The Obama haters have done their best to turn this chapter in American history into something that it is not. And a clueless and disengaged public is buying whatever is being sold in the latest cable news sound bite. (For some real insight into this story read here.)
When the nation's leading magazine has a headline questioning if freeing an American soldier from his captors was worth it you have to wonder what else is going on.
A wonderful blog post from one of my tweeter fam, the very talented Charlie Preach, might offer some insight.
"This week America should be rallying in celebration for the safe release of our soldier, Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl; who has spent more than five years in captivity with the Taliban after being taken captive during the unjustified & volatile Afghanistan War. We should also be rallying together to thank our President, Barack Obama (for once again finding peaceful solutions that didn’t lead to war), his administration and especially the servicemen who placed their lives on the line to facilitate the exchange. However, instead Obama is once again caught off guard for doing something that the GOP had been urging him for years to facilitate, but like anything he achieves or is for, they find a reason to be against…even if it means the complete & utter disgraceful attacking of both Bergdahl and his family. It's very sad that as I write Bergdahl's hometown has had to cancel their celebration due to threats and all of the negative coverage of his release that our US media is all too happy to engage and exploit.
However, instead of celebrating the republicans & some rogue democrats, have once again found a reason to “Stop & Frisk” the president and demand that he explain why he chose to secure a deal without their knowledge. Interestingly, when Bush released more than 500 detainees (this is backed up by Military Task Force that runs the detention camps) from Guantanamo Bay, there weren’t any rules in place demanding that he run to congress before doing so. It would be remiss of me not to mention that at least one of those whom Bush released was a suspect in the Benghazi Embassy bombing attack. Yes, "Leading America While Black" is an unequal proposition. It should also be noted that this so-called permission slip from congress, was only implemented in December of 2013, after congress knew that the president was considering a trade to obtain Sgt. Bergdahl’s release...nothing more than another obstacle the republican's have put in place to do everything they can to limit his power and ultimate control as POTUS. I’m confused at how congress can come together and agree on laws that limit the president’s power, but never seem to agree when it’s time to do anything for those in need…after this revelation one must also ask themselves, how much of this is all political games and posturing with no real intentions from either side of helping Obama and ultimately Americans in achieving the goals he was elected twice to achieve.
After this week’s display of complete hypocrisy and subversion from the right (and some democrats) how can America look itself in the mirror without honestly saying that Obama’s only real crime is that of, “Leading America While Black”? When we will stop pretending that race has not been the defining factor in the treatment that he’s received? Unfortunately, the president is receiving the same type of scrutiny and racial discrimination that African Americans deal with daily with “driving while black”, “stop and frisk”, ‘prison industrial complex”, and other systemic racially motivated acts of unjust. How will there ever be a “Post Racial America”, when we allow the types of discord & political treason that’s levied against the first black POTUS on a daily basis? How can America root for the potential campaign and election of its first female president when we've not given Barack Obama the same chance that has been given to all of his predecessors before him? How can women fight so hard to elect any woman to higher officer when we've let the first black president be subjected to such vehemence and racially motivated hate? Sadly, it's a fact that most of those same women have not joined the fight against racial discrimination and inequality, but shout loudly to coronate a woman to higher office, while daring anyone to subject her to the least amount of scrutiny or discord. It’s easy to ignore things that one sees as no significance or threat to them. " {More here}
Does she have a point? I think she does. But I also think that there is more going on here.
I think that a lot of it is just pure politics and the greed and shallowness of a corporate controlled media running for the ratings at whatever cost.
Also, Barack Obama, with all his seeming naivety when it comes to matters of race, should also share some of the blame for whatever treatment he receives. This is a guy who just loves and wants to please his fellow white Americans, but like Charlie wrote in her post; the feelings aren't necessarily mutual.
Someone posed a question in the comments section of this blog the other day and it had me thinking: If Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was a black man would he have been rescued? Would the Obama administration have swapped five high ranking Taliban officials to get him?
I wish I could say that of course we would have, but I can't. Not with this president.
That's my dilemma.
O, I will ride with you when the racists unfairly attack you and don't treat you like they did all the other white male presidents who came before you. But don't feel bad if I keep looking over my shoulder. Sorry, I am not quite comfortable with you having my back just yet.
"when Bush released more than 500 detainees (this is backed up by Military Task Force that runs the detention camps) from Guantanamo Bay, there weren’t any rules in place demanding that he run to congress before doing so"
ReplyDeleteYet he (Bush) notified Congress before doing so.
"It should also be noted that this so-called permission slip from congress, was only implemented in December of 2013,"
It should also be noted Obama was for the "permission slip' before he broke the law.
'When we will stop pretending that race has not been the defining factor in the treatment that he’s received?'
Let's stop pretending. Obama has received the most positive press coverage of any president in history. (Pew Research).
"O, I will ride with you when the racists unfairly attack you and don't treat you like they did all the other white male presidents"
Who are THE racists? Names please.
Like a Sunday, we knew the race card was coming.
ReplyDeleteIt's the last line of defense for the left.
IT'S ALL BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT IS BLACK!!!!!
BLAH. BLAH.
I love this gem-
"nothing more than another obstacle the republican's have put in place to do everything they can to limit his power and ultimate control as POTUS."
Reality is Obama has expanded presidential powers beyond what any president has done in modern history.

