When Negroes get tricked on matters of race.

I have a lot in common with Bill Maher: We are both, I suppose, what the right would consider secular progressives, we both share a love for black women, and we both love to debate politics and culture.

One thing that we do not have in common is skin color. That is what will always separate me from folks like Bill Maher, no matter how much of the other things we might have in common.

Negroes like W. Kamau Bell (I see you Touré) like to give out "black cards" to certain white folks. They give it to people like Bill Maher and Stephen Colbert because their politics is the same, and for some of the reasons that I outlined above. This is a mistake.

Bill Maher, when all is said and done, is no different than any other white person in America. Sure his politics and religion (or lack of it)might be different, but, at the end of the day, they share something that Negroes like W. Kamau Bell do not: The color of their skin.

Mr. Bell was set up and played  by Bill Maher on his show. The entire episode has become very popular in conservative circles as an example of out of control black racism.

“Real Time” host Bill Maher stunned his liberal guests Friday night after a racial quote they thought was uttered by Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan was actually said by First Lady Michelle Obama.

Mr. Maher started off the segment with Mr. Ryan’s recent comments about inner city poverty and the cultural dynamics that perpetuate such cycles. The HBO host then asked if Mr. Ryan was simply making an honest observation or something motivated by racial ill will.

Comedian W. Kamau Bell intimated that some sort of racial malice was involved.

“You can’t blame the people living in the inner cities, blacks and latinos, for not having jobs where there are no jobs in the inner cities. You can’t blame them when the schools suck, the hospital sucks, there’s no grocery store, all of their fathers are in jail,” Mediaite reported. The panel’s fellow left-leaning guest agreed.

Then the “Real Time” host tricked his guests, saying: “Let me read something else. Here’s something else Paul Ryan said. He said: ‘When it comes to getting an education, too many of our young people just can’t be bothered. They’re sitting on couches for hours playing video games, watching TV instead of dreaming of being a teacher or a lawyer or a business leader — they’re fantasizing about being a baller or a rapper.’ Oh wait, that wasn’t him. That was Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama said that.”

The camera showed Mr. Bell stunned, at which point Mr. Maher turned to the audience and said: “Hushed silence! […] Is something less true if a white person says it about black people?”

“We talk to each other differently than when we talk to [white people],” Mr. Bell responded.

During the segment, former Republican congressman Rick Lazio of New York defended Rep. Ryan, saying that most cities with high poverty have been controlled by Democrats for decades." [Source]

So why was "Mr. Bell stunned"? He was stunned because his ideological soul-mate set him up. He never saw it coming. What he will realize one day is that when all is said and done, Bill Maher is no different than any other white person in America when it comes to how he views race and racial issues. The fact that he (Mr. Bell) had to be "punked" in front of millions to prove that point is a sad commentary on him and other Negroes like him.

Now, as is to be expected, Mr. Bell is trying to explain his disappointment with Maher and himself.

"Kamau Bell, who, until recently, hosted his own late night show on FXX called Totally Biased, published a post on his website expressing his frustration with the way Maher made him and the other guests feel foolish by telling them the quote was made by Paul Ryan and getting their reactions before revealing the truth.

“I (apparently) lost a game on Bill’s show that I didn’t know I was playing,” Bell wrote. “The game was ‘Gotcha!’ And according to the Internet (and the number of misspelled and nigger filled — the word, not the people — tweets in my timeline), I got gotcha’ed!”

He went on to explain that the show’s producers gave him a heads up about the first, real quote from Ryan that had turned into one of the week’s big political controversies, and even asked him “as an African-American” to jump into the discussion first. “Anyone who knows me knows I’m a sucker for conversations about race and racism in America,” Bell wrote. “Well, I got played for a sucker.”
Bell took offense to the point Maher was apparently trying to make (“Is something less true if a white person says it about black people?”), writing, “this clip has turned out to be a Rorschach test for ignorance. If you think he gotcha’ed me or the panel, I feel sorry for you.”

After laying out the more interesting points of comparison between the Ryan and Obama quotes, Bell argued that an intelligent conversation about those issues was never what Maher intended:
Bill obviously didn’t want to have that conversation because if he had, he woulda had his awesome and gracious staff give the panel the Michelle Obama quote, too. He wanted to play “Gotcha!” Hey, good on him. It’s easy to trip people up if that is your sole intention. Go outside right now and see how many people you can trip while they walk around. I guessing it’s damn near 100%. Does it feel good? Not to me.
But again, who am I to judge? Bill’s got the rightfully acclaimed, long running hit show, and mine was canceled. I’m not even sure why he would waste his time gotcha’ing me. Was Al Sharpton not available?"

