Fifty Shades of Oprah, and a call for segregation at CPAC.

That boy Terrence Howard done lost his mind. I know he is supposed to be a big shot actor and all, but you don't go around messing with black royalty like Oprah.

"It appears that billionaire Oprah Winfrey has a sense of humor as large as her bank account. After actor Terrence Howard turned heads earlier this month mentioning Winfrey’s bosom while filming a love scene, the media mogul responded to Howard’s comments in an interview with Steve Harvey.
RELATED: The Strangest Chat With Terrence Howard Reveals His Cure For Cancer & Lust For Oprah

Last week, in an interview with Movie Fanatic on his upcoming film “The Butler,” which is directed by Lee Daniels, Howard said:
“To be able to make out with Oprah, to have love scenes with her and those tig ol’ bitties — she’s such a lovely and voluptuous woman. … She’s very, very, very beautiful, and that was wonderful.”

Keptman...I mean, Stedman is going to get with you boy. Leave that man's money....I mean woman alone.

"In an clip posted Friday morning, Harvey got straight to the point and asked Oprah about Howard’s questionable comments, with Oprah responding:

“It was supposed to be a little scene, and because Terrence Howard misbehaved, it turned into a bigger scene and then a bigger scene,” said Oprah.
Harvey comically interjected to which Winfrey said, “Oh, he’s a misbehaving kind of boy. I saw him on Twitter the other day talking about my breasteses.”
Harvey said he checked Howard on his statements, echoing a sentiment that many found his public adoration of Winfrey a bit inappropriate. After saying Winfrey could buy Howard’s next film, Winfrey said she wasn’t offended as many of her fans may have been.

“I wasn’t…you know what, some people called me saying they were all offended by it. I go, ‘Well, I do have big breasteses,” said Winfrey with a laid-back shrug."

Oprah, you shouldn't be talking like that. You must have been reading "Fifty Shades of Grey with all those white women.

Finally, they have been having fun down at CPAC. Why these republican blacks would even try to have a panel discussion on anything having to do with black folks is beyond me. I mean we are talking about CPAC attendees here.

So anyway, some loser named Scott Terry was looking for his 15 minutes and it looks like he got it.

"NATIONAL HARBOR, Maryland — A panel at the Conservative Political Action Committee on Republican minority outreach exploded into controversy on Friday afternoon, after an audience member defended slavery as good for African-Americans.

The exchange occurred after an audience member from North Carolina, 30-year-old Scott Terry, asked whether Republicans could endorse races remaining separate but equal. After the presenter, K. Carl Smith of Frederick Douglass Republicans, answered by referencing a letter by Frederick Douglass forgiving his former master, the audience member said 'For what? For feeding him and housing him?' Several people in the audience cheered and applauded Terry’s outburst.

After the exchange, Terry muttered under his breath, 'why can’t we just have segregation?'” [Source]

Mr. Terry, when I hear people like you I wonder the same thing.

I believe that Terry fella is on to something, but he should've went a little further. This time, there should be no strings attached. For example, land that is truly considered land for blacks with their own constitution. No separate but equal promises that never materialize. No Civil Rights Act because there is nothing civil or humane regarding the current one in place. No Emancipation Proclamation to refer to because this time we'll truly be free with our own land. No twisted toupe wearing Donald Trump calling for an increase of European immigrants to prop up the diminishing wingnut conservative base. And we wouldn't have to worry whether or not our own elected president will have a pair of shoes thrown at him.

Oh yeah, this time we could all have a whole lot more than forty acres and a mule. Hell,....... only then we could finally have some PEACE!

These are some silly folks. They know damn well most are racists but we have to play the game every year. They invite sellouts like Allen West who can spout racist shit that even Mike Steele has to agree with or admit they've been wrong for their entire adult lives. Like the simpleton down in Texas who admits his party ignores us but yet want to call Dems racists by ttotting out a 50 year old statement by LBJ. As Nixon said "even the mediocre need representation".

Field, Oprah IS a beautiful sexy woman. Anyone can see that and if she didn't have a dime to her name she would still be beautiful and desirable. TH knows that and has been smitten by her in making that movie. I don't blame him. She is a knock out.

I appreciated Scott Terry for being frank and speaking the truth regarding slavery.

During the days of slavery we weren't killing each other in the streets. We were more unified.

We worked, sang and went to church. We were good righteous people, who loved each other...

Today, we are killing each other and headed toward extinction.

Statutory segegation is wrong and unconstitutional. Self-segregation through restrictive covenants should be allowed, and would foster stable neighborhoods and strong communities.

People generally prefer to live with people like themselves based on race, age, religion, income, and lifestyle. There is nothing wrong with that.

I would generally prefer to live with other people like me, who mostly are also white. But race is only one factor, and is meaningless if there is agreement as to standards of behavior and respect. There are plenty of decent black folk who I would consider good neighbors, and who would probably think I was a good neighbor. It's not about race, but culture.