ReplyDeleteI think that a lot of it is just pure politics and the greed and shallowness of a corporate controlled media running for the ratings at whatever cost.
You mean the corporate media masters that Obama invites to the white house for dinner?
Or the ones he visits at their mansions for $40,000 a plate democrat fundraiser dinners?

"The roughly 35-page report, completed two months after Sergeant Bergdahl left his unit, concludes that he most likely walked away of his own free will from his outpost in the darkness of night, and it criticized lax security practices and poor discipline in his unit. But it stops short of concluding that there is solid evidence that Sergeant Bergdahl intended to permanently desert."
ReplyDelete----------------
I've seen firsthand what lax security and indiscipline cost us in Beruit in '83. This is at least as much a story of the Army's failure of Sgt Bergdhal as his failure of it.
POTUSwB is an Impeachable Offense said so in the Original Constitution.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the Republicans had talking points in place if Bergdhal would have been killed. This is one of those things where they were prepared to attack Obama no matter what. Just like everything else.

ReplyDeleteWhile I have agreed with KC and Bill about Obama's mistakes and seemingly incompetence, I also disagree with them pretending that Obama's skin color hasn't interfered with his attempts to get bills passed and to free American soldiers such as Bergdahl.
Eventually, like all Blacks, Obama will suffer from the weight of racism even at the level of President. He is internally as President but more importantly, he will suffer PTSD as a human being who tried his best to please Whites with good deeds. Yet, no matter what he has done, it has, and will, 'never be enough'. But that's the nature of white racism and White Privilege isn't it? KC and Bill are adorable Whites who will never be satisfied with the existence of Blacks...period, end of story. Blacks.
The strange thing is, Blacks on FN love talking and arguing and debating KC and Bill....WHY? And fr what?
Yes, Obama can be President today but make no mistake about it, he will not be praised for anything, by the white privileged, superior race.
Field, "Someone posed a question in the comments section of this blog the other day and it had me thinking: If Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was a black man would he have been rescued? Would the Obama administration have swapped five high ranking Taliban officials to get him?"
ReplyDeleteThanks for the acknowledgment and recognition, brother. We all know Obama wouldn't have done a damn thing if the soldier was Black.
Rock and hard place. The Republicans have the race card thing down pat. First, use dog whistles and winks and nods to let their base know they're with them. Secret Mooslim, Kenynan, unAmerican. ect. Second, if you call them on this claim YOU'RE the one playing the race card.
ReplyDeleteI bring this up to answer your question about bring home a Black POW. Just like everything Barack does they would have two narratives. The first, if he didn't bring home the Black soldier would have been "he left a soldier with the enemy and see blah folks he doesn't care about you". And let's not pretend that's not exactly what the trolls right here would say.
Secondly, if he did bring the brotha home Fox and the gop would be all over him and find every single instance of him not doing something to help a white soldier and talk about "that's how things are in BRA". And let's not pretend that's not exactly what the trolls right here would say. It might be time for Luther to do a few of his press conferences.
PX, your comment leaves a brother thinking damn if you do and damn if you don't. It's always going to be a "catch 22" for a bm.
ReplyDeleteThis, once again, leaves me depressed. Of course, as a bm in America, I have been depressed for a long time. Once you have been born Black, and you 'experience' discrimination and racism, it would 'depress' any black person.
However, I am always surprised that Blacks don't talk about their depression. But that's why it's called 'depression', isn't it? We folks 'depress' our feelings so we don't have to talk about how hurt we have been as Blacks living in a white racist society.
It's so depressing.
depressed negro
Nothing changes the fact that-
ReplyDeleteObama broke his own law.
Bergdahl is a deserter and possible traitor.
That's not the fault of the Army or the media.
You need something to deflect blame off of dear leader.
Leading America while black means the left won't hold you to the same standards has white presidents that have come before thee.