Kamau, he didn't need Al Sharpton; he had you.

Brother Field, I know you are going to call me White, but I'm glad Bill Maher laid out the truth on TV before millions of lefties and Blacks.

And that truth is: The Truth has no color. Hence, the truth told by a White person is no less true than told by a Black person.

Your problem is you are not dedicated to the truth. You will lie and deny to the hilt. We all know that from your many posts. You model what our problem as Blacks is. Until we face reality, we will continue to suffer more and more until the pain is unbearable.

Your comparison skin colors at the expense of THE TRUTH, shows how against the Truth you are. Well, obviously you are on the side of the devil's lies. But I assure you, you will lose.

    yours truly,

Field, "Kamau, he didn't need Al Sharpton; he had you."

Brother Field, Al Sharpton wouldn't have gotten punked because he is too 'Sharp' for that. He's been in the trenches too long to fall for something like that. The one who would have received the "Gotcha" would have been Bill Maher.

Sharpton has NEVER been punked by a white person.

However, he HAS been punked by some Blacks. However, that's not unusual, considering the numerous liars and sell-outs that permeate our race..

I bet there is not ONE Negro who hasn't been punked and used by his own peeps....NOT ONE! We are our worst enemies. We are just too weak to face the truth.

Negroes get tricked all the time by other Negroes.

Didn't you recently do a post about corrupt black politicians?

Considering what we are doing to each other, it's hard to believe that we are the chosen people.

  5. It was cheap and the two ideas are completely different. Kamau is correct, we speak to each other differently and we all know the FLOTUS is going to be taken out of context. But I'm glad conservatives have something to talk about and lable racist. Rightly or wrongly they have been labled as racist for quite a long time so they will grasp at any straw they can so they can play the "you're the real racist" game. Nice to see they have something new to talk about. Good on them.

  6. The problem is Mr. Bell couldn't elaborate on why both positions could be true....Could it it be that White supremacy couldn't capitalize on droves of young black men lazing away on the couch playing video games and listening to mindless rap songs about drug dealing???? ...

Don't think so......The two attitudes and mind sets play into each other...Life is never just Black or White ...its always a mixture of everything together..... It became a "Gotcha moment when he couldn't discuss the issue in its totality .....cause he lost focus...Was the question about Mr Ryan's comments or the black community ....???

Mr Bell missed the boat..and got used for ratings fodder...

Bell's problem is a problem in our black communities: We are unable to admit the truth. There is no 'white' truth or 'black' truth. There is just The Truth, regardless of how uncomfortable it may make us feel--whether we are Black or White. The Truth makes no distinction. Only people and their emotional predilections come up with ways to try to bend the truth.

I don't want to judge Bell except I have always looked upon him as an average thinker with average insight.

The discussion really needed a more focused brighter Negro...like Al Sharpton who would have handled it with ease.

So, let's not come down on Bell because most Negroes wouldn't have been able to do any better...

Sometimes the Truth is too hot to handle for some.

He is different from most white people in that he is a Jew, and as is well evidenced by his act, he despises white people.

Being a Jew, he can use black people as moral foils in the crusade against white America. He can also get away with despising blacks, merely by the fact he constantly demeans whites.

He is the worst kind of vermin in the world.

Brother Field, what I find amazing is that there hasn't been ONE FN person that can explain with any depth or good reason 'why' the Truth is different between Michelle's comment and Ryan's? Just saying that the audiences are different doesn't change the truth.

PilotX, you are full of shit. But you have always been anti-White and pro-Black so it's understandable why you can't hear the truth when it is said by a White person. Racism has you in its grips.

Bell was stunned by the obvious truth that's been hidden right in front of his face. That is, whether a White person speaks the truth or Black person speaks the truth, the truth is the truth.

What makes accepting the truth so hard are human prejudices. Bell showed how prejudiced he was against Whites on national TV. I am sure it was very embarrassing for him.

Still, if he had a little bit of humility, instead of a lot of pride, it wouldn't stung so badly.

