The new Nationalist, and a coach lies.

"The National Socialist German Workers' Party (German:Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (help·info), abbreviated NSDAP), commonly known in English as the Nazi Party, was a political party in Germany between 1920 and 1945. Its predecessor, the German Workers' Party (DAP), existed from 1919 to 1920. The term Nazi is German and stems from Nationalsozialist,^[6] due to the pronunciation of Latin -tion- as -tsion- in German (rather than -shon- as it is in English), with German Z being pronounced as 'ts'.
The party was founded out of the far-right racist völkisch German nationalist movement and the violent anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture that fought against the uprisings of communist revolutionaries in post-World War I Germany.^[7] Advocacy of a form of socialism by right-wing figures and movements in Germany became common during and after World War I, influencing Nazism.^[8] Arthur Moeller van den Bruck of the Conservative Revolutionary movement coined the term "Third Reich",^[9] and advocated an ideology combining the nationalism of the right and the socialism of the left.^[10] Prominent Conservative Revolutionary member Oswald Spengler's conception of a "Prussian Socialism" influenced the Nazis.^[11] The party was created as a means to draw workers away from communism and into völkisch nationalism.^[12] Initially, Nazi political strategy focused on anti-big business, anti-bourgeois, and anti-capitalist rhetoric, although such aspects were later downplayed in order to gain the support of industrial entities, and in 1930s the party's focus shifted to anti-Semitic and anti-Marxist themes.^[13]

I just thought I would give you, the reader, some information from Wikipedia about the Nationalist movement and its origins.

I also felt a need to educate you about the Nationalist movement in this country because of the recent pronouncements of a prominent conservative.

Michael Savage,conservative radio host, told host Aaron Klein Sunday, “We need a nationalist party in the United States of America.” The Tea Party, he said, isn’t cutting it: “They need to restructure their party. They need a charismatic leader, which they don’t have.”

Savage went on to underscore the notion that the Tea Party isn’t as strong as it could be because of a lack of leadership. “When you say Tea Party no one knows who the leader is because there is no leader,” he said. “No man has stepped forward who can lead that party.”

Unfortunately for Savage, he doesn’t think he could take the helm. He believes the role will require “enormous resources and enormous energy,” which he doesn’t have at his age.

The new party, he said, needs to be united:

Somebody has to bring them all together, unite them like King David did the ancient tribes of Israel. And there is no King David out there. Who’s the King David? Tell me who is going to do it?”

Saved blasted the current Republican party, calling it an “appendage of the Democrat machine.”

“It’s a game being played against the American people,” he said. “You’ve got the drunk Boehner on the one side, and the quasi-pseudo-crypto Marxist on the other, who is really just enjoying the ride in Hawaii right now, representing his factions.” [Source]

Someone should tell Mr. Savage that there is a nationalist party in America. He is upset with the Tea Party because they lack a "charismatic leader", but everything else is in place.

Still, I predict that the Tea Party will die a slow death after 2016. Why?Because Barack Obama will no longer be the president of these divided states. Sadly, I think that we all know what drove Tea Party passions over the past four years.  

The Nationalists know what drove it (the passion) as well.

So I am watching the Deadskins Seahawks playoff game, and I swear that Washington's coach is going to get RG3 killed. Dude is taking hit after hit and he is still in the game on bad wheels.

Now that we know that this same coach lied about RG3's condition and sent him into a game earlier this year, watching him lie there on the field just makes me kind of shake my head.

One thing we do know, with RG3 being the "good guy" that he is; we will not hear a single complaint from him.

So I am having dinner with this so called black conservative this evening and he is doing his best to convince me that the republican party and the right is best for black folks in A-merry-ca. Of course, I was not having it. What followed was a lively discussion about politics,race, and the problems of urban A-merry-ca. Like certain people who frequent this blog he thinks that the dems have tried and failed the inner cities. And while I agree with that to an extent (ultimately, it won't be dems or repubs who save us, we will have to save ourselves) there is nothing that he told me that made me believe that right wing or republican rule would be better for black folks in A-merry-ca.

Besides, I just don't want to be under the same tent with those people. Sorry, there is just too much bad blood between us at this point. I will take republicans on a one on one basis like I did with my man tonight, but there is no way in hell that I will co-sign with them as a group.

One thing about us black folks; our gut feelings are always true to us, and I bet every one of you -black folks-reading this get that gut feeling when you are around folks on the right. You know the one. The one that says that this person is not comfortable in this space. It's why I wonder how black conservatives survive in that environment. Don't they get the gut check? Or do they get it and ignore it? I was going to ask my man but he was getting the check, so I wanted to be nice.

He ended his pitch by telling me that he was going to make a conservative out of me yet. And I politely told him that if they were the last group of people on earth I would be living like Will Smith in "I Am Legend" until I go to join that big Saved By the Bell rerun in the sky. Still, I thought about what my man said; but then, unfortunately for him, I came home and read something from the Southern Poverty Law Center site:

SWINES!

Tonight I want to talk about the "swine flu". The name given to the potentially deadly flu strain which originated south of our border. A name that shouldn't be synonymous with the source of the virus but with the racist and xenophobic pigs using it to spread fear and prejudice. To wingnut talk show hosts and blogs this latest virus is like a gift from heaven. Nothing would please them more than to see a mass outbreak of this virus in these divided states with deadly consequences. Oh field, how can you say that? How can you suggest that some people in A-murder-ca would wish death on fellow A-murder-cans to score political points? Well....

"As the story of the H1N1 virus emerged, it was initially referred to as the 'swine flu,' but the Obama administration called for moving away from that language because it was contributing to baseless fears that the virus had to do with pork consumption. This did not sit well with CNN's Lou Dobbs, who referred to people using the H1N1 terminology as 'idiots' and claiming 'they are out of their cotton pickin' minds.' Such people include several of Dobbs' colleagues at CNN, including the network's chief medical correspondent.

In response to the administration's request for a name change, radio host Neil Boortz suggested calling the virus the "fajita flu." But that was one of Boortz's more tepid comments about the virus. Boortz stirred up fears that the virus was some sort of "bioterrorist" plot, asking, 'What better way to sneak a virus into this country than to give it to Mexicans?' Similarly, radio host Michael Savage claimed, 'There is certainly the possibility that our dear friends in the Middle East cooked this up in a laboratory somewhere in a cave and brought it to Mexico knowing that our incompetent government would not protect us from this epidemic because of our open-border policies.' After all, Savage claimed, the terrorists might have known that Mexicans 'are the perfect mules for bringing this virus into America.'

It's hard to determine which came first -- the intolerance or the paranoia.
Indeed, they make conservative leader Rush Limbaugh's suggestions of a conspiracy on the part of the Obama administration seem just slightly less delusional. Limbaugh claimed: 'All of this is by design. It's designed to get people to respond to government orders. ... It is designed to expand the role and power of government and schools, and the media just falls right in line with it.'"

That was from Media Matters, and believe me, there is lots more where that came from. These folks are "coo coo for Co Co Puffs", and they are getting worse every day.

The good news is that those of us who can actually think for ourselves are seeing the demagoguery of fear for what it is and we are writing about it. The bad news is that this climate of fear has affected businesses, stigmatized certain groups of people, and might have possible caused lady justice to take a peek from under her blindfold.

The shit is sad and it is Un-American. Hell it's Un-human. But this is what I have come to expect from these people who feel that their country is slipping away and their traditional way of life is going right along with it.

You might want to add right wing politics to the mix there doc. Now there is a disease that I hope we can contain.