ReplyDeleteYou seem surprised.
Being black is no excuse for incompetence. Come on, Field, get real.
ReplyDeleteIt's surprising because it was a shooting of Christians on a Christian campus.
ReplyDeleteI mean, 'who' would want to shoot Christians on a Christian College Campus?
Its amazing how much more everybody with a cable news habit "knows about Sgt. Berghdal and his motives than the official investigators do or ever will. He has the same HIPPA rights as an American serviceman as do American civilians. Anything that he says in a therapeutic setting (basically everything that he says) is absolutely private and privileged about any past crimes. Then, if ever this current chickenhawk squawking turns into an official investigation, then Sgt Berghdal will have the benefit of an extremely protective JAG defense bar and accused solicitous legal system.
ReplyDeleteAnon said, "Being black is no excuse for incompetence. Come on, Field, get real."

Anon, you must be new to FN. And please, don't hold Field to fair minded unbiased thinking. Under the circumstances of being a bm, he's doing the best he can, just like Obama.
Hence, you should show some mercy for the both of them.
Latest polling results:
ReplyDeleteWho rates as more competent as President, George W. Bush, or Barack Obama?
42%, which is just about Obama's Die Hard Progressive Base (and floor for support), says Obama is more competent.
48% -- a near majority -- says Bush was more competent.
That's right, the idiot George W. Bush is considered more competent than Obama. What a fucking loser!
7% say "same as," which is damning too, given that Bush is largely despised as incompetent except in the realm of Blowin' Up Buidlings without anyone noticing.
This is like 7% of the public saying you are merely "as gay as" Samwise Gamgee. Not a strong vote for your heterosexuality.
18% of Democrats say Bush was more competent than Obama!
When they compare Obama to Bill Clinton, it's a real blowout: 18% say that Obama was more competent, and 68% say Bill Clinton was more competent.
Dayum!
A 2009 military investigation concluded that Bergdahl did indeed desert:
ReplyDeletehttp://thelead.blogs.cnn.com/2014/06/05/on-allegations-that-insurgent-chatter-said-bergdahl-was-seeking-the-taliban/
President Obama is going to need a lot of therapy. Being a Black President can lead to neurosis and even insanity.
ReplyDeleteHowever, as Blacks we are all susceptible to this.
The Obama Regime is now slandering the noble American soldiers who served honorably while Bowe Bergdahl was deserting and likely defecting to the enemy.
ReplyDeleteIf Obama’s goal is to destroy the US Military by destroying its morale, he is doing an excellent job. If he has any other goal regarding the Armed Forces, I can’t imagine what it would be.
• Obama broke the law.
ReplyDelete• The five terrorists released were among the most dangerous in captivity.
• Those who served with Bergdahl say he deserted.
• Those who served with Bergdahl were made to sign nondisclosure agreements to keep them quiet.
• Bergdahl snuck off from camp with just a few survival items, suggesting that had someplace to go; i.e., he was not merely deserting but defecting to the Taliban.
• Bergdahl reportedly mailed his valuables stateside in preparation for desertion/defection.
• At least six US soldiers were killed attempting to find Bergdahl.
• Bergdahl made statements denouncing America in extremely harsh terms.
• Bergdahl’s father is aggressively pro-Islamic.
• In a deleted tweet, Bergdahl’s father proclaimed that he is “still working to free all Guantanamo prisoners,” suggesting the possibility that Bergdahl’s capture and release were staged to facilitate the release of the terrorists.
Here’s one that is getting less attention:
• CIA station chief in Kabul was outed by White House 1 week before the transfer.
Via WaPo:
The CIA’s top officer in Kabul was exposed Saturday by the White House when his name was inadvertently included on a list provided to news organizations of senior U.S. officials participating in President Obama’s surprise visit with U.S. troops.
The White House recognized the mistake and quickly issued a revised list that did not include the individual, who had been identified on the initial release as the “Chief of Station” in Kabul, a designation used by the CIA for its highest-ranking spy in a country.
If numerous military members knew something was awry with the story about Bergdahl’s apparent capture by the Taliban, what would the CIA station chief in Kabul know?
I have read a few articles that stated the Taliban would execute the Sgt. if the negotiations were leaked to the press. Hence, Congress was not formally notified. Then again, some other articles, and some statements by John McCain indicate that Congress had already approved of a prisoner swap.
ReplyDelete• The five terrorists released were among the most dangerous in captivity.
And they were already scheduled for release anyway. How dangerous can they be after 10 years in Gitmo? Do they have actionable intel? What active links do they have on the ground? Have they suddenly learned insurgency tactics in Gitmo?