I definitely would want to be able to segregate from the riff raff, black or white.

Field,

Terrance shouldn't have mentioned her "tig ol' bitties," as saying Oprah was "voluptuous" would've merely sufficed, but I knew he couldn't resist it, lol. He should've held back because restraint is the hallmark of what we men do. Moreover, it was the respectful thing that he should've done in deference to Stedman, regardless, if was kept or not. I've actually conversed with Stedman and he was in fact personable, down to earth, and generally, cool as a fan. Ultimately, though, Oprah was actually flattered by the sum total of his words, as many women would be, in that Bro. Howard is the object of many of their desires.

As for CPAC, LOL, @ 10:59 AM!!! I agree with the good Doctor Nuwang that Ben Carson is a bit of an outlier. I read somewhere that he didn't believe in Evolution, which seems odd. His beef, articulated in front of the POTUS at that prayer breakfast, with "nationalized Romneycare," also referred to as "Obamacare" with both plans authored by the very same people at the uber conservative/republican think tank, the Heritage Foundation, is interesting. He demands further scrutiny, but it might've boded him well to NOT have attended that conference, considering the front frontrunner, Christie, wasn't invited---which for him was a blessing in disguise.

Black Sage said...

That Terry fella isn’t going to be defended by either a white or black Repubmafia type. Why? Because he’s correct to a certain extent. The hard core white sonservative type understands that the Terry fella at CPAC in essence is talking about real freedom for blacks, somewhat. This is why I stated earlier that he should’ve went a little further with his theory. If you’d replace his word “segration” as he put it, with “separation”, you’ll then see what I’m referrin g to. He definitely on the right track.

This is why no Republicans rushed to defend him because he’s truly talking about whites no longer being in control of blacks. This is also why the so-called conservative ilk retreat each and every time when anything resembling true freedom for blacks arise without failure. This is essentially the objective of white supremacy, to remain in control and with the heel of their boots on a n*ggas neck, almost to the point of suffocation, figuratively speaking of course.

Instead, in Amerikkka, they want the permanancy of white hegemony to continue, unabated and with them still pulling the strings through the implementation of policies and laws that further control blacks.

A few of you on this blog truly are Mouse Negroes, pardon me, House Negroes. And you’re still unable to see through the silly smoke screens that those of the conservative ilk place right before your eyes.

Perhaps those of you who wine and dine in the House should accept an invitation to come out of the House and befriend us Field Negroes still in the field to instill within you some common sense and perspicaciousness.

Controversial Article Published In Local Magazine Has Mayor Nutter Asking For Investigation

March 15, 2013

By Mike Dougherty

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A controversial article published in Philadelphia Magazine this month has the attention of the Nutter Administration.

The article, titled “Being White in Philly,” features a series of interviews with anonymous white residents from different areas of the city who share stories about their interaction with black residents.

Mayor Nutter calls the article’s tone “disgusting,” and he’s asked the Human Relations Commission to investigate some of the sensitive racial issues explored in the piece.

Nutter spokesman Mark McDonald says this is all about fact finding.

“I think he feels that there are enough problems in this article that it warrants a closer look,” McDonald explains.

PHRC executive director Rue Landau says the commission shares Mayor Nutter’s concerns, and they were already looking at intergroup relations in the city, particularly in changing communities.

The PHRC will hold a public meeting in the Fairmount/Brewerytown section of the city on April 18th, and residents are encouraged to attend to share their stories, concerns, and recommendations for changes. The location has yet to be determined.

In a statement, Philadelphia Magazine editor Tom McGrath says the mayor, like any reader, is entitled to think and say anything he wants about the article and that the need to have a deeper discussion about race in Philadelphia is exactly why they ran the story in the first place.

The full statement from Philadelphia Magazine’s editor Tom McGrath about Mayor Nutter’s letter to the PHRC reads:

I applaud the mayor for asking for an inquiry into the state of racial issues in Philadelphia. The need to have a deeper discussion about race in Philadelphia is exactly why we ran our story in the first place.

Like any reader, the mayor is entitled to think and say what he wants about the story. That said, his sophomoric statements about the magazine and mischaracterization of the piece make me wonder if he’s more interested in scoring political points than having a serious conversation about the issues. Furthermore, his call for a “rebuke” of the magazine by the PHRC is rich with irony.

This is the same mayor who just yesterday was shouted down by an unruly mob in City Council; now he himself wants shut down conversation about an important issue in our city.

In short, the mayor loves the First Amendment–as long as he and the government can control what gets said.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but whites generally move away from blacks when crime starts climbing.

Plenty of neighborhoods are re-segregating. When it comes to public schools in cities, the job is almost complete.

A couple of days ago, all the kids heading for high school in the fall were told which school they will attend. To enter the best high schools in the city, you have to take an entrance exam.

