For instance, I am curious to know what you think of Donald trump ripping the American president on Russian television and praising the Russian President while making disparaging remarks about American military generals in a military forum.
Also, was it proper for Mr trump to say that Hillary could shoot someone in front of twenty thousand people and get away with it, when he himself has said that he could shoot someone in the middle of New York and get away with it?
Oh, and he said this in front of a group of "family values" conservatives.

what does everybody think of those stupid players that won't spend a penny of their dime to help their own people, yet wanna do 'protest' by disrespecting the very country that's making them rich!!! ReplyDeleteYou probably may not believe my take on this, which all boils down to context given the gathering centered on family values.....Back in January 2016, it seemed Mr. Trump was mostly extolling the zeal and fervent loyalty of his supporters. Of course, one must realize the height of Make America Great Again catapulted Mr. Trump's ratings and poll numbers through the stratosphere, especially since the original 16 GOP candidates turned out to be no match for the Donald's mega-celebrity. Mostly the musings of garnering such loyalty even to the point of killing someone on 5th Ave was no more than entertainment devoid of any thought to subsequently winning GOP nomination and having to face a formidable DNC challenger.
Hence the reason Mr. Trump is now expounding on the fact that despite his challenger, Hillary Clinton, withstanding months, years, even decades of FBI interrogations, congressional hearings and links to associates who died under unsettling circumstances, none of these scandals, Mr. Trump belives, will undermine the loyalty of those supporting Mrs. Clinton.
As such, at a family values/conservative gathering, Mr. Trump plants the seed the DNC candidate has managed to overcome every scandal even to the point of getting away with murder. Further driving this point home is the Americans who died in Benghazi. No one can ever say Mr. Trump underestimates his real audience.

Putin advances the interests of Russia. Putin loves the Russian people.
Obama wants to be President of the World. His policies favor foreigners over American interests. Obama fundamentally despises the American people.
We need a strong leader who can stand up to Putin and advance America's interest. Hillary has shown she cannot do this. Her bellicose rhetoric that she uses to cover her weakness is much more likely to lead to a disastrous war than is Trump's calm but firm stance.
Trump is the kick in the balls that America needs.

Liberals have been trying since at least 1964 to convince the Republican party that inviting in that same 27% of the electorate who are insane to join up and win elections together was a very bad idea.