Be honest with yourselves here- they're about the same level of threat as a rookie fresh off the streets of Paris.
In the meantime Field, make sure Mrs. Field is in bed. I got some Rihanna shots to distract from the daily racism chase. http://edition.cnn.com/2014/06/03/showbiz/celebrity-news-gossip/rihanna-see-through-dress-cfda/index.html?iref=obnetwork
"It should also be noted Obama was for the 'permission slip' before he broke the law."
ReplyDeleteNo, he wasn't. The signing statement Obama attached to NDAA (the military's budget) when he signed it indicated that he understood the provision regarding Congressional notification about prisoner releases to be unconstitutional bullshit, and he never had any intention of abiding by it.
Now, I'll admit, it would have been far better if instead Obama had simply vetoed the NDAA and sent it back to have the bullshit removed. But then if he had, who knows how long it would have taken the House's Tea Party morons to stop jerking off, do their jobs, and pass a budget?
They'd probably have been too busy with their usual super-duper essential business -- like pointlessly trying to ban Obamacare for the millionth time, or abolishing the IRS and the UN, or establishing a national Hank Williams, Jr Day.
Field, I'm a bit disappointed in your acceptance of the idea that things would somehow have been different if Bergdahl had been a black man. I think your personal biases are showing.
ReplyDeleteCan you honestly imagine that Obama would abandon a black serviceman to die? There is no conceivable way he'd do that.
In fact, I'm pretty confident even old G.W. Bush would have made a similar deal to win a black serviceman's release. I don't like or respect our previous president, and there's no question about his lack of interest in winning black people's votes or of any real desire to address black poverty, but I can't envision him leaving a soldier with our country's enemies. I figure Dubya had at least that small amount of integrity. And even if he didn't, the political fallout from not making the prisoner trade would have been too disastrous to contemplate.
There's just no way this could have gone down differently, regardless of the identity of the president, regardless of the identity of the POW. There are no politically realistic alternatives to the deal Obama made.
"• The five terrorists released were among the most dangerous in captivity."
ReplyDeleteAll men are dangerous in war. Just ask our own POW's. Believe me, they let John McCain go knowing he had the capability of flying the next plane that will bomb and kill thousands.
so knock off the bs about who is the most dangerous and who is not. You only show your American public ignorance about POW's....YOU don't know shit about war or the military so STFU.
Bergdahl is an American soldier who deserved to come home regardless of what he did. If anything, let us determine his innocence or guilt in the military courts. Until then. STFU because you don't know a damn thing because you weren't there. And furthermore you never served a day of your life in the military, let alone a war.
"Can you honestly imagine that Obama would abandon a black serviceman to die? There is no conceivable way he'd do that."
ReplyDeleteYes, I most certainly could. You see, Obama has abandoned an entire black race right here in America. Why would he put forth any effort or care about a black soldier? He wouldn't.
"In fact, I'm pretty confident even old G.W. And even if he didn't, the political fallout from not making the prisoner trade would have been too disastrous to contemplate."
I can certainly imagine George Bush making a deal for a black serviceman. You see, even Bush had some feelings for Blacks. He even showed up at the NAACP at their first request. Obama did not.
A black man was dragged to his death in Texas by some hating redneck. Under Bush, he got the death penalty. Trayvon Martin was murdered by Zimmerman. NOTHING happened to him. That is very symbolic of what is happening to Blacks under the Obama Administration...a lot of national racist crap.
I thought I would never see a more incompetent President than George Bush. But Obama has proved me wrong. He is far worse. Also, he is a LIAR of the highest order. At least Bush DID what he said he was going to do. At least he 'kept' his word, whether you agreed with him or not.
"48% -- a near majority -- says Bush was more competent."
ReplyDeleteOr to put it another way - a minority.
Our President reminds me of Kenya's recent president - Moi: He is stuck on a hot seat that has glue; wants to get off, but can't...
ReplyDeleteIf you are Negro/Afram/Black, etc., you were taught early on that "We Negroes have no rights that whites will respect". We learned early on to expect NOTHING! from whites. Obviously, Barack Obama did not get that lesson - one consequence of being raised by white people. If he had been competently raised "Black", he would realize that no amount of "jigging": singing-grinning-dancing will get you anything but scorn.

