4 billion. His company now owns 10% of National Coal Corporation.

While I personally missed the '50s by 3 days, I've studied history, including the midcentury period, and I was raised by depression-born parents who lived it in their 20s. That was the decade of defiant segregationists; of Emmit Till, and resurgant jim crowism coast to coast; of southern black disenfranchisement, bombingham and segregationist dominance in the senate. Black Americans were excluded from juries, excluded from most of the subsidies that established the postwar white middle class, excluded from participation in government. It most certainly was NOT a time of equality before the law or equal protection of the law. Bukkk's basic premise is nothing more than a fantasy, the segregationists' consensus of that era glowing in the hindsight of a true-believer.

ReplyDeleteCompassion: Feeling good about yourself for wanting to give away money you didn’t earn to people you hope will vote for your side.
“Conscience of the Senate”: KKK member.
Flag: Something to be burned and walked on at protests or alternately, waved close to election time.
Greed: Wanting to keep money you’ve earned instead of having it spent on Bridges to Nowhere and government loans to people who’ve contributed to Obama’s campaign.
Guns: Vicious weapons that force people to kill each other.
He’s in the pocket of big oil: He was once seen filling up the tank of his car with gas.
Jesus: Someone who shouldn’t ever be brought up in schools, other government buildings, or politics in general unless you’re claiming he was really a liberal who’d be in favor of gay marriage and abortion.
Minorities: People who are too dumb and incompetent to make it without liberal help.
Morals: Things you should avoid having so you can’t be accused of hypocrisy if you don’t live up to your own standards.
No justice, no peace: Give us money and we’ll find someone else to bother.

ReplyDeleteOh My the OWS seem to suddenly have matured just a little bit and don't like socialism if they have to support it...I think they are racist by scaling down the gourmet meals to brown rice and spartan grub after all the homeless and excons are mostly made up of minorities.....
ReplyDeleteThe Occupy Wall Street volunteer kitchen staff launched a “counter” revolution yesterday — because they’re angry about working 18-hour days to provide food for “professional homeless” people and ex-cons masquerading as protesters.
For three days beginning tomorrow, the cooks will serve only brown rice and other spartan grub instead of the usual menu of organic chicken and vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, and roasted beet and sheep’s-milk-cheese salad.
They will also provide directions to local soup kitchens for the vagrants, criminals and other freeloaders who have been descending on Zuccotti Park in increasing numbers every day.
…Some protesters threatened that the high-end meals could be cut off completely if the vagrants and criminals don’t disperse.
Unhappiness with their unwelcome guests was apparent throughout the day.
“We need to limit the amount of food we’re putting out” to curb the influx of derelicts, said Rafael Moreno, a kitchen volunteer.
That doesn’t sound very egalitarian and socialist of them. Why, it’s almost like they believe people have the right to control their property as they see fit!

“Their Own Receive Them Not: African American Lesbians & Gays in Black Churches” also wonderfully calls several ruthless and legendary black gaybashers to task, like the notoriously adulterous heterosexual whore Adam Clayton Powell, the poster boy of the Republikkkan neocon clergy T. D. Jakes, and the bastard baby making, wafflingly inclusive humanitarian Jesse Jackson Sr. It exposes the transgressions of droves of other sinful black pastors, like the opulent Fred Price, the tragically twisted Donnie McClurkin, and many others.
ReplyDeleteContrary to Republikkkan religious rhetoric, hatred and lies are not godly values. This book meticulously exposes the hypocrisy of such sinful homohatred. It exposes how gaybashers defy God’s commandment to love everyone, as they encourage others to love everyone except gays. They ban gay marriage as they ignore gay love. They use birth control religiously, as they falsely claim sex is exclusively for procreation. They demand that gays pretend to be reformed heterosexuals, as they condemn the “Down Low” homosexuals who destroy families and break heterosexual hearts daily. They claim the doors of black churches are perpetually open to all entrants, even as they slander our names and slay our spirits upon entry.
“There is a striking irony that African American Christians are so uncritical of Paul’s writing about homosexual activity but have maintained a critical attitude or simple rejection of Paul’s instructions on slavery.
African American Christians, like other Christians, ‘treat so literally the references to homosexual practice in the Bible, while at the same time they interpret biblical texts on almost every other topic with considerable flexibility and non-literalness.’
…what is perceived as natural does indeed change over time
‘love the sinner, hate the sin’. Many find this perspective illogical. They argue if same-sex attraction or expression is what makes the person gay, then what is being loved? With sexuality being an inextricable part of one’s being, the popular saying has as much success in reality as loving brown-eyed people while hating brown eyes.
I regard sin as those behaviors that violate, destroy, and abuse our fellow human beings and our relationships with them. In this respect, homosexuality does not belong in the category of sin any more than heterosexuality does.
Much of black heterosexuals’ antihomosexual sentiment exists as a means of countering the perception of black sexuality being perverse…
…we know that lesbians and gays can and do reflect the same Christian moral character found in heterosexuals.
…most gay men and lesbians were not raped and are not rapists.
No reputable scientific study concludes that homosexuality is a choice and can be overcome.
…black Christians will recognize that the mire of homosexuality debates threaten our measure to be faithful Christians for the poor, the infirm, the imprisoned, and those suffering from violence.”
