It’s not 7%. It’s more like 12.5%.
The 7% figure is just the people who got private health insurance policies through the ACA. But the ACA also expanded Medicaid to many more people. Add the additional Medicaid recipients in, and it’s 12.5%. So 1 out of every 8 Americans is getting health insurance directly because of Obamacare.
And even that’s an undercount, because the ACA put in place regulations that hold down costs. Without them, fewer employees would be offered health insurance by their bosses, and fewer of those who are offered it would be able to accept (because the employee often has to pay part of the premium, and that would be bigger).
This is a dumb-as-hell argument. It’s no more reasonable to say that ONLY 1 in 8 people (and, again, it’s more than that) gets coverage this way, than it would be to say ONLY 1 in five Americans gets Medicare, so eliminating is no biggie, really.

I have Medicare because I am disabled from a stroke, but Medicare only pays ~80% of expenses, leaving me with a couple of thousand dollars out of pocket from a $10K pair of surgeries. Depends what kind of warrant.
ICE are often walking around with what are called “administrative warrants.” This is basically just an order from their boss saying “pick such-and-such a guy up.” And if they spot the person in question in public, they can arrest them. But they cannot go to the person’s house and kick the door in. If all they are able to present is an admin warrant, the residents can tell them to f*ck off, as they have no legal right to enter.
In order to have a right to enter, they need some kind of judicial warrant — which they have to convince a judge to give them.