So funny that you bring that bit up because when I saw it I felt uneasy that Paul Ryan said something I agree with. I breathed easy after the Michelle Obama reveal.

Perhaps it was the lights and cameras that gave Bell a brain freeze or maybe you're right that he was shocked by a white "ally" pulling one over on him but the difference between the two statements was obvious. One is about is youth being irresponsible preferring diversion to endeavor. This statement was also race neutral. The other is about "inner city" (ubiquitous dog whistle code) *adults* being lazy and not wanting to work (stereotype they've been using against us since they hauled us across the ocean to do what... work). This is the same thinly-veiled racist pandering. Bread and butter for the Republicans.

"What he will realize one day is that when all is said and done, Bill Maher is no different than any other white person in America when it comes to how he views race and racial issues."

Okay, I've got to disagree that all white people have the exact same opinions on race -- that just isn't true.

Also, I haven't seen the Bill Maher show in question, but on the basis of what's been described, I have to wonder if we even know what Maher's goal here was. Does he really think there was nothing wrong with what Paul Ryan said? Or did he set this "gotcha moment" up in a misguided attempt to stir the pot, hoping to provoke an interesting discussion?

Personally, I think there is a valid point to be made that sometimes black people and white people actually share a belief, but white people can't get away with expressing it because it "sounds bad" coming from them. This sometimes happens. Bill Maher is wrong to suggest that's what's going on with Paul Ryan, though.

Lots of black people actually agree with the idea that there are aspects of black culture that are destructive and can hold black people back (gender conflicts and issues of self-hate come to mind). Very few black people believe that those "black culture problems" are the only problems black people are facing; most understand that white racism and adverse governmental policy also have a huge effect on keeping black people disproportionately poor.

That's the difference between Michelle Obama and Paul Ryan. When she criticizes the black community, she's saying that, even if there are many unfair aspects to our society, there are some things black people have control over and can address within their community.

But Paul Ryan is saying that white racism is over, American society is perfect, and everything is black people's fault. This is a massively racist belief, and one common among conservatives.

The bottom line is that Michelle Obama and Paul Ryan do not agree, at all. However, you'd think they did, once you take their statements out of context, as Bill Maher did.

Superhead's real name is Karrine Steffans. She had a bestselling book called "Confessions of a Video Vixen" in 2005. It was such a hit that she has written several other books along the same lines. These are the kinds of black women that Bill "likes".

As far as Bill abusing any of these women, it seems to me that the black women he has been with have gotten more out of the relationship than he has. 34. Here's How Much Health Plan Premiums Spiked Over The Last Four Years Of Obamacare's Rollout

Earlier Today I reported that health insurance premiums are showing the sharpest increases perhaps ever according to a survey of brokers who sell coverage in the individual and small group market. Morgan Stanley’s healthcare analysts conducted the proprietary survey of 148 brokers. The April survey shows the largest acceleration in small and individual group rates (for renewing health plans) in any of the 12 prior quarterly periods when the regular analysis has been conducted. The average increases for the present quarter are in excess of 11% in the small group market and 12% in the individual market, where consumers purchase coverage directly from health plans. Some states show increases 10 to 50 times that amount. The analysts conclude that the “increases are largely due to changes under the ACA.”

What Ryan said had race specifically in the talking points, making it sound as if only Blacks and Latinos in the inner city were poor people, when in fact there are plenty of white poor people in the rural communities. So, yes, he was speaking from his white high horse. What the FLOTUS said did not have any specific mention of race. She said, "young people" not Black kids or Latino kids. So why would Bell or anyone else there need to point out any racism when she did not bring race into the conversation. You are right about people like Bill Maher and others like him. At the end of the day they still walk around and operate in this world as a white person and that speaks volumes.

Mr Field, when are you going to kick this profane birdbrain off? It would 'clean up' your blog immensely.

  43. Oh wow, good stuff. I'm about to try and find the video right now on YouTube and return to check out your links in the post. Interesting quotes throughout the read. I do think there's a difference between a black person/white person in the words of Michelle Obama. I'm thinking she spoke from a place of compassion. But yes I agree: helluva set-up on behalf of Bill Maher.

  44. "African Americans, especially those who make up the elitist class, are trained to call any and everything a Republican says or does racist."

Ah, Kinky seems to know so much about blah folks. So did we get a memo or attend training classes to get this information? I do know that there are many racists who are Republicans and some of the stuff they do is racist but it isn't a default setting.

