Another one bites the dust.

TWEET MEWe can add Mark Halperin to the list of men who have a problem when it comes to how to treat women in the workplace. Apparently he has been guilty of behavior similar to that of his buddy, Donald trump.

For the record, I never liked Halperin, I always thought that he was a trump supporter no matter how much he tried to hide it with objectivity. I watched him on Morning Joe during the elections, and whenever trump had a bad day it seemed to pain him to acknowledge it.

Now we know why. Deep down he probably with the "pussy grabber", knowing that his milk wasn't clean, either.

And speaking of the pussy grabber, his people have now declared that all twelve (I think it's twelve, I lost count) of the women who accused him of sexual assault are lying. Yes, they really said that.

"During a press conference alongside Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in the Rose Garden, Trump said the accusations leveled against him by roughly a dozen women following the release of the "Access Hollywood" tape last fall were "fake news."

"All I can say is it's totally fake news," Trump said. "It's just fake. It's fake. It's made-up stuff, and it's disgraceful what happens. But that happens in the world of politics."

A reporter asked Sanders if the official White House position was that "all of these women are lying?"

"Yeah, we've been clear on that from the beginning and the president's spoken on it," Sanders said."[Source]

Now if you want to believe Mr. trump ( a man who lies about EVERYTHING) over twelve women, well then go ahead. But I suggest you check your health plan to see if it provides for mental counseling before you do.

Finally, Halloween is almost here, and Mr. trump had some children over at the White House today, Sadly,  I am quite sure that the little ones had a bigger scare than they will ever get during any Halloween for the rest of their lives. They got to see the orange monster up close and personal, and he had some interesting things to say.

"The president made some pretty out of line comments to the trick-or-treaters, according to a transcript posted by NBC Capitol Hill reporter Leigh Ann Caldwell on Twitter. The president stated that he couldn't believe members of the media "produced such beautiful children" and told one child that he is going to be in Japan in two weeks after asking if she was Japanese. But perhaps his worst one was made towards one kid who he handed out candy to. "You have no weight problems," Trump said, according to the transcript. "That's the good news, right?"' [Source]

The little girl might not have a "weight problem", but we clearly have a presidential one.

"A history of violence"

A long time ago when I was a single man and getting my party on, I tried to hook up with a beautiful sister while partying in another country.

I approached her and tried to make small talk, but before I could even ask her name she asked me if I was an American. I asked her why she asked, and she said that it was because I looked and dressed like an American.

I told her that I was born and raised in Jamaica, but yes, guilty as charged, I now make my home in America.

"I don't like American guys", she said, "You all are too macho and into that John Wayne culture. Look at your favorite games: Football; hockey; boxing; and stuff like that." (OK, that was awhile ago, and we don't even do the "boxing" thing that much anymore. It's more like MMA these days. But I get what she was trying to say.)

I was thinking of how I struck out with that Nubian yesterday, as I listened to pundit after pundit talk about the NFL's violence problem.

Let's face it, whether it's against children, or against women, the NFL now has a huge problem on its very well paid hands.

The good news for them is, though, that like that sister in the club in Bermuda was saying; Americans embrace violence, and football brings it for 16  games every year. That kind of passion just doesn't go away overnight. Throw in all the gambling that goes along with it and you have the perfect storm.

The NFL knows this, and they have the billions to back it up.

For now, Roger Goodell and the boys will just ride out this storm, because they know that at the end of the day, Americans love their controlled violence and mayhem. They know that the same people pontificating and sermonizing on television about all the terrible things that the NFL is doing, will be offering their insight into Tom Brady's lack of an offensive line or Chip Kelly's fast-paced offense in a few weeks.

I am thinking about that young lady in Hamilton, Bermuda again. I wonder what she did with her life.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she married some dude who played in the NFL.

George, didn't you ever hear of "e-Harmony"?

Most of you guys were lucky. You didn't suffer from the social inhibitions and low self esteem which can make it hard to get up the courage to interact with the fairer sex. [Or, the same sex, if you are so inclined.] Most of us did alright. Some better than others, but we can't all expect to bat a thousand.

Now consider the case of George Sodini: No dates since May of 2008. No sex for the past 19 years. (He must have some very soft hands...) And no girlfriend since 1984. George Sodini, by all accounts, was a loner. He hated women because he didn't think women liked him. And yesterday he took his hatred for women to a tragic climax. He killed three of them and then killed himself.

Relax, NRA folks, this post isn't about the culture of guns and the easy access to them in this country. Nothing will change your mind set, so I have given up on trying to convince you. I will just watch the carnage day after day like the rest of the folks here in A-murder-ca and shake my head.

This post is about human behavior and what pushes us to the breaking point to do something so unspeakable. It's always easy to peg the urban terrorist, for instance, and his motives for doing things. it's money and the power that it's supposed to bring. With guys like George Sodini the motives are usually unclear. The urban terrorist more often or not has ties to his victims, guys like Sodini rarely do. Actually, we were lucky with Sodini, because he told us. It was his obvious hatred for women. (As if it was their fault that he preferred his fists to the real thing, or whatever pastime he chose to engage in over real companionship) But how many George Sodinis are walking among us? How many George Sodinis hate women or poor people or blacks? That's what's scary about these kinds of random killings; you just never know when it's going to happen or why. You can always stay out of the urban war zones, because you know the chances of falling victim to a crime is greater there. But if you are in a WSZ [white safety zone] working out in a gym, or in a mall in the WSZ, the last thing you expect is some guy who hates women unloading on your aerobics class with his three guns. (I bet George didn't tell the gun shop he purchased the guns from how much he hated women)

"Women just don't like me. There are 30 million desirable women in the US (my estimate) and I cannot find one,..."

Yes George but you can always find a gun.
