  6. I used to work in a warehouse in the 2000's, and the warehouse manager would play CDs when he was working with us. The first day the first thing he put on was a Prince compilation he had made himself. When I went over to see what was up, he said "If you don't like Prince, you'll probably hate it here." I told him that I would most likely do just fine, if the rest of it sounded that good. It did.

  7. Oh the many songs, written, produced, and sang by Prince, my favorite is

    When Doves Cry

How can you just leave me standing?
Alone in a world that's so cold?
    Maybe I'm just to demanding
Maybe I'm just like my father to bold
Maybe you're just like my mother
She's never satisfied (She's never satisfied)
Why do we scream at each other
This is what it sounds like
    When doves cry

Excellent tribute to Prince on CNN by AC, Van Jones, and Don Lemon who you have relegated to House Negro status

  10. Yisheng must be envious of people who are actually liked by people who aren't complete dumbasses.

  11. Roach is just jealous of people who are actually loved by their spouses, have impressive careers and normal sex lives.

Roach just needs a hug followed by a bitch slap upside the comb over head (interesting feat for a woman, btw).

Roach just needs to finish undergrad to feel " kind, smart, and im-potant".

Roach LOVES Yisheng which is why it's been stalking her for almost 10 years.

What a shock. Yishengcow's fav song is called ''Head''. If she had spent more time studying instead of giving it she might be smart like Asians.

@7:01, just substitute the word "phimosis" for the word "head" in the chorus of the song so your boyfriend doesn't get too jealous.

  25. You know vulgar roach, to keep your comments from being deleted by Field, maybe you should stick to posts about me dominating Asians, in a Asian dominated field, ROTFL!!!

I just wish you had warned me that many Chinese don't take it well that a Black woman out performs them in the classroom AND in research, ROTFL!!!

  26. Simon Price used to be a mate until we had a falling-out a couple of years ago. However he remains a brilliant writer, and this, his Prince obituary is magnificent.

Actually, tho I never was a fan of his lyrics, I did respect Prince as an excellent musician. Uncanny, even.

    For that, I'll miss him.

  32. I loved him so much I named my daughter Cynthia Rose. Loved him so much I gave him a picture of her at a concert. He actually nodded thank you. It wasn't long after he had lost his own baby and I knew his heart was devastated.

I loved him so damned much I stopped in my tracks and my knees went week when I saw the news of his death on a TV screen before a job interview. I won't be getting that job, I don't think. I was far too distracted and no one will remember I was there.

I loved him and my heart is hurting.

  34. My favorite Prince song wasn't even sang by Prince. It's the Chris Cornell version of Sinead's version that Prince wrote, Nothing Compares 2 U. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuUDRU9-HRk

And LMMFAO @ the new rule that you can't be black and not like Prince.

But let white people say there's some monolith in the black community, where even the moronic "bruvs" in the UK try to act gangsta, and dat's wacist.
