A group of congressional Democrats signed a letter on Wednesday demanding that the Department of Education allow males to participate in girls sports.
Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal and 27 other Democratic members of Congress signed the letter, which stated that the department’s order “discriminates against transgender youth” by ruling that it is a violation of women’s access to education and athletics for public schools to allow biological males who identify as female to participate in female sports.

DC is federal territory. It's not supposed to a state, or part of any one state.
If a DC resident wants a senator, they can move a couple of miles into Maryland or Virginia.

I recommend that you Google D.C. Statehood and learn about the pros and cons of statehood for D.C. Some experts are saying that the Constitution gives Congress sole power over the fate of the district, so it can become a state if the bill passes both houses of congress.

Why are there never any rallies and demonstrations in the ghetto every time young misguided black boys and black young men blow each other away with gunfights, robbery and murder often killing each other and innocent victims that get caught in the crossfire? Why don't the black folks put an end to this by taking back their own neighborhoods and making their neighborhoods Great Again!!!

Where are the neighborhood role models? Where is brother Al Sharpton when it's not a high profile incident? Where are the neighborhood ministers? Where are the real men in the neighborhood? Where are the mothers who let these young men roam the streets unsupervised all hours of the day and night? Where are the black elected officials? Where are the black lawyers? (Not You Field, cause we know you are doing your part).
Ask the majority of black boys what advice they receive from their "so called" role models and they will tell you that they usually are told nothing more than "Hit It And Don't Quit It" or "Be Fruitful and Multiply"
Never loved and respected for the beauty and intelligence. Never taught work ethic, never told that education is important, never shown how to do anything. Never taught financial literacy. Rarely protected from the many pedophiles that prey on them. Never taught how to communicate effectively in order to express their feelings of hurt, pain and anger. Never allowed to enjoy being children because their mothers rob them of their youth due to mothers trying to make them substitute husbands. Never taught the importance of marriage, family, or homeownership. Never taught that instead of spending a lifetime helping someone else pay their mortgage by renting an apartment that they should buy their own damn houses. Never taught about the consequences of a prison sentence until AFTER they end up in prison.
On any given day you will see a sea of black men hanging outside of liquor stores, and littering their communities by using the streets and sidewalks as their trash cans, destroying property and killing or mugging each other.
There are more blacks killing each other than other people killing blacks. WTF!!!
People have said that Blacks may not be able to control the behavior of bad police but what's the excuse for not cleaning up their own neighborhoods and actually raising the children that they "choose" to have (even if the women only had these kids to "keep the man around.")
To make matters even worse, a countless number of black mothers often say that they can't "control their children.
What the HELL! And they say this shit in front of their kids. So when a kid hears their own parent say they can't control them then you have Empowered that child to do whatever the hell he or she wants to do. You have given your control away. Damn!
Then when their kid gets in trouble with the law momma goes crying and falling out at the courthouse and acting like a nut job
when their children are sent to adult prisons.
Before the welfare system became the "Baby Daddy" black men knew how to be men and understood that it was their job to support their "wives and children." Black people knew how to raise their children. Some say that all of the entitlement programs are just the government's way of keeping them "ignorant and looking for a handout."
Unfortunately, if you keep begging the government to step in and save you from yourselves... you will be waiting an ETERNITY.
In Short, Blacks need to stop expecting the system that put them in the predicament that they are in and threw 400 years of systematic soil on their backs to stop doing what they're doing.
Black folks need to pick up their own brooms and start "Cleaning House" themselves.

I don't know, but I'd like to know what motivated you to post this? And I would like to know why there never are any rallies and demonstrations in the white community in response to the mass murder of innocent victims committed by white men. The deaths of more than 50 people at the hands of a white shooter in Las Vegas come to mind.

There is not just one extant species of genus Homo. There are at least 5: Bantu, African pygmy, Khoisan, Australoid and the rest of the diaspora.
