"Mr Meltdown" fights back.

      This trump Rubio feud  is getting serious. I mean these cats are beefing like Biggie and 2Pac.

Ugly stuff. I saw their rallies today and the way they were carrying on was not becoming of two men who are seeking the highest office in the land.

Poor trump seemed a little rattled last night after Rubio stepped in that ass. It got so bad that he (trump) started using words like "bigly" (it's a real word), and he changed color so many times that I thought that there was something wrong with my television.

Poor Wolf Blitzer lost control of the debate early on, and it went downhill from there.

You have to wonder, though, what took one of the candidates so long to expose trump and call him out on things like his illegal immigrant workers, his tax returns, and Trump University.  

Now that the gloves are off Rubio seems to feel embolden to keep playing the dozens with the orange one. It should be fun, because others have tried before and failed. Trump has been non-stop in his counter attacks on the upstart Cuban American, but Rubio seems to be really getting under his skin.

"He called me Mr. Meltdown," Rubio said.

Rubio added:

Let me tell you, during one of the breaks — two of the breaks — he went backstage. He was having a meltdown. First he had this little makeup thing, applying makeup around his mustache, because he had one of those sweat mustaches. Then he asked for a full-length mirror. I don't know why, because the podium goes up to here. Maybe he was making sure his pants weren't wet. I don't know."

Your mama. No, your mama.

Not all eyewitnesses are the same.

I swear I am not making this up. A pundit on CNN was explaining this evening that now that two white witnesses have come forward to say that they saw Michael Brown with his hands raised before he was shot; it could be problematic for Officer Wilson.


The host, Wolf Blitzer, nodded his head in agreement. They went on to admit (and I am paraphrasing here) that these witnesses lend credibility to the other eyewitness accounts because they did not have a dog in the fight.  


Of course we all know the real reason that these two construction workers will be found more credible than the residence of Ferguson. If you guessed the color of their skin please move to the head of the class.


All those Negroes just cannot be trusted with their version of the story. They are too biased, and they are.....well.....Negroes.


"Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.

They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed.

And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.

An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.

 

"He had his f**n hands up, one of the men says in the video.

The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later." [Source]

Thankfully the men have now come forward.

Will republicans call for their "drop squad" to get Colin?

I just saw Colin Powell on CNN with Wolf Blitzer, and the news will be that he has not yet decided to endorse O and that he supports Gay marriage. This is unfortunate, because that really isn't news at all. The man is a republican, he should not be endorsing O. He should give his own party's candidate a look first. And I would expect Powell, who seems to be a decent human being, to support Gay marriage.

The republican candidate is Mitt Romney, and what Powell had to say about his comments on Russia should be the real news that came out of the CNN interview. Romney said, and I am paraphrasing here, that Russia is our number one geo- political foe, and the fact that O gave certain assurances to their leader is troubling.

Powell, in so many words, said that this is rubbish. According to Powell O was doing exactly what he should do, and Russia is not our enemy. He called Romney's foreign policy advisers "far to the right" and extreme on Morning Joe on MSNBC, and he (Powell) should know, because some of them actually worked for him. Powell also said that Romney needs to be more mature and realistic when talking about foreign policy.

Good luck with having that happen. This is political season and Mitt Romney is more interested in twenty second sound bites to his base than a real serious discussion about foreign policy. Let's just hope that he knows better and that if and when he gets into office he will just drop another line on his Etch A Sketch.

Finally, one more thing about Mitt: Today he unveiled his plan to reform education here in America, and you will be forgiven if you never heard about it because the press was not invited.

It largely focuses on a federal voucher program to allow low-income and disabled students to attend charter and private schools, falling in line with generally accepted GOP talking points about school choice.

