I saw his O ness in that town hall meeting today. (Man, talk about mobile vulgus ) He was doing his best to convince the sceptical and troubled group that his economic plan is working, but you could see that it was an up hill battle. One woman was lamenting the loss of the A-merry-can dream, and if his O ness felt her pain I didn't see it. Not that he should have; O has nothing to do with her having to eat "hot dogs and beans." What do you want lady? Steak and eggs? That's what's wrong with A-merry-ca; we have issues with eating "hot dogs and beans" when there are babies in the world who will die tomorrow from f&*^%$g starvation. Besides, from the looks of things you could lay off the "hot dogs and beans" for awhile. Sorry, no patience for haters tonight. Obama, you couldn't say it, so I will say it for you: Yes lady, "hot dogs and beans" could be your new reality for awhile, and trust me, you could do a lot worse.
Anyway, you could see that O wanted to pull on his inner Bill Clinton, but he couldn't do it. He just couldn't project that I am feeling your pain vibe. So he came across as a smug Ivy League educated black (beige) man, which is exactly what he is. I have no problem with it, but A-merry-ca didn't sign up for this. You might be pulling them out of the recession, O man, but they don't like how you are doing it. You are too dam smug; too much of a know it all; you are not one of them. Believe it or not most A-merry-cans like their leaders to seem....well, [un]educated.
"So the challenge, I think, for the Tea Party movement is to identify, specifically, what would you do?"
O, that's the problem, they don't know what they would do. In fact, they wouldn't have a problem with what you are doing if you weren't the one doing it. Hint hint.
"The problem that I've seen in the debate that's been taking place and in some of these Tea Party events is, I think they're misidentifying sort of who the culprits are here," said Obama. "

Sorry O man, they are not "misidentifying" anything; you are the culprit. Not because of your policies, but because of...well, who you are. (Hint hint) Did you see a rise of the teabag folks under Carter? How about under Johnson when the country was being "fundamentally changed" with all types of social programs to fight poverty? Did you see it under Nixon? Under FDR? How about under Clinton when he was getting his freak in in the people's house? Why no nationwide outcry and movement then? (Field, they did try to impeach him. Yes, how did that work out? And not they- as in the the people- a bunch of partisan wingnut congressmen tried to impeach him.) How about Beckkk's favorite whipping boy, Woodrow Wilson? Hmmm, no tea party uprising under Wilson? The biggest Socialist of them all? Color me shocked.
Well what is it that could be driving these passionate teabag folks?
I have an idea, but let me think about it and get back to you. Because, you never know, I could be wrong. It just might be that they are all like the poor lady in the town hall meeting who doesn't want to eat hot dogs.

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 212 of 212Justice58, thank you for the information on that phony who was pretending to worry about eating beans and hot dogs.
And the dumbass fatso said it with a straight face to the first black President of the USA ON NATIONAL TV!
You see. That's why Blacks can't trust each other. too many of us are full of shit..
Ain't that some shit? Here we have people struggling to pay their bills and keep a roof over their head and she is complaining about delaying getting a new car because she compromised by putting her child in private school. The gall of this woman! Who planted her?
Another Obama advisor gets out while the getting-out is still good.
Top White House Economic Advisor to Depart Lawrence H. Summers, who for nearly two years has been thearchitect of President Obama's economic policies, is leavingthe White House to return to Harvard University at the end ofthe year, the White House has announced.
Great timing. Just 24 hours after Obama took a beating on national TV for his failure to start the economy on the road to recovery.
No, field, MORE Stimulus money does not make a bad idea better. More money only makes the mistake more expensive.
FN:
"Hold it there big guy, I was chastising La~ for her mean spirited comments, so why get on my case? Boy some people, I swear.
Are you the leader of Anon. Inc.?"
Isn't THAT special? The vulgar Anon runs amock bashing LA, AB and anyone that actually has a brain, and you are silent. FN, how is it you can only man up to regulate or "chastise" a woman? Coward much?
@Justice58 & FN,
Velma Hart's problems is not the economy but her reckless spending. I saw her interview that she would like to buy a new car. She is a CFO with two children in private school. I can only imagine what President Obama wanted to say after she gave her bio.
It's amazing how people are mad at President Obama for trying to get us out of the financial situation, but not mad at Republicans who have been obstructionists.
If the Republicans take back the House, Senate, or both it shows how STUPID Americans really are.
Don't like the way the shoe fits? Maybe it's time you stuck to sandals. Just remember to put some lotion of those crustedy feets of yours.mack lyons

