Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.
All you have to do is put up a flyer saying "It's OK To Be White" to see what the left's designated threat is. And it's funny to see a leftist defending terrorists, but not surprising since that's what Antifa is. It's okay if you're an Arab and go to shoot up a meeting of artists daring to draw Mohammed, but talk about an Islamic terrorist threat and you're a Nazi!
Religion and Government are Intertwined
Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.
The most common religion in the USA today is leftism, with the most virulent sects being radical feminism, transgenderism and "woke" anti-racism.

ReplyDeleteSince the second circuit (and every other court so far) has ruled that, no, the "absolute immunity" your lawyers pulled out of their asses isn't really a thing and the subpoenas demanding your taxes are valid and lawful, a theme of sorts seems to be emerging:
The judges have all had all they care to hear about the OLC memos Fergus' legal team keep claiming support such preposterous attempts to shield Fergus from not just indictment, but investigation as well.
The judges have made note that 1)OLC is DOJ is executive branch and therefore not binding on their work in the judiciary, 2)indictment does not equal investigation and investigation was just ducky when it was Bill Clinton being investigated, and (unintended consequence)3) no court has ever affirmed those OLC memos, and we're starting to think they may be, if I may use a legal term here, horseshit.
So it will be a bit of delicious irony if Fergus' desperate attempt at hiding his obvious culpability behind a pair of 45 year old OLC memos results most importantly in those memos being rejected wholesale by the judiciary as it takes his "absolute immunity" and sticks it back in his butt where it came from.

There was no reference to dumb ass, however there is a dumb ague and a dumb show, both spelled as two words. In addition, the spell checker on my computer red lines