As you might guess, very few blacks and hispanics score high enough to get into the top schools. So, they go to schools with very few white students. Often there are no whites and no asians at the schools with high black and hispanic enrollment.

So, your wish is coming true, and it's happening in a non-violent way. You should approve of such an easy, calm parting of the ways.

Ah, good doctor - hopefully some old head(s) pulls Terrance's coat (if it's all not a tangled web of deception). I saw the interview wherein he divulged the details to a TV/Radio personality named Sway. While it didn't seem like he intentionally sought to be disrespectful, he was (and Stedman actually let slip an interesting tidbit that I would NEVER divulge because there is indeed an honor code amongst men) and kind of let people know that he sort of violated his craft, letting folk know that there wasn't the professional distance one would expect an actor to "in character" to embody. The dramatic, humanizing way that he portrayed Oprah's femininity came across to me as a clear defense, though, of Oprah (an acquittal for him of sorts, I guess) to those who were dogging Oprah and Gayle King's relationship as being "non-platonic." In that context, doc, re-thinking the whole thing, who knows just what's the truth.

There simply is something subhuman and downright ferile about that cyber stalking. I couldn't imagine wasting so much of my time on stormfront or redstate, wallowing in that filth, and subjecting myself to myriad untold humiliations, even for money, in a futile effort to be disruptive. Only some pathetic scurrilous creature, with low to no self-worth or self-esteem, would subject themselves to that. It's a wonder this creature hasn't sucked on a shotgun barrel by now. Really. Maybe I missed your point, or perhaps you missed mine.

After President Obama's election, I became conspicuously aware of all the racist white folks who despised the man and his wife for their academic and professional achievements, achievements these racists knew damn well they could NEVER achieve, never mind aspire to. Put another way, it seemed that a “dreamed of” Harvard education was fine for racist white man’s as long as no n*gga got on an international stage for having earned one too.

Thus my exposure to cyber stalking which didn’t begin after until I: 1) Talked about my educational and professional achievements, 2) All the many other ways God has blessed me and my family, and 3) Had the nerve to be a black woman with an MD in her future.

In other words, as long as the racist mutants believed they’re “superior” to me, they were okay. Once I talked about what I achieved and planned to achieve in the FACE of his racism, that’s when the cyber stalking began!

To which I quote the words of the epic poet Flava Flav, WHATEVER MAN!

The Obamas have no real achievements; that's the point.

No one has ever seen Barack Obama's grades or tests scores. By his own admission, he was a poor student at his elite private high school and was described as a "mediocre" student at Occidental. Yet he got into Columbia, where again he failed to distinguish himself, although this did not prevent him from getting into Harvard, where again his lack of qualifications did not prevent him form being elected President of the Law Review, where he became the first person in this office never to publish anything.

His signature literary achievement, "Dreams from My Father", was actually written by Bill Ayers:

http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/298382-1

Michelle's academic talent can be surmised with a quick look at her senior thesis at Princeton:

http://d.scribd.com/docs/1z67fwkeskbj9vn2g2ig.pdf

The Obama's achievements have been at playing the roles assigned to them. At this they have done quite well.

Oh, ok. I see what you mean. Mutants, like some of the previous commenters, write a lot of stuff that's indicative of clinical, textbook denial. Their undue, psychotic fixation on negating the POTUS's accomplishments, by seeking to disparage his grades, is undermined, COMPLETELY, by the POTUS becoming president of Harvard Law Review---AND teaching at the esteemed University of Chicago (perhaps they should petition the University of Chicago to see if they're in the habit of letting someone with allegedly questionable grades, teach. I mean, how irrationally stupid can you be?).

Their inferiority complex/low self-worth, borne of their ignoble Wurm Ice Age spawning, compels them to feel like they're the best at something (I don't think humans truly comprehend just how HUMILIATING it must be to have to internalize the fact that your very existence was a very bad accident/aberration and a veritable scourge upon the rest of the world) when the virtue, as pointed out by the late great Lakota Sioux warrior, Russell Means, is learning how to truly "be". No, they must "gain" by being superior *smh*. These creatures are beyond redemption.

Think about it: Jesse Owens and Joe Louis turned away such ridiculous notions of superiority in Hitler and, Tiger Woods totally took golf away from them. So-called "Education" was their last bastion; their last ray of hope to feel good about themselves.

They are seriously desperate, now.

They must cleave to such antiquated, totally absurd, once again, psychotic notions of superiority, despite the logical, biological fallacy of a subspecies of human---This obscenely melanin-deficient subspecies of human, in question---ACTUALLY being superior to the parent human species, when said subspecies, not only has problems reproducing and utterly FAILS to reproduce itself through ANY other group, but ACTUALLY is dying out. In other words, they're crazy, know they're crazy, but it fits the perceptive reality that they've concocted, no, conjured up to justify their desired existence in this, their bizarro world. Now we know just why that Black woman created the story of the matrix that the Wachowski siblings stole!
