Is it something he said?

I wonder what the O man has against Howard Dean? I don't mean to diss on the chosen one, but I really have to wonder why the good Doctor is being avoided like a black man at a FOX NEWS party.


Come on O man, show the guy some love. I know what your campaign did with the Internet and modern technology, but let's not forget who started this ball rolling. It was Dean. I think he deserves a lot of credit for being the DNC chair at a time when the dems swept back into Washington.


Yes folks, on a day when his O ness and company was welcoming in the new DNC chair, Tim Kaine, poor Dr. Dean was half way around the world cooling his heals. The Obama people said that they would have invited him, but they knew that he had other travel plans. Yeah right. * me rolling my eyes*.

“..It’s the most puzzling thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” added a longtime Democrat and friend of Dean, echoing the exasperation and befuddlement many close to him feel about his treatment since the election. “I have tried my best through [Obama advisers] Valerie Jarrett, David Axelrod and David Plouffe to ask if he ever committed some crime. I don’t get it. He’s been a good soldier....”

Apparently not good enough. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this and tell me why there is no love between his O ness and the good Doctor. Maybe one of you Obamaholics know the real deal. If you do, please tell. Inquiring minds want to know.

I am seeing all these Cabinet posts being filled, and still, no bones for the man who, more than anyone else, (except for the candidate himself and you Obamaholics) was responsible for making this happen. It wasn't Rahm Emanuel (who I hear might be the cause of this rift), it wasn't David Axelrod, and it sure as hell wasn't the rest of the dumbocratic leadership (not even you, black caucus). Health and Human Services? Nope that goes to Tom Daschle. Surgeon General (the man is a Doctor) Nope, that goes to CNN Sanjay . Nothing against Sanjay, he might actually do a fine job, but when his O ness looks to CNN instead of the good Doctor for this position, there is a problem.

So O man, let the good Doctor in the O house, whatever he did to you couldn't have been worse than what Traitor Joe did. And you seem to be chumming up with him again. If it's Rham, tell him to get over his issues with the guy and move one. He deserves that much.


I know you are sitting on top of the world now, but remember, karma can be a bitch.

The White Party.

Looks like Howard Dean, a man who is no stranger to controversy, and who has a reputation of speaking his mind, is at it again. The Reich wing blogs and bushites are all over him for his latest little comment.

Howard, I am a little curious about your "even women" comment ----as if women are an afterthought---, but other than that, I agree with you 100%.

I think we could characterize the republican party as the "white party." And many white folks would argue (present company excluded of course) that it's the exact reason that they are members of the grand ole party. Still, as is always the case with us hypocritical A-merry-cans-----especially when it comes to matters of race--, the person who calls a spade a spade (no pun intended) will always catch some flack.

The thing is, you could tell that it was a "Freudian slip", my man really didn't want to say that, but he sure was thinking it.

Still, Dean's rhetoric represents something dangerous as well, and I will tell you what it is: Howard Dean represents the white liberal wing of the democratic party, and in his mind his party is the party of blacks and women. I guarantee you, that to him, our vote is in the bag. In his mind, he doesn't have to worry about our vote, because the white folks vote republican, and the black folks vote democrat.

Black folks, we have to be careful about this, we cannot allow ourselves to be taken for granted. I know, I know, it's hard to vote republican. And personally, I would rather vote for Paris Hilton before I support a republican candidate or their platform. But we still have to explore all options and become informed about all the issues before just putting our vote down for the donkey. (An independent, a third party candidate... ) Howard Dean would not be so confident when he says that the republican party is the "white party" if us black folks didn't play easy to get. He would understand that he has to work to get us too. Hell we just can't be old reliable hanging around the bar at last call, after all the cuties have turned us down and headed home.

Yes Howard, folks of color are more successful in the democratic party. But to quote Michael's little sister: "what have you done for me lately?"

She won't go!

I bet Hillary and Bill's bags were all packed. I could hear them now: "Yeah all that shit they talked about us, and how we took silverware from the White House. Well we are back bitches!" They were planning the next four years and what it would be like. The first Man and Mrs. President, you gotta love it. But a funny thing happened on the way to Pennsylvania Avenue.

That upstart Negro from Illinois is really acting like he wants to take this thing from Bill and Hillary, and rain on their inaugural parade. Can you imagine how pissed off Hillary is at Barack? I mean that Negro came out of nowhere, and for awhile he could do no wrong.

He was the Tiger Woods of politics. The media loves him, republicans love him, women love him, men love him...hell if you believe the Internet rumors going around, even the KKK love him. I mean this Negro is loved by everybody. And then there is poor Hillary. Fighting an uphill battle and years and years of negative perceptions. Bill's sins were her sins and "Clinton fatigue" meant that we were tired of Bill and Hillary. But still, she was to be next. A-merry-ca was ready to become more like the country we broke away from, than the "perfect union" our founding fathers tried to form. Sixteen and possibly 24 years of Clinton and Bush and A-merry-cans weren't blinking an eye. And then along came this new Negro from Illinois.

When he speaks he gives black and white A-merry-can's goose bumps, and he has them literally feinting off their feet. White people don't see a black person, they see an A-merry-can. You can't get more iconic than that. "He transcends race. He doesn't carry the baggage of slavery. He speaks so well. He is so dashing. He is like a black JFK". Will Smith will play him in the movie for crying out loud.

And there is Hillary; seething at every star struck turn. Wishing that this narrow ass uppity Negro would just go away. But sadly for her it won't happen quite so fast. There are still more primaries to go, and we all have a date in Denver this summer. But I suspect that Hillary and the "O" man will be both short of the necessary delegates to bring the ball home, so the dumbocrats have a problem. Howard Dean, I know you are a Doctor, but this one calls for some major ass surgery.

Super Delegates, two large states (Michigan and Florida) crying foul, and an entire segment of your party (African Americans) about to bolt and never come back if things don't go their way.

Yes, this is a mess. They don't call you all dumbocrats for nothing.

And then there is Hillary again. A woman so blinded by her ambition and focused on going back to the house where her husband gave new meaning to the term multitasking, that nothing will make her go away. Nothing. Not even a ten state losing streak. The party could cry all that unity shit if they want to, Hillary isn't trying to hear it. If she is not at the top of the ticket, and if she isn't the one sitting in that house to take that call at 3:00AM in the morning, she doesn't want to hear whatever it is the DNC has to say.

The scary thing is, Hillary might have one big state left in her (Pennsylvania). Sorry Obamaholics, poor blue collar white folks just ain't voting for your boy, and that could be a problem in the Keystone state. "O" man, those kind of folks think you got to where you are because of your color. They think that but for skin color, they would be where you are. Yes you have a Harvard Law Degree, and I am a high school drop out who has been working in the coal mines, but I am smarter than you are. So if Hillary looses they are not going to vote in November. And like the African Americans for Obama, they might leave the party never to come back.

What a mess. I guess I will have to start calling Mr. Morton (because he is always salty) Mr. President now. And I guess it's time to call my broker. Time to load up on those defense contractor stocks. I think they are going to do real well for the next four years.