Stupid comment. Read Field's comment about the context.

Good point Don, context is everything.

  47. Two comments were read; one by Ryan and the other by the Mrs. Obama. Now, simply because the mere reaction from Bell that was covertly attributed to Ryan (a known racist) at first, then subsequently revealed to be that of Mrs. Obama and the reaction wasn’t what Field Negro and others expected, IT’S BLACK RACISM???

Give me a break Fake Field Negro, the difference here is that Ryan says thing out of spite targeting blacks and Mrs. Obama says things out of LOVE. Get it right Fake Field Negro!

Black Sage, how do you know Ryan said it out of spite? No where can you find Ryan admitting that he was talking to spite people.

No where can you find Michelle saying she was talking out of LOVE.

It's all in your head and fantasies.

"Bill Maher, when all is said and done, is no different than any other white person in America."

I think, at this juncture, we can all agree that FN is a racist.

It is unfortunate that he is in a position of some authority with the City of Philadelphia.

But then again, Philadelphia is going the way of Detroit...sooner rather than later because of people like FN.

Brother Field, I agree with anon7:45pm. Over the years you have really lowered yourself as a racist who is no better than a member of Stormfront.

In other words, you have become the very person you detest. Because of this FN, FIELD NEGRO, has lost its meaning and respect.

Good people of sound mind and heart have moved away from your blog. Weak narrow-minded people who are anti-White and racist now canvass your blog.

I remember when you had lawyers and other intelligent professionals on your blog. They are all gone now.

FN remind me of Detroit who has lost its integrity to corruption. How does a lawyer, supposedly standing for justice, let this happen on His own blog?

"+ we know that not only are people going to pretend Black women are UNabusable...we are still UNrapeable as well. duke! tawanna brawley!!!"

But the Duke woman DID lie. The white boys were acquitted, weren't they, and the persecuting attorney disbarred (correct me if I'm wrong). Plus the white boys sued and won millions. The Duke woman is now in prison for an unrelated crime of murdering a black man or didn't you know?

As for Tawanna Brawley she lied too! Didn't Al Sharpton lose a lawsuit to the white man he falsely accused of raping Brawley. Nobody believes Brawley's rape allegation any more, except apparently FP. Brawley made everyone who initially believed her look like a fool. Including Rev. Al "Hot Comb" Sharpton.

Blessed Black women are STILL the Original Woman + Standing Strong despite UNparalleled historical + present day persecution."

If I am a hateful queen you are a hateful bitch, Missy.

Is Superhead included in your Original Woman + Standing Strong category too! lol

    Focused Purpose:
"though i don't think it was Karine Steffans that made the claim against the odd looking khazar...it is just ALWAYS a Good day for deviant, pale pasty worshiping demons to sexually denigrate Black women."

    Me:
No it was a Playboy Cyber Girl (not sure what that is except that it's probably something tacky) named Coco Johnsen (the name says a lot, lol).

Wikipedia says about Bill Maher and Ms. Johnsen:
"In 2003, he began dating former Playboy Cyber Girl Coco Johnsen. In November 2004, at the end of their 17-month relationship, she sued him for USD $9 million for "pain and suffering" for alleged "insulting, humiliating and degrading racial comments." Her suit stated that Maher promised to marry her and father her children, support her financially, and purchase a Beverly Hills home. Her suit also alleged that she quit her job as a flight attendant and occasional model to be with him.[94] Maher's lawyers in their response filed on November 23, 2004, in Los Angeles Superior Court said Maher is a "confirmed bachelor, and a very public one at that" who "never promised to marry [Johnsen] or to have children with her."[95] Maher's filing stated that, after the relationship had ended, Johnsen "launched a campaign to embarrass, humiliate, and extort ridiculous sums of money from Bill Maher." Johnsen accused another former boyfriend of rape and kidnapping in 1997, and the charges were later dismissed for lack of evidence.[96][97][98] The lawsuit was dismissed on May 2, 2005."

Her lawsuit was dismissed in a court of law. In other words, she had no case. Read it for yourself.

Bill maher's lawyers must have been sharing same bed when to confirm or deny such statements to coco.

Why do commenters get confused between Ashkenazi ' and whites? Bill is an Ashkenazi and they always humiliate and degrades blacks by hiding underneath blacks skirts and point to the goyims that said it or did it.