ReplyDelete” • Obama broke the law.”
Well that’s debatable at best.
The point is it’s a stupid law that allows no wiggle room when negotiations with the enemy are ongoing. It may well be unconstitutional according to a constitutional law professor. You far right types are really in to the constitution when it suits you aren’t you? Strangely silent when it doesn’t.

**
” • The five terrorists released were among the most dangerous in captivity.”
They are not terrorists they are Taliban. They were fighting foreign invaders on their own soil. Under international law you are allowed to do that, it is not a crime. If American soldiers come to your country and start shooting and bombing you, you are allowed to shoot and bomb back.
Weird huh?
**
” • Those who served with Bergdahl say he deserted. ”
Some do, some don’t.
**
” • Those who served with Bergdahl were made to sign nondisclosure agreements to keep them quiet.”
Riiiiiightttt. That’s why none of them have spoken out.
**
” • Bergdahl snuck off from camp with just a few survival items, suggesting that had someplace to go; i.e., he was not merely deserting but defecting to the Taliban.”
It “suggests” no such thing unless you are a paranoid far-Right troll. Berghdahl saw himself as a survivalist, he told a fellow fighter before he was sent to Afghanistan that if the war was “too lame” he was going to go off on his own.
Clearly Bergdahl is a Christian fundamentalist/survivalist nutjob, but that doesn’t mean he’s a traitor. Otherwise three quarters of all FoxNews viewers would have to be in jail.
**
” • Bergdahl reportedly mailed his valuables stateside in preparation for desertion/defection.”
Irrelevant. See my previous answer.
**
”• At least six US soldiers were killed attempting to find Bergdahl”
Not true, I debunked this lie yesterday.
**
.” • Bergdahl made statements denouncing America in extremely harsh terms.”
No he did not. He criticized American foreign and military policy, lot’s of people do. They are not traitors.
” • Bergdahl’s father is aggressively pro-Islamic.”
Firstly completely irrelevant, and secondly dead wrong. He’s aggressively Christian, that’s why his son was home-schooled in the ways of the bible for six hours a day..
**
” • In a deleted tweet, Bergdahl’s father proclaimed that he is “still working to free all Guantanamo prisoners,” suggesting the possibility that Bergdahl’s capture and release were staged to facilitate the release of the terrorists. ”
It “suggests” no such thing unless you are a paranoid far-Right troll. Many people are working to free Guantanamo prisoners. Obama was elected on a promise to free Guantanamo prisoners.
**
”Here’s one that is getting less attention: • CIA station chief in Kabul was outed by White House 1 week before the transfer.”
He wasn’t outed by the White House he was outed by the U.S. Army who provided the list of fifteen names to a White House pool reporter.

