Oh yeah, I forgot,there's an epidemic of heroin use in white America! CNN and the rest of the news outlets have their panties in a bunch over that!
They're screaming and carrying on about how "oh my God, we have get more treatment centers for them, more,more medical treatment facilities, they're over dosing, they're dying omg!" and how they're going to be giving out Narcan to them so they can get themselves out of the overdoses and won't die! Hahaha! Oh they're having a fit all right!
My,my,my, will wonders never cease??? So everybody do make sure to treat those white dope addicts good, kid gloves for them, and lots of medical treatment and rehab!!
But if they're Black or brown, the protocol is very different, oh yes, send them to jail, lock 'em up, throw away the key, let 'em rot in there. Fuq any medical or rehab for them ;)

Let me keep it real for you PR. The ONLY reason most HIV/AIDS programs didn't experience much in cuts recently was because of all the White folks that got HIV due to their heroin addictions in the past few years.