Dude what's up with letting the likes of blatant LaRouchians like Alicia Banks copy/pasting silly screeds, links to Alex Jones-Webster G. Tarpley.
Any of you ever wonder how good ole Lyndon H. LaRouche had the cheddar to run as a presidential candidate every year? Does she really believe that Zbigniew Brzezinski is in a secret plot to with O and Soros?
Child Please...She is a plant, seriously people she posts on these pages like it is her job...(hint hint).
These days, for some trolling really does pay. People are tracking her...
Its so frustrating when people like Velma act like this. Its like the morbidly obese person that thinks a couple weeks at the gym and eating salads is going to get them back to their fighting weight.
Why can't Velma and the other Fairweather supports get that this is going to take time. It nearly took Clinton the entire eight years he was in office to recover and surplus a economy that eight years of Reagan and four years of Bush Part I left nearly destroyed.
My question to all of these people that think it the President should have had everything fixed yesterday I have one question.
Would you really trust President Obama if he was able to fix all of these problems in less than two years?
This man was given a mess and has to work with people who have made it known that they will work against him to their very last breath to ensure that he does not succeed.
So Velma give up after two years. Let the idiots that got us into this mess gain control again. You're going to find that you are referring to yourself when you speak of hot-dogs and beans dinners.
This has got the be the dumbest shit I've read this week. But it's only Wednesday.
Pro-tip:
Right-wing lunacy has been around for nearly 50 years.
Bill Clinton was called a drug dealer. Hillary Clinton was called a murder and a lesbian. On national television. On MSNBC.
So no, it's not about the color of Obama's skin.
As to the idea Velma Hart was a plant...Obama's Town Halls are screened. Questions submitted in advance. (Do you really think he's taking unscreened questions? REALLY?)
And no, I sure as hell didn't vote for him. So I guess you can just dismiss me as a "hater" too.
I voted for the crazy black woman.
Ol Velma had my sympathy until I found out that she isn't struggling as badly as she pretend. She and her husband both have great jobs together making over $100k a year, sending their kids to private school. I bet the car she is fretting over not being able to get is either a BMW or a Mercedes.
This woman real problem is that she blames Obama for not being able to turn this economy around fast enough so she won't have to make sacrifices in order to live.
"Isn't THAT special? The vulgar Anon runs amock bashing LA, AB and anyone that actually has a brain, and you are silent. FN, how is it you can only man up to regulate or "chastise" a woman? Coward much?"
What makes you think that the "vulgar Anon" isn't a woman?
Fail to think much?
Thanks Anony :)
Obama fans should probabaly be thankful he hasn't been more proactive because his personal limits and the ineffectiveness of his staff picks might have resulted in more clusters than we're currently living with.
Although he would and will still be damned for showing too much or too little strength, I think falling for his own PR seems to be doing Obama in. Continued concessions to business interests and a focus on establishing legacies like healtcare reform by the first Black president have made Obama seem to be the very same "minority" special interest and likely single term president that it was projected focusing too much on black american and other "diversity" issues would make him be.
It's incredible how much Obama opinion has changed in even such a liberal stronghold as San Francisco CA and Dems all over will receive a rude wakeup call come November.
Some banks may have had the lunxury to pay back TARP funds to avoid reporting requirements, but folks paying up to %25 more in HMO fees starting October 1st don't care.