I really don't know if O is more incompetent that Bush, but most Americans do.
I do know that Obama lies at every turn while Bush kept his word. Whether bad or good, Bush had moral value to keep his word. Obama has none. And that is his problem: he is not "trustworthy." Esp to Blacks.
You explained it best in your post:
"O, I will ride with you when the racists unfairly attack you and don't treat you like they did all the other white male presidents who came before you. But don't feel bad if I keep looking over my shoulder. Sorry, I am not quite comfortable with you having my back just yet."
But you and I both know he has a history of seeking approval from Whites and ignoring Blacks as if they don't even exist. I understand it because most Negroes are like him. "White First, Black Last". That' why our race is riddled with sell-outs. In fact, they are common. Blacks who stand up for our race are rare indeed...very rare.
ReplyDeleteI don't think that the DC politicians and media are treating President Obama any worse than they did Bill Clinton. . . WRONG!
You know who leaked the details of the deal to the press?
Administration officials. Just six weeks ago. Administration officials leaked the fact that the Taliban were pushing this deal:
Bergdahl's captors are anxious to release him, according to a defense official and a military officer, who both spoke to The Associated Press only on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case publicly.
"Elements in all echelons — from the top of the Taliban down to the folks holding Bergdahl — are reaching out to make a deal," the defense official said.
You know who else leaked this story previously, which the Administration now claims the Taliban is So Serious You Guys should not be leaked, on pain of Bergdahl's death?
Why, the Taliban itself leaked it.
Well, they didn't "leak" it, really. They straight-up made the offer publicly on a phone call with AP:
TALIBAN OFFERS A TRADE
KABUL, Afghanistan — The Taliban proposed a deal in which they would free a U.S. soldier held captive since 2009 in exchange for five of their most senior operatives at Guantanamo Bay, while Afghan...

Hmmm. So the whole "we'll kill him if you tell Congress" is just another lie. Wow.

Many of Bergdahl's fellow troops -- from the seven or so who knew him best in his squad to the larger group that made up the 1st Battalion, 501st Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division -- told CNN that they signed nondisclosure agreements agreeing to never share any information about Bergdahl's disappearance and the efforts to recapture him. Some were willing to dismiss that document in hopes that the truth would come out about a soldier who they now fear is being hailed as a hero, while the men who lost their lives looking for him are ignored.
"I don't think I could have continued to go on without being able to share with you and the people the true things that happened in this situation," Korder said Monday. "Because if you guys aren't made aware of it, it will just go on, and he'll be a hero, and nobody will be able to know the truth."
Do you even bother with a cursory look at the facts of the situation before you form your opinions, or are you just some kind of buffoon who argues about things he knows absolutely nothing about?

Give them a call and ask them how this Obama Bergdahl story is going over with them.
The Purple Cow said...
ReplyDelete” • Obama broke the law.”
Well that’s debatable at best.
The point is it’s a stupid law that allows no wiggle room when negotiations with the enemy are ongoing.
PurpleCow has helped us understand Obama didn't break the stupid law that prevented him from doing what he wanted.
I will wait on the facts. These guys in his unit were on Fox Views. Big red flag. I remember what happened to Ranger Tillman, and the "swift boating" of JFK.
ReplyDeleteEarlier you say...
ReplyDelete"If Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was a black man would he have been rescued? Would the Obama administration have swapped five high ranking Taliban officials to get him?
I wish I could say that of course we would have, but I can't. Not with this president.
That's my dilemma."
Yet you bend over backwards incesssantly defending this man...
I know it makes for good Blog Fights with Trollies...and you and Pilot and Granny and the others here sure do put up a great fight.....but seriously look at what your saying...
You KNOW he wouldnt have done the same for you and yours...
sad..really sad...

Why do you believe the liberal channels didn't invite them on? Was CNN waiting for the facts to come out before they did any investigating?
and the "swift boating" of JFK.
Are you talking about the story kerry told for decades about being on the river on christmas eve under orders of nixon? Yeah, imagine keeping a lie going for 30 years expecting to never be called out.
The Swift Boat guys were right about Kerry.
ReplyDelete"These guys in his unit were on Fox Views. Big red flag."
ReplyDeleteWhen you can't debate the facts attack the source...
BTW, these guys have been on CNN also.
Never let the facts get in the way of jigging for the man who you're not comfortable with having your back...