But the plan fails to address expanded federal involvement in education, a major issue for the GOP's conservative base. While Romney does propose reforming some parts of the No Child Left Behind Act and consolidating "duplicative and overly complex" Department of Energy programs, he doesn't even come close to the radical cutbacks and wholesale DOE elimination favored by the growing social conservative/Tea Party/Constitutionalist wing of the Republican Party.
That may be why the campaign opted to unveil the plan during Romney's speech to the Latino Coalition's annual small business summit at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce — a decidedly odd audience and location for a speech on education policy. The speech wasn't broadcast live, and was timed to coincide with President Obama's Air Force Academy commencement speech, virtually guaranteeing that Romney's news got limited airtime." [Source]

He Is Christian Like That! (This E-Mail Moved Me)

OK just when I was thinking there is no hope for the world, I get the following e-mail from a gentleman in the majority population who stumbled into the fields. I asked him if it was cool to publish it, and he gave me his OK. Below is my man's e-mail exactly as it came to the field:

Brian's thoughts reminds me of another article I saw in the Philadelphia Inquirer from a white journalist recently. You know what, the field is becoming more and more encouraged every day. Maybe there is hope for us after all. Thanks for your honesty Brian, you are a Christian, and yet, you struggle with your racism. At the end of the day, a little honesty is all the field is asking for. I think that goes a long way in healing some of the wounds that tears us apart. I know I struggle with lots of things myself, and at the end of the day, I think that is what this blog is all about; sharing my struggles with other people with similar struggles and life experiences.

The journey goes on, and we all are on it.

Dear Mr. Cheney...

What can I write about this war that has not already been written, and talked about? Just yesterday thousands and thousands of our fellow Americans participated in protests on both costs in objection to this horrific, and foolhardy mess we now find ourselves in.

And do you know who I blame for all this? No, it's not the frat boy, but his "Robin", his right hand man, although in this case, Darth Vader is really Batman, and the frat boy is Robin. So that's who I blame, VIce President Cheyney. Anyway, out of pure frustration, I decided to pen him a letter. This is what I wrote:

Dear Mr. Cheyney:

I hope this letter finds you in good health... well, not really. Let me say this; I know this letter will probably never reach you, but I can only hope that someone else reading it will understand the frustration that myself and many other Americans feel about this war.

Let me start by saying sir; that I cannot believe that you are still saying that we are making "significant progress in Iraq". I mean honestly, do you even live on this planet? I know that you only watch the FAKE NEWS NETWORK, and when you do that it's hard to get a grip on reality, but sir, believe me when I tell you, the war is not going well in Iraq. And, we are not making "significant progress" with the war effort or with the war on terror.

With all due respect sir, it is very hard for me to write this letter, because I consider you a despicable human being who has no conscience or no soul. And I believe with all my heart, that there is a special place in hell for people like you. My Jamaican grandmother used to say: "Gawd na sleep" (God is not sleeping) which was her way of saying that the evil you do to other people will catch up tp you. Sir, I can only hope she was right. Sorry if I am coming off as a little harsh. But you see, I have a personal stake in this war. My brother in law was severely injured in Iraq, and I have watched him cry trying to hold his baby girl, but can't because his arm was so disfigured. So yes, I am a little pissed off! I am quite sure you will never understand that type of pain or emotional connection to this war. Because your sorry ass have never been in the military, and I doubt seriously if any of your daughters are signing up anytime soon. So it's easy for you to score political points with the lives of other people's children, and I am sure you don't lose any sleep at night either. Yep, as long as those Haliburton checks keep coming in, you will be just fine.

I have to ask you though; when you said U.S. troops would be "greeted as liberators", did you really believe that? Because as much as I despise you, I know that you are a smart man, so you couldn't have. Yet you stated that the comment you made was "based on information we had". Sir, I think you are lying, I don't think those comments were based on anything but your Machiavellian attempt to deceive the American people. And when people like Joe Wilson tried to expose you, you lashed out at him with all the powers of your office. So much so, that one of your underlings is on trial to try to stay out of Club Fed himself right now.

And one final thing; I don't for a minute think you shot your hunting buddy by accident, I think you did it on purpose, -I saw that Wolf Blitzer interview-because you are an evil man. And when your colleagues on the hill criticize you, you make statements to Newsweek Magazine like;"well I am the Vice President and they are not". And let's not forget that f-bomb you dropped on the floor of the senate. You are a real classy guy sir, just the type of Vice President I want for my country, and the type of role model we need for our children.

Speaking of children, I hear your daughter and her partner are expecting a child; good for them, and good for you. I just hope that child will grow up in a country where there will never again be leaders like you or the frat boy to take the country down a path of destruction and despair.
