Well, at least one more Republican has found a smidgen of decency. Not a lot, mind you -- he hasn't denounced the disgusting monster from his own party who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue -- but at least a tiny bit.
Richard Shelby, Alabama's one currently seated senator, has refused to endorse Roy Moore.
“The state of Alabama deserves better,” Shelby told CNN’s State of the Union, stating on national television a position he was already known to hold. “I couldn’t vote for Roy Moore. I think the women are believable. I have no reason not to believe them. I didn’t vote for Roy Moore. I wouldn’t vote for Roy Moore. I think the Republican Party can do better.”
Shelby wrote in a wingnut candidate, instead of voting for a white civil rights hero.
Stoopid fucking wingnuts who vote for child molestors have no kick coming when their children or grandchildren are molested by white adults. I have not an iota of sympathy for stoopid fucking wingnuts with that type of mindset.