ReplyDelete"The GOP has been recruiting "white supremacists"?
ReplyDeleteOf course we have, where do you think our biggest supporters come from?
"You said you have friends/family in the military.

Lots of veteran military personnel have backed Bergdahl. He got disillusioned in a war zone. Hell, how many kids over there have gotten disillusioned when they see killings, live in a furnace and have people always trying to kill them. They get it.
"Yet you bend over backwards incesssantly defending this man..."
ReplyDeleteAnd you constantly attack him. Of course you do, he's Black.
IF there is a "god", I'm convinced it's a rabid right-wingnut fascist DonaldTrump/Clarabelle look-alike that is trying desperately to keep its ilk - right-wingnut pious a-merry-kkkan terrorists, troglodyte trolls and bottom-feeders - from following their heads up their asses.

BIB, must you expose Field for the confused double-talking double-minded bm he is?
Just read where this particular army unit had a lot of disciplinary.and moral problems. And that they were reprimanded for things such as losing their rifles in the past.
ReplyDeleteThey don't seen like they were serving honorably to.me.
Also this Bowe fellow left his post before.and came back.

Ok BiB, I've tried this before but hell. What exactly is your problem with the President. It seems you don't think he's progressive enough. (I know you dislike labels so ignore that last sentence if it's off). On a few sentences spell out what the guy is doing wrong.
Morale not 'moral'. Sorry, I am on the move.
ReplyDelete"Just read where this particular army unit had a lot of disciplinary.and moral problems. And that they were reprimanded for things such as losing their rifles in the past."
ReplyDeleteListening to a few vets on the radio today and it sounds like a lot of the girls and guys over there are having a hard time.
"Sorry, I am on the move."
ReplyDeleteOn that hustle huh? Ha!
Pilot,is it just me or is there something fishy about the Bibster?:)
ReplyDeleteAnon@2:28 pm,at least we know that field Negro is a "bm". And the only thing I am "confused" about is why are trolls so stupid?
ReplyDeleteYes sir, Pilot. All day every day.:)

No confusion why your words attract such a large number of stupid trolls?
"Pilot,is it just me or is there something fishy about the Bibster?:)"
ReplyDeleteI just wish I could understand his politics. He seems to be a liberal but yet finds common ground here with conservatives. I don't know man, he is a mysterious fellow.
You are good man for even thinking about him.

Sounds like someone that doesn't pledge their allegiance to a political party.
I understand why you can;t understand that type of politics.
"Sounds like someone that doesn't pledge their allegiance to a political party.
ReplyDeleteI understand why you can;t understand that type of politics."
Not that simple Bill, you won't get the context. BTW, this is an ABC conversation. Ha!
That's part of it too. For a guy who is supposed to live by the motto "Black first" he sure attracts white allies. He is an interesting guy.
ReplyDeleteAnon 3:11 pm... I think/know you are right on the theory about our POTUS. The right person of color had to be the first. Someone that will not deviate from the status quo of the traditional political way was the main criteria. I know Mrs. Clinton being in the position as "the first" has been approved by the crew running America. She will lead in a manner most comfortable to them. "Them" being the Walmarts and the people that are never seen..

ReplyDeleteThe reason I puzzle Field , and Pilot is because to them "Black First" just means showing deffereence to one who looks like you...
ReplyDeleteWhile simplistic in nature it CANT be applied to all situations..
Namely supporting members of the Black Misleadership class..
They look like us , but they enact policies diametrically opposed to our survival.
Theres a litmus test for anything I support...
If it benefits Black people ..
I dont care who is pushing the idea. White ,Black, Asian, etc...
You just cant seem to understand someone who wont play the Go Along to ...Get Along game...
What happen to purple cow?
ReplyDeleteGuess he's still licking his wounds..

Of course I won't get it.
I also don't pledge my allegiance to a political party.
NBC, the opposite side of the political spectrum from faux news...
Freed Taliban Commander Tells Relative He'll Fight Americans Again
...
One of the five Taliban leaders freed from Guantanamo Bay in return for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl's release has pledged to return to fight Americans in Afghanistan, according to a fellow militant and a relative.
...
Under the terms of the deal, the former commanders would remain under the control of the government of Qatar for one year and be subject to “restrictions on their movement and activities," a senior U.S. official has told NBC News

This isn't Obama's fault.
He had paper work that said he couldn't for 1 year.
It's just like those criminals/killers that refuse to abide by those no gun signs.
Still A Panther2, there is no anon3:11pm.
ReplyDelete"NBC, the opposite side of the political spectrum from faux news...

So fucking what?
He's allowed to.

"The Purple Cow said...
ReplyDelete” • Those who served with Bergdahl say he deserted. ”
Some do, some don’t.
Some don't?
Got a link?"
Do you have a link to the views of every single fucking soldier who served with him?
No, you do not.
Now go back and re-read the statements from his comrades that I quoted.
I'll wait.
""Clearly Bergdahl is a Christian fundamentalist/survivalist nutjob, but that doesn't mean he’s a traitor."
ReplyDelete"He’s aggressively Christian, that’s why his son was home-schooled in the ways of the bible for six hours a day.."
Links please. Take your time."
I already provided the link you dumb shit, go home and learn to read.
Talke your time.
You could have just said you can't back up your nonsense and saved us the rant.
ReplyDelete"Of course I won't get it.
ReplyDeleteI also don't pledge my allegiance to a political party."
Sure Bill. Whatever man.
"The reason I puzzle Field , and Pilot is because to them "Black First" just means showing deffereence to one who looks like you..."
ReplyDeleteUh no, that's not why you puzzle me. I can't speak for Field but let's do away with the silly banter and let me ask you a few questions to see where you're at.
BiB. In a few sentences, or longer if you choose, can you articulate what you disagree with the President about. Specific policies, general philosophies or both.
Jeopardy music.......
ReplyDeleteObama operates on the philosophy of LYING. That is enough, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteHe asked BiB, not you.
ReplyDelete"In a few sentences, or longer if you choose, can you articulate what you disagree with the President about. Specific policies, general philosophies or both."

Obama has lied about everything, including Bergdahl's life being in jeopardy..
BOTTOM LINE: OBAMA IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Read what brother Field wrote in his post:
"I wish I could say that of course we would have, but I can't. Not with 'this'(Obama) president.
That's my dilemma."(dilemma=Obama can't be trusted)
"O, I will ride with you when the racists unfairly attack you and don't treat you like they did all the other white male presidents who came before you. But don't feel bad if I keep looking over my shoulder. Sorry, I am not quite comfortable with you having my back just yet."
There really is no need to say anything else. Wouldn't you agree, PX?
Say what you want, BiB has some integrity, unlike some of the House Pilots around here.
ReplyDelete"I also don't pledge my allegiance to a political party."
ReplyDeleteAnd nobody gives a shit.
"There really is no need to say anything else. Wouldn't you agree, PX?"
ReplyDeleteCan BiB answer his own questions or does he need trolls to help him?
"Say what you want, BiB has some integrity, unlike some of the House Pilots around here."
ReplyDeleteBiB is full of shit just like the trolls protecting him.
BiB, you gonna answer the man's question or just let your white trolls get your back? For a Black first dude the white trolls really seem to like you.
ReplyDeleteMaking in plain and in ya face
ReplyDeleteSadder Fieldm is where is the LOVE for thier fello crakka?
2 And how many of those hypocrites othwer than John McCain EVER WORE A UNIFORM? SMH
If Obama had traded a box of Graham crackers for Bergdahl's release, Republicans STILL would have been ready to lynch him for it. This is just another example of Republicans stopping and frisking the president over nothing at all.
ReplyDeleteAnd if Berdahl had been Black, I don't know that Obama could have taken the risk of doing ANYTHING to get him back, since the Republican in Congress reflexively hate Black people as a matter of their principle.
You can't make this stuff up. A POW and his family are villains and Cliven Bundy was a hero. Fox News stirs it up, but the sheep wouldn't fall for it if they weren't already racist. Their knee jerk Obama derangement syndrome idiocy hurts us all. People are unemployed or stuck in low paying jobs, and their kids have no opportunities, but they still vote for politicians who sabotage the economy. How transparent was it that they started out by cheering that we didn't get the Olympics? Blame minorities. Blame unions. It's divide and conquer.
